Facile synthesis of 3,4-diiododihydrothiophenes via electrophilic iodocyclization

A facile, efficient, and general synthetic method for the construction of 3,4-diiododihydrothiophenes has been developed via the electrophilic iodocyclization of various S-hydroxy-2-butynyl ethanethioates. Application of the resulting iodine-containing products in organic transformations has been investigated.     

Trimethylsilyl Cyanide Addition to Carbonyl Compounds Under Neutral Condition Catalyzed by Iodine

Reaction of trimethylsilyl cyanide with aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes and ketones in the presence of a catalytic amount of elemental iodine produced the corresponding cyanohydrin trimethylsilyl ethers in very short time and high yields.     

ICP-MS测定溴、碘、砷和硒在多目标样品中的应用

样品经熔剂半熔后,水提取,用强酸性阳离子树脂除去大部分阳离子,在弱碱性介质中用ICP-MS测定溴、碘、砷、硒,样品分析结果与多目标推荐分析方法比对,相对偏差小于6.9％,另选取国家土壤一级标准物质12件对本方法的检出限、精密度、准确度进行测试,各项质量指标均能满足规范要求.     

Spectrophotometric Studies on the Complexes of 25,26,27,28-Tetraepoxypropoxy-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene and 25,26,27,28-Tetrahydroxypropilaminoxy-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene with Iodine

Two p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene derivatives were synthesized from the reaction of calixarene with epichlorohydrine and then its reaction of ammonia. These donor macromolecular compounds were interacted with iodine in chloroform and interaction was investigated by using a UV-visible spectrophotometer. The chargetransfer spectra of n-[sgrave] type interactions were observed at 362 nm and 369 nm. The stability constants and some thermodynamic parameters were found.     

H5IO6/KI: A New Combination Reagent for Iodination of Aromatic Amines,and Trimethylsilylation of Alcohols and Phenols through in situ Generation of Iodine under Mild Conditions

A simple method for the in situ generation of iodine using H₅IO₆/KI has been developed, and its application in silylation of OH group and iodination of aromatic amines is described.     

Facile synthesis of phenacyl iodides from styrenes under visible light irradiation with fluorescent lamps

Phenacyl iodides were easily synthesized from styrenes with iodine under irradiation of visible light from a fluorescent lamp.     

Novel iodine catalyzed diastereoselective synthesis of trans-2,6-disubstituted tetrahydro-2H-pyrans: synthesis of C1–C13 fragment of bistramide-A

A new method for the stereoselective synthesis of trans 2.6-disubstituted tetrahydro-2H-pyrans has been developed involving iodine catalyzed allylation of tetrahydro-2H-pyranol with excellent trans selectivity. The method was also applied toward the construction of C1–C13 fragment of bistramide-A in 11 steps with 21.4% overall yield.     

高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定地下水中碘形态稳定性

研究了高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPLC-ICPMS)联用技术测定天然水中IO3-和I-的方法。采用ICS-A23色谱柱分离IO3-和I-,以(NH4)2CO3为流动相,浓度0.03mol/L,流速1mL/min。在Shield Torch高灵敏度条件下,进样量为1mL时IO3-及I-的方法检出限可达到0.035μg/L和0.025μg/L。可满足地下水中碘形态的定量分析。对实验中发现的IO3-及I-标准溶液的ICP-MS响应值存在显著性差异的现象进行了研究,结果表明I-形态的稳定性与溶液介质的关系很大。本实验通过改变标准溶液的储存介质解决了IO3-与I-形态不稳定的问题。在0.01%KOH介质下储存5d,两者的响应值仍能达到1∶1。     

毛细滴管数滴微型滴定法测定碘离子

用毛细滴管数滴微型滴定法对碘离子进行测定。经评定,该法不确定度Urel(C)约为1.27%,与常量法相当,对照试验也显示该法符合国家标准。该法以自制的液滴体积为0.01～0.02 mL的聚乙烯毛细滴管就地进行滴定。其主要仪器外形小巧、便于携带,滴定快速、准确,滴定剂用量仅为65～100滴。
