应用基本参数(FP)法虚拟合成标准样品制作了X射线荧光光谱法测定不同类型的铁基合金中的26种元素的通用工作曲线。选择最佳的仪器工作条件和合理的待测元素的分析线系,测定了9种元素、受共存元素重叠干扰的校正系数,用瑞利散射线扣除背景及通道材料的影响。在设定虚拟合成标准样品中各元素的含量,并算得在此设定值下的理论荧光强度后,用FP法计算各元素在其定值下的最终强度,从而完成了FP法工作曲线。应用此虚拟合成单标工作曲线对多种标准样品进行测定,证明该工作曲线可用于各种类型的铁基合金的分析。  相似文献

The influence of stress-induced ε-martensitic transformation on the serrated flow behavior associated with dynamic strain aging was investigated. The ε-martensitic transformation was controlled by changing the deformation temperature and adding Si to Fe–17Mn–xSi–0.3?C alloys. The addition of Si promoted the ε-martensitic transformation, and suppressed the slip deformation due to solution hardening. The initiation of serrations around room temperature was delayed by the promotion of ε-martensitic transformation which initiated plastic deformation. The critical stress for the occurrence of serrations and the critical stress for the occurrence of slip deformation were found to have a linear relationship.  相似文献

Iron-chalcogenide compounds with FeSe(Te, S) layers did not attract much attention until the discovery of high-Tc superconductivity (SC) in the iron-pnictide compounds at the begining of 2008. Compared with FeAs-based superconductors, iron-chalcogenide superconductors have aroused enormous enthusiasm to study the relationship between SC and magnetisms with several distinct features, such as different antiferromagnetic ground states with relatively large moments in the parents, indicating possibly different superconducting mechanisms, the existence of the excess Fe atoms or Fe vacancies in the crystal lattice. Another reason is that the large single crystals are easily grown for the iron-chalcogenide compounds. This review will focus on our exploration for the iron-chalcogenide superconductors and discussion on several issues, including the crystal structure, magnetic properties, superconductivity, and phase separation. Some of them reach a consensus but some important questions still remain to be answered.  相似文献

利用正向加载和逆向加载相结合的实验方法,实验研究了从低压到高压三种不同压力范围内Fe基α相合金(Fe-85.03wt%,Mn-7.63wt%,Ni-7.01wt%,Al-0.3wt%)的冲击相变和卸载逆相变历程及对应加载状态的层裂行为特征.给出了Fe基α相合金含冲击相变和卸载逆相变的加卸载Hugoniot线,发现冲击相变阈值、逆相变阈值和冲击加载压力共同决定其冲击加卸载历程,冲击相变强烈影响其层裂行为,导致样品发生了"异常"层裂.利用获得的冲击加卸载历程从应力波相互作用的角度解 关键词: α相合金')" href="#">Fe基α相合金 相变 逆相变 层裂  相似文献

Fe74Ni3Si13Cr6W4 amorphous alloy powders were annealed at different temperature (T) for 1.5 h to fabricate the corresponding amorphous and nanocrystalline powders. The influences of T on the crystalline structure, morphology, magnetic and microwave electromagnetic properties of the resultant samples were investigated via X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer and vector network analyzer. The results show that the powder samples obtained at T of 650 °C or more are composed of lots of ultra-fine α-Fe(Si) grains embedded in an amorphous matrix. When T increases from 350 to 750 °C, the saturated magnetization and coercivity of the as-annealed powder samples both increase monotonously whereas the relative real permittivity shows a minimal value and the relative real permeability shows a maximal value at T of 650 °C. Thus the powder samples annealed at 650 °C show optimal reflection loss under −10 dB in the whole C-band. These results here suggest that the annealing heat treatment of Fe-based amorphous alloy is an effective approach to fabricate high performance microwave absorber with reasonable permittivity and large permeability simultaneously via adjusting T.  相似文献

Amorphous alloys with composition (at%) Fe48Cr15Mo14C15B6Gd2 (alloy A) and Fe48Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2 (alloy B) were prepared either using pure elements (A and B1) and a commercial AISI430 steel as a base material (B2). When prepared from pure elements both alloys (A and B1) could be cast in plate form with a fixed thickness of 2 mm and variable lengths between 10 and 20 mm by means of copper-mold injection in air atmosphere. In the case of alloy B2, prepared using commercial grade raw materials, rods of 2 mm diameter were obtained.  相似文献

铁基超导和铜基超导具有诸多相似性,这为建立统一的高温超导机理图像提供了可能性.然而,对铁基超导体系中无论是进行电荷掺杂、还是等价掺杂来改变化学压力,都能产生定性上类似、而细节上纷繁复杂的相图,这对建立统一的图像造成了困难.研究化学掺杂效应如何在微观上影响电子结构和超导电性,区分主导超导电性演化的主要因素和次要因素,对建立统一图像和揭示高温超导机理至关重要.本文综述了对铁基超导体系中化学掺杂效应的一系列角分辨光电子能谱研究,涵盖了基于FeAs和FeSe面的多种代表性铁基超导体系,包括异价掺杂、等价掺杂、在元胞不同位置的化学掺杂,及其对电子体系在费米面结构、杂质散射、电子关联强度等方面的影响.实验结果表明:电子关联性或能带宽度是多个铁基超导相图背后的普适参数,不同的晶格和杂质散射效应导致了并不重要的复杂细节,而费米面拓扑结构与超导电性的关联并不强.这些结果对弱耦合机理图像提出了挑战,并促使人们通过局域反铁磁交换作用配对图像在带宽演化层面上统一地理解铁基超导.  相似文献

Anisotropic properties of Sommerfeld coefficient and penetration depth for single crystal NdFeAsO1?xFx has been studied by using modified phenomenological Ginzburg–Landau (GL) theory. In the above two-band superconducting system, the calculated value of Sommerfeld coefficient shows very close proximity with the experimental result as reported by Welp. Further, anisotropic ratio of penetration depth also calculated and reported for this system. The results of anisotropic properties of the above superconducting system implied that modified GL-theory in the form presented here can be applicable to the above superconducting system.  相似文献

F-T合成沉淀铁系催化剂在3 000小时工业单管模试反应器中进行了三次原位再生试验。用自产的C6—C11馏分油在接近其临界点的条件下对催化剂进行处理,然后用H2或合成气还原。经过上述再生处理,催化剂床层压降从1.0 MPa降至0.1MPa,催化剂反应性能同时得到恢复。还讨论了导致催化剂失活和催化剂床层压降增加的原因。  相似文献
