房水中烯醇化酶总活性的联酶荧光法测定

采用酶联反应荧光法测定样品中烯醇化酶的总活性。方法最低检出限为０２ＩＵ／Ｌ，在０２０～３５ＩＵ／Ｌ范围标准曲线呈线性，γ＞０９９７，回收率达９０％，相对标准偏差＜１０％。对临床确诊的视网膜母细胞瘤进行了初步探讨，检验结果的特异性较高。     

停流—荧光动力学分析法测定痕量钛的研究

利用自行组装的停流-荧光动力学分析仪,采用停流法汇合流体动力注入技术,研究了钛与3.5-二溴水杨基荧光酮的荧光增强动力学反应性质,讨论了流速、进样时间对方法灵敏度和精密度的影响,提出了一个快速、简便、精确测定钛的分析方法,并用于稀土样品及合成样品中痕量钛的测定.方法检测限为8×10~(-3)ppm,大多数元素的干扰均可用动力学方法消除.     

脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的联合同步荧光分析法

建立了脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的联合同步荧光分析法。方法简便快速。脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的线性范围分别为0～400ng/ml和0～200ng/ml,检出限分别为1ng/ml和0.5ng/ml。     

Rb（5PJ）＋Rb（5PJ）→Rb（5JS）＋Rb（nl=5D，7S）碰撞能量合并

研究了Rb(5PJ)+Rb(5PJ)→Rb(nlJ')+Rb(5S)碰撞能量合并过程,利用单模半导体激光器分别共振激发Rb原子的5P1/2或5P3/2态,利用另一与泵浦激光束反向平行的单模激光束作为吸收线探测激发态原子密度及其空间分布,吸收线分别调至5P1/2→5D3/2和5P3/2→7S1/2跃迁.由激发态原子密度和谱线荧光比得到碰撞能量合并过程的截面,对5P3/2激发,碰撞转移得到5D5/2,5D3/2和7S1/2的截面分别是(1.32士0.59)×10-14,(1.18士0.53)×10-14和(3.21士1.44)×10-15cm2;对5P1/2激发,碰撞转移到5D5/2和5D3/2的截面分别是(6.57士2.96)×10-15和(5.90士2.66)×10-15cm2.与其他的实验结果进行了比较.     

7-Hydroxy-4-methyl-8-(4′-methylpiperazine-1′-yl)methyl coumarin: An efficient probe for fluorescence resonance energy transfer to a bioactive indoloquinolizine system

Solvatochromic effects on the fluorescence behavior of 7-hydroxy-4-methyl-8-(4′-methyl-piperazine-1′ yl)methylcoumarin (HMMC) was studied in different solvents. The fluorescence of HMMC was found to be highly sensitive to both the polarity and the protic character of the solvent. Exploiting the polarity-sensitive fluorescence property of HMMC, its excited-state dipole moment has been determined. Fluorescence (Förster) resonance energy transfer (FRET) process from HMMC to a potent bioactive molecule 3-acetyl-4-oxo-6,7-dihydro-12 H indolo-[2,3-a] quinolizine (AODIQ) was studied. From the determined K_SV and R₀ values, it is argued that a long-range dipole-dipole interaction is operating for the energy transfer mechanism. The energy transfer efficiency (E) and the distance between the acceptor and the donor (r₀) have been determined.     

基于超分子结构共掺杂纳米复合薄膜的制备与荧光特性

为改善功能分了的特性,提出一种基于金属纳米粒子-偶氮染料复合物共掺杂超分子结构功能材料的设计新方法.并依照此方法制备出复合材料,观测了其显微结构,测量了其紫外-可见光吸收,研究了该超分子结构复合体系的荧光特性.实验发现,由于金属银纳米粒子的掺杂,使得超分子结构复合体系中功能分子甲基橙在溶液态体系的荧光强度增强近5倍,而在两种不同结构(共混结构和包覆结构)的薄膜态超分子结构体系中,其荧光强度分别被猝灭15%和20%.研究结果表明,复合膜中采用超分子结构完全能够改善功能分子的特性.     

二维光子晶体中极化原子自发辐射的开关效应

利用二维光子晶体的各向异性，结合原子的偶极辐射能量分布特点，提出通过改变原子的极化方向，可以使其自发辐射寿命显著地缩短或者延长，实现开关控制．发现在某些空间位置上，极化原子寿命的改变可高达33倍．     

Fluorescence anisotropy decay study of self-association of bacterial luciferase intermediates

The fluorescence dynamics parameters of the fluorescent transient flavin-luciferase species from the typesVibrio fischeri andPhotobacterium leiognathi are presented. The fluorescence anisotropy decay is a single exponential function for both types. The correlation time is 70 ns for theP. leiognathi fluorescent transient intermediate (2°C, aqueous buffer, pH 7.0), consistent with the rotational correlation time of the luciferase macromolecule (77 kD) to which the flavin fluorophore is rigidly attached. In contrast, for theV. fischeri species the observed correlation time for the anisotropy decay function is 133 ns. This suggests that protein self-association occurs in theV. fischeri case and this is confirmed by filtration, where the fluorescent transient fromV. fischeri does not pass through a 100,000 molecular weight cutoff membrane, whereas theP. leiognathi species does. The filtration method also demonstrates self-association in the luciferase peroxyflavin and photoflavin fromV. fischeri. A monomer-dimer equilibrium also explains the previously reported high correlation times for theV. harveyi luciferase-flavin species. It is proposed that the self-association competes with the lumazine protein interaction in the bioluminescence reaction.     

meso-四(4-乙酰氧基苯)卟啉-铜(Ⅱ)-乳化剂OP体系荧光熄灭法测定微量铜(Ⅱ)的研究

本文研究了高灵敏的meso-四(4-乙酰氧基苯)卟啉[T(4-AOP)P]-铜(Ⅱ-乳化剂OP体系。在酸度为pH5.0～5.6范围内形成的三元络合物可引起T(4-AOP)P-OP荧光强度的定量熄灭,其Ex=413nm,EM=656.9nm,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在0～0.150μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程F=25.51-8.45m,试验了14种离子的干扰影响,并用此法测定了小球藻中Cu的含量,回收率达96～104％。
