本文从理论上分析了衍射强度比偏差Δ(I/I∞)和衍射峰位偏差Δ2θ对Seemann-Bohlin准聚焦X射线衍射仪测量表面单层薄膜厚度误差的影响。分析结果表明,降低Δ(I/I∞)可提高膜厚的测量精度,在Δ(I/I∞)-定的情况下,按μρt[Sin(-1)γ+Sin(-1)(2θ-γ)]=1选择靶辐射和衍射晶面可使由Δ(I/I∞)导致的膜厚测量误差具有极小值;选择高角度衍射线有助于减小试样离焦引起的衍射峰位偏差,亦可降低因衍射角测量偏差导致的膜厚测量误差,当衍射线处于薄膜的法向2θ=γ+π/2时,角度项误差(Δt/t)(2θ)完全消除。  相似文献

采用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析了2A12-T6铝合金表面自组装双-(!-三乙氧基硅丙基)四硫化物硅烷偶联剂(SCA)薄膜结构特征,并采用电化学极化曲线评价了薄膜的耐蚀性能.结果表明,铝材表面自然晾干,SCA薄膜分子之间主要通过氢键连接,腐蚀电流密度减小1个数量级以上.120℃的加热处理促进铝板表面通过SiOSi链接而形成SCA网状薄膜结构,并通过在界面上形成SiOAl界面相结构而与铝板表面牢固连接,腐蚀电流密度降低2个数量级以上.SCA乙醇溶液浸泡处理10min比浸泡2s~1min的铝板表面SCA薄膜内氢键缔合羟基要多.  相似文献

The kinetics of the nucleation and growth of PbO2 during the potentiostatic oxidation of PbSO4 in a lead anodic film was studied using linear sweep voltammetry, potential-step and ac impedance tracing methods. The film investigated is the partially reduced anodic PbO2 film formed by polarizing a lead electrode in 4.5 M H2SO4 solution first at 1.3 V vs. Hg|HgSO4 for 20 min and then at 0.9 V for 5 min. The nucleation and growth process begins some time after the potential step and is completed within 60 s. The pre- and post-nucleation and growth processes correspond to the growth of the anodic film formed by the oxidation of the lead substrate. The mathematical equations representing the current-time and capacitance-time transients are derived taking the background oxidation current into account. The experimental results are well fitted by these equations. The process obeys the laws of two-dimensional instantaneous nucleation and growth.  相似文献

A new type of current sensor, Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) film of calixarene on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was prepared for determination of mercury by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). An anodic stripping peak was obtained at 0.15 V (vs. SCE) by scanning the potential from ?0.6 to +0.6 V. Compared with a bare GCE, the LB film coated electrode greatly improves the sensitivity of measuring mercury ion. The fabricated electrode in a 0.1 M H2SO4+0.01 M HCl solution shows a linear voltammetric response in the range of 0.07–40 μg L?1 and detection limit of 0.04 μg L?1 (ca. 2×10?10 M). The high sensitivity, selectivity, and stability of this LB film modified electrode demonstrates its practical application for a simple, rapid and economical determination of Hg2+ in a water sample.  相似文献

A free standing film of polyaniline as large as 18 cm×18cm×0.002 cm can be obtained by evaporation of a solution of the chemically synthesized base in NMP. Its structure was examined by the elemental analysis, IR, U.V.-visible spectra, XPS, DSC, SEM and X-ray scattering and its conducting behavior as well as electrochemical properties were studied. Results show that the composition, structure of main chain, physical properties of the free standing film of polyanilme is similar to that of the powder. However, some differences in its electronic structure, conductivity at room temperature and potential of redox couple between the flee standing film and powder are observed, which may be due to cross-linking of the film of polyaniline.  相似文献

Herein, we demonstrate that silica films with perpendicular macroporous channels and accessible ordered mesopores can be conveniently prepared. The hierarchical macroporous–mesoporous silica films are synthesized by using zinc oxide nanorod array as macroporous template and CTAB surfactant as mesoporous template. In basic surfactant-containing solution, ordered mesoporous silica shells homogeneously grow on the zinc oxide nanorod array. The growth of the mesostructures do not require any chemical modification for the zinc oxide nanorod, which opens a new way for preparing hierarchical silica films with perpendicular mesochannels. The prepared hierarchical macroporous–mesoporous silica films possess a uniform thickness of 2 mm, large perpendicular macropores with a length of 1.8 mm and a width of 80 nm, and accessible ordered mesopores. Separation experiment demonstrates that this macroporous–mesoporous film can effectively separate biomolecules with different sizes.  相似文献

用一次投料法、单体乳液滴加法和引发剂滴加法有机硅改性丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,聚合过程、胶粒形态及乳液稳定性的观测结果表明:单体乳液滴加法是合成该类乳液的最佳方法,研究了单体乳液滴加法中有机硅含量与聚合反及胶膜性能的关系,结果表明:有机硅含量在15%以下时,聚合反应可以顺利进行,胶膜性能不仅依赖于聚合时有机硅单体的总量,而且还依赖于有机硅单体中活性硅氧烷所占的比例。  相似文献

We studied the electrocatalytic activity of cobalt tetra-aminophthalocyanine (CoTAPc) for the reduction of molecular oxygen (O2) on adsorbed monomeric and on electropolymerized films of different thicknesses on glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The polymeric films, denoted poly-CoTAPc, were first characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and it appears that the types of phenomena revealed to be occurring depend less on the film thickness in basic than in acid media. For O2 reduction, the results showed that poly-CoTAPc is more active than the monomeric CoTAPc adsorbed on GC. Indeed, rotating ring-disk electrode data showed that polymeric CoTAPc promotes the four-electron reduction of O2 to water in parallel to a two-electron reduction to give peroxide. On monomeric and thin films of poly-CoTAPc, a two-electron reduction mechanism predominates. In basic media the activity increases very slightly with thickness, whereas in acid media this increase is more pronounced. This parallels the observed behavior revealed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.  相似文献

The impregnation of magnetite (Mt) nanoparticle (NPs) onto Musa acuminata peel (MApe), to form a novel magnetic combo (MApe-Mt) for the adsorption of anionic bromophenol blue (BPB) was studied. The SEM, EDX, BET, XRD, FTIR and TGA were used to characterize the adsorbents. The FTIR showed that the OH and CO groups were the major sites for BPB uptake onto the adsorbent materials. The average Mt crystalline size on MApe-Mt was 21.13 nm. SEM analysis revealed that Mt NPs were agglomerated on the surface of the MApe biosorbent, with an average Mt diameter of 25.97 nm. After Mt impregnation, a decrease in BET surface area (14.89 to 3.80 m2/g) and an increase in pore diameter (2.25–3.11 nm), pore volume (0.0052–0.01418 cm3/g) and pH point of zero charge (6.4–7.2) was obtained. The presence of Pb(II) ions in solution significantly decreased the uptake of BPB onto both MApe (66.1–43.8%) and MApe-Mt (80.3–59.1%), compared to other competing ions (Zn(II), Cd(II), Ni(II)) in the solution. Isotherm modeling showed that the Freundlich model best fitted the adsorption data (R2 > 0.994 and SSE < 0.0013). In addition, maximum monolayer uptake was enhanced from 6.04 to 8.12 mg/g after Mt impregnation. Kinetics were well described by the pseudo-first order and liquid film diffusion models. Thermodynamics revealed a physical, endothermic adsorption of BPB onto the adsorbents, with ΔHo values of 15.87–16.49 kJ/mol, corroborated by high desorption (over 90%) of BPB from the loaded materials. The viability of the prepared adsorbents was also revealed in its reusability for BPB uptake.  相似文献
