硒钼钒杂多配合物的合成与表征

由钒原子取代杂多阴离子中的钼或钨原子后，形成的多元配合物具有与原来杂多配合物显著不同的催化性质，有关钼钒的同多阴离子，近年报道的有[V2Mo6O26]^6-、[V5Mo8O40]^7-、[V8Mo4O36]^8-等，而三元硒钼钒杂多分配物仅见于[Se2Mo2V6O28]^6-。本文合成了两种硒钼钒三元杂多配合物，并对其进行了表征。     

Synthesis of multi-walled carbon nanotubes catalyzed by substituted ferrocenes

A range of substituted ferrocenes were used as catalysts for the synthesis of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and carbon fibers (CFs). These products were obtained in the temperature range 800-1000 °C, in a reducing atmosphere of 5% H₂ by pyrolysis of (CpR)(CpR′)Fe (R and R′ = H, Me, Et and COMe) in toluene solution. The effect of pyrolysis temperature (800-1000 °C), catalyst concentration (5 and 10 wt.% in toluene) and solution injection rate (0.2 and 0.8 ml/min) on the type and yield of carbonaceous product synthesized was investigated. Carbonaceous products formed include graphite film (mostly at high temperature; 900-1000 °C), carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers. The carbonaceous materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy. The ferrocene ring substituents influenced both the CNT diameter and the carbon product formed.     

一步法合成多羟基酚酸芳基酯

一些多羟基酚酸芳基酯具有显著的生理活性,可用于医药、饮料和食品等方面。但目前关于多羟基酚酸芳基酯的合成还研究得不多。传统的方法是(1)保护多羟基酚酸中的酚羟基,(2)活化羧基成酰氯,(3)酯化,(4)去保护基的四步方法。本文将报道多羟基酚酸——2.4——二羟基苯甲酸(1)直接与酚类成酯的反应。即将二氯磷酸芳基酯(ROPOCI_2)(3)作为缩合剂,应用于一步法合成(1)芳基酯,以较好产率得到了(1)的七个新芳基酯(2_a—2_g),并经元素分析及波谱鉴定。同时还首次研究了缩合剂     

（η^2—C60）[Pt（PPh3）2]8的合成与表征

C60是高度共轭的宠状结构碳素体．分子结构中六元环间的共价碳碳双键是富电子区，其反应性能与烯键类似，以碳碳双键与中心金属形成η2配位化合物．富勒烯η2配合物的合成及性能研究是当前研究热点之一[1~7]．本文在（η2-C60）［Pt（PPh3）2］n（n=1～6）系列研究[7]的基础上制备了（η2－C60）［Pt（PPh3）2］8，并用元素分析、红外光谱和光电子能谱进行鉴定和表征．1实验部分四（三苯基膦）合铂Pt（PPh3）4按文献[8]方法制备；C60纯度为99％；其余试剂均为分析纯．元素分析在ERLA－1106型元素分析仪上进行；光电子能谱在VGESCA…     

On the chemistry of pyrrole pigments,XCIV: 1-(Dipyrrinon-9-yl)-3-(dipyrrinon-9-ylidene)-1-propene — a novelb-vinylogous verdin chromophore

Summary 1-(Dipyrrinon-9-yl)-3-(dipyrrinon-9-ylidene)-propene, ab-vinylogous verdin, was synthesized by condensation of 3-(dipyrrinon-9-yl)-propenal with a dipyrrinone unsubstituted in position 9. By condensing the latter with dimedone or squaric acid,b-vinylogous verdin pigments with restricted configurational and conformational degrees of freedom were obtained. The chemical and spectroscopic properties of these novel systems are discussed.

Zur Chemie von Pyrrolpigmenten, 94. Mitt.: 1-(Dipyrrinon-9-yl)-3-(dipyrrinon-9-yliden)-1-propen — Ein neuerb-vinyloger Verdinchromophor

Zusammenfassung 1-(Dipyrrinon-9-yl)-3-(dipyrrinon-9-yliden)-propen, einb-vinyloges Verdin, wurde durch Kondensation von 3-(Dipyrrinon-9-yl)-propenal mit einem in Position 9 unsubstituierten Dipyrrinon dargestellt. Kondensation des Letzteren mit Dimedon oder Quadratsäure lieferte vinyloge Pigmente, welche in ihren konfigurationellen und konformationellen Freiheiten eingeschränkt sind. Die chemischen und spektroskopischen Eigenschaften dieser neuen Systeme werden diskutiert.

     

Polyynes and cyanopolyynes synthesis from the submerged electric arc: about the role played by the electrodes and solvents in polyynes formation

The products of the electric arc between graphite electrodes have been investigated by high performance liquid chromatography-diode-array detector (HPLC-DAD) analysis in various media: distilled water, liquid nitrogen, methanol, ethanol, n-hexane and benzene. In distilled water, hydrogen capped polyynes H-(CC)_n-H were the unique products demonstrating that carbon is supplied by the graphite electrodes while hydrogen is supplied by the solvent plasmalysis (in this case water plasmalysis). Arcing graphite electrodes in liquid nitrogen produces cyanopolyynes: NC-(CC)_n-CN demonstrating that in this case the end groups of the polyyne chains are supplied by molecular nitrogen plasmalysis caused by the electric arc. Graphite arcing in methanol and ethanol produces very clean solutions (by-products negligible or absent) of hydrogen-capped polyynes with C₈H₂ as the main product accounting for more than 70 mol percent of the total polyyne concentration. By replacing graphite electrodes with titanium electrodes in methanol or in ethanol, polyynes are not formed at all; only trace amounts of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were detected. When arcing with graphite electrodes is conducted in n-hexane or in benzene, polyyne formation is accompanied by a significant production of PAH, especially in benzene. These results have been rationalized in terms of carbonization or coking tendency of a given solvent. The effect of using titanium electrodes in place of graphite electrodes has been investigated also in n-hexane and in benzene as well as the effects of very high electric current intensity employed to ignite and sustain the submerged electric arc.     

端烯丙基冠醚的合成

从邻苯二酚出发合成了两种未见文献报道的环上含有端烯丙基的冠醚化合物。这两种冠醚的结构均经元素分析、ＩＲ、￣１ＨＮＭＲ和ＭＳ所证实。两种冠醚分别与有机硅化合物聚合制备的气相色谱固定相，在分离酚类和二硝基甲苯类异构体方面具有极好的选择性。     

2,6-二氯-4-乙酰基苯基磷酸的合成

制备了酸性磷酸酶检测底物2，6-二氯-4-乙酰基苯基磷酸酯（DCAP-P）。以2，6-二氯苯酚为原料，经酰化反应、AlCl3催化F-C重排、碱化成盐、磷酯化、水解等5步反应，制备了DCAP-P，并对F-C重排、磷酯化条件进行了改进。     

2,4,6—三氧—1,3,5,2—三氮磷杂环己烷衍生物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性

利用Ｎ，Ｎ－二（２－氯乙基）氨基磷酰二异氰酸酯和胺的加成反应，合成了２，４，６三氧－１，３，５，２三氮磷杂环己烷衍生物，它们的结构经＾１ＨＮＭＲ，ＩＲ和元素分析所证实。初步生物活性测试结果表明，部分化合物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。     

Synthesis and biological activities of hydroxyl-protected fluorine-containing 4,4-dihydroxylmethyl-2-aryl-iminothiazolidines

Eight novel compounds were synthesized by a facile and mild method with high yields, and the structures of all the compounds were characterized by ¹H NMR IR mass and high resolution mass spectroscopy. Their inhibitory activity against insect-flight and trehalase in vitro were screened. Some target compounds have moderate inhibitory activity against trehalase, and show inhibition action to insect-flight.
