Palladium-catalyzed synthesis of poly(bromoalkoxy- and bromoalkanoyloxymethylsiloxane)s from poly(hydromethylsiloxane)s

Palladium-catalyzed synthesis of poly(bromoalkoxymethyl- and bromoalkanoyloxymethylsiloxane)s from poly(hydromethylsiloxane)s was studied. Treatment of poly(hydromethylsiloxane)s with mixtures of allyl bromide and cyclic ethers in the presence of a catalytic amount of PdCl₂ gave the corresponding poly[(bromoalkoxy)methylsiloxane]s in good yield. A similar reaction with γ-butyrolactone produced poly[(bromobutanoyloxy)methylsiloxane], although the polymer was highly moisture-sensitive and could not be separated from the reaction mixture. Transformation of the bromoalkoxy unit in the resulting siloxane polymer into an aminoalkoxy group was also examined.     

Chemical reactivity of [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]- and [1,5-c]-pyrimidinium salts

The chemical reactivity of the [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]- and [1,5-c]-pyrimidinium salts towards morpholine, water and sodium methoxide have been studied. Among others, new 1-aza and 2-azabutadienes substituted by a [1,2,3]-triazole ring were obtained in the course of the opening of the positively charged pyrimidine ring.     

Vitamin D: a concise synthesis of the C19 hydroxylated enyne A-ring, an interesting precursor for the preparation of C19 substituted vitamin D analogues

A new C₁₉ hydroxylated enyne 15, as potential A-ring building block of vitamin D analogues, was synthesized in enantiomerically pure form in nine steps from (−)-(S)-limonene. This short synthesis involved ozonolyzis of 1,2-limonene oxide followed by a Criegee rearrangement, epoxide trans diaxial ring opening by lithium acetylide, elimination, epoxidation and syn β-elimination of the resulting homopropargylic oxirane.     

双环戊二烯开环歧化聚合反应及合成聚合物性能研究

采用WCl6－ArOH／Et2AlCl（ArOH：2，6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚）催化体系进行了双环戊二烯的开环歧化聚合反应，考察了单体纯度以及催化体系支载化对聚合反应和合成聚合物性能的影响。在极限聚合浓度下，研究了单体与主、助催化剂摩尔比等因素对聚合反应及合成聚合物性能的影响。实验结果表明：单体纯度越高所得聚合物的机械性能越好；催化体系经聚合物支载化后能显著提高催化体系的催化聚合活性及合成聚合物的机械性能。     

Acylation of fluorine-containing spiro[cyclopropane-1-pyrazolines] and dehydrohalogenation of the resulting adducts

Acylation of 6-(1-fluorovinyl)-6-methyl- and 6-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluorocyclobutyl)-4,5-diazaspiro[2.4]hept-4-enes with acetyl chloride proceeds as electrophilic addition to the N(5) atom and is accompanied by opening of the cyclopropane ring to give 1-acetyl-3-(2-chloroethyl)-5-(1-fluorovinyl)-5-methyl- and 1-acetyl-3-(2-chloroethyl)-5-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluorocyclobutyl)-4,5-dihydropyrazoles, respectively. Under the same conditions, acylation of 6-(2,3,3-trifluorocyclobut-1-enyl)-4,5-diazaspiro[2.4]hept-4-ene is not regioselective. The (2-chloroethyl) pyrazolines obtained undergo dehydrochlorination into vinylpyrazolines in the presence of an excess of MeONa in MeOH. The reaction of 4-acetyl-6-(2,3,3-trifluorocyclobut-1-enyl)-4,5-diazaspiro[2.4]hept-5-ene with MeONa results in selective replacement of the F atom at the double bond by a methoxy group.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 5′-Noraristeromycin derivatives isomeric to aristeromycin and 2′-deoxyaristeromycin

A straightforward synthesis of (1S,2R,3R,4R)-4-(6-aminopurin-9-yl)-2-hydroxymethylcyclopentane-1,3-diol (2), an isomer of aristeromycin, and its 2′-deoxy derivative 3 from readily available disubstituted cyclopentenes is presented. An antiviral analysis of 2 showed it to have significant activity versus Epstein-Barr virus (IC₅₀ 0.62 μg/mL in the Elisa assay) and to be free of cytotoxicity effects against the host cells. In a much less comprehensive antiviral analysis, 3 also was active towards Epstein-Barr (IC₅₀ 7.58 μg/mL in the Elisa assay) but this was accompanied by cellular toxicity.     

Synthesis of chiral 4-hydroxy-2,3-unsaturated carbonyl compounds from 3,4-epoxy alcohols by oxidation: application in the formal synthesis of macrosphelide A

An interesting transformation during the oxidation of 3,4-epoxy alcohols 1a-d, derived from the corresponding homoallylic alcohols, led to the formation of 4-hydroxy-2,3-unsaturated carbonyls 2a-d in very good yields. One of these products 2c was transformed into the functionalised carboxylic acid 5, an advanced stage intermediate from which the total synthesis of macrosphelide A has been reported.     

双金属氰化物络合物催化环氧烷烃开环聚合的特征

合成了Co Zn双金属氰化物 (DMC)络合物催化剂 ,以X 射线衍射、元素分析、红外光谱等手段进行了表征 ,考察了该催化体系下环氧丙烷开环聚合的反应特性 ,并初步探讨了聚合反应的机理 .研究发现 ,Co Zn双金属氰化物催化剂具有很高的催化活性 ,适合于中高分子量聚醚的合成 ,但是碱性起始剂起阻聚作用 ;在该催化体系下聚合物分子量可控 ,不饱和度很低 (<0 .0 14meq g) ,分批加料聚合所得到的聚合物分子量分布较窄 (Mn Mw <1.4 ) ,而一步加料聚合所得到的聚合物分子量分布变宽 ;1 3C NMR分析表明聚合物主链具有无规立构分布的特点 ,且链节分布几乎都为头 尾方式 .聚合过程中活性链与非活性链之间可能存在一个交换反应 ;虽然聚合反应有终止 ,但与聚合物链长没有关系 ,聚合物链的终止是可逆的 .     

烷基化螺吡喃吲哚的合成及光学性质研究

为了增加螺吡喃吲哚与透明聚合物（ＰＭＭＡ）的相溶性,在螺吡喃吲哚分子中引入长烷基链,合成了１′－「十八烷基」－３′,３′－二甲基－６－硝基－８－「二十二酰氧基」－螺「２Ｈ－１－苯并吡喃－２,２′－二氢吲哚」,并用ＮＭＲ确定各中间体和最终产物的结构,ＨＰＬＣ显示产物中烷基化螺吡喃吲哚含量在９７％以上。将烷基化螺吡喃吲哚与ＰＭＭＡ制成厚度为５００ｎｍ左右的膜,研究该膜对紫外光的响应,获得烷基化螺吡喃吲哚开环和紫外吸收的关系,以及Ｊ－耦合构型与陈化的关系。     

环氧烷化合物在有机合成中的应用

综述了近年来环氧烷化合物在有机合成中的应用。环氧烷化合物的开环反应可以用来合成其它方法难以合成的多官能团化合物，或通过开环和修饰合成其他环状化合物。另外，利用该反应还可以提供保护基以及立体、区域选择性地合成各种有机化合物。参考文献23篇。
