短脉冲激光加热模型的遴选原则

 利用推导出的1维半空间光致热弹性应力响应的精确解，对激光与材料相互作用的加热模型的选取进行了研究。理论分析和计算结果表明：常用的表面加热模型只有在热穿透深度远大于光吸收长度时有效，若将其应用于超短脉冲激光（ps以下量级）加热的情况，可能会导致较大的误差；皮秒和飞秒激光辐照的热效应须用体加热模型计算。     

Pulsed reactive crossed beam laser ablation of La0.6Ca0.4CoO3 using O: Where does the oxygen come from?

The composition of thin perovskite films, especially the oxygen content, is a crucial parameter which influences many physical properties, such as conductivity and catalytic activity. Films produced by pulsed laser deposition are normally annealed in an oxygen atmosphere after deposition to achieve a desired oxygen content. In pulsed reactive crossed beam laser ablation, no annealing step is necessary, but a fundamental question regarding this deposition technique is still open: where does the oxygen in the films come from?There are three possibilities, i.e. from the target, from the gas background, or from the gas pulse. To answer this question two experiments were performed: ¹⁸O₂ was used during the deposition process as background gas with ¹⁶O anions in the target and ¹⁶O₂ gas pulse, and a ¹⁸O₂ gas pulse with ¹⁶O from the target and background. These experiments revealed that the quantification of the oxygen origin is only possible, when no oxygen exchange occurs at the deposition temperature. The films are characterized after deposition by elastic recoil detection analysis (ERDA) to determine the ¹⁶O/¹⁸O ratio. Experiments with different oxidizing species in the gas pulse (N₂O and O₂) confirm that the oxidizing potential (N₂O > O₂) as well as the number of molecules are important.     

ICLAS of weak transitions of water between 11 300 and 12 850 cm: Comparison with FTS databases

Very weak water vapor absorption lines have been investigated by intracavity laser absorption spectroscopy (ICLAS) in the 11 335-11 947 and 12 336-12 843 cm⁻¹ spectral regions dominated by the ν₁ + 3ν₂ + ν₃ and ν₂ + 3ν₃ bands, respectively. A detectivity on the order of α_min ∼ 10⁻⁹ cm⁻¹ was achieved with an ICLAS spectrometer based on a Ti: Sapphire laser. It allowed detecting transitions with an intensity down to 5 × 10⁻²⁸ cm/molecule which is about 10 times lower than the weakest line intensities previously detected in the considered region. A line list corresponding to 1281 transitions with intensity lower than 5 × 10⁻²⁶ cm/molecule has been generated. A detailed comparison with the line lists provided by the HITRAN database and by recent investigations by Fourier transform spectroscopy associated with very long multi pass cell is presented. The rovibrational assignment performed on the basis of the ab initio calculations of Schwenke and Partridge, has allowed for determining 176 new energy levels belonging to a total of 16 vibrational states.

本文对激光穿透焊进行了三维数值模拟，除考虑焊接速度影响外，还研究了Ｍａｒａｎｇｏｎｉ对流对熔池流动与传热的影响。将三维数值模拟结果与相应的二维模拟结果进行了比较，结果表明，Ｍａｒａｎｇｏｎｉ对流对熔池的形成有很大的影响，因此不可忽略。本文还给出了估计激光穿透焊中蒸气孔尺寸与焊接热效率的方法。     

Superlattice CoCrPt/Ru/CoFe structure fabricated by pulsed laser deposition

The synthetic antiferromagnets (SAF) have been used in spin-valve sensor in data storage industry [1]. We report a new hard/Ru/soft sandwich structure (SHBL) fabricated by pulsed lased deposition to replace current single layer structure for information recording application. SHBL consists of two magnetic layers separated by thin nonmagnetic layers, typically with Ru layers of 0.7-1.2 nm, through which antiferromagnetic coupling is induced. Varying the relative thickness of the magnetic layers, the spacer layers, and the type of magnetic materials can alter magnetic properties of CoCrPt/Ru/CoFe superlattice. The coercivity H_c and grain size of magnetic layer is also dependent on the laser fluence. High laser fluence results in both small grain size and high H_c. The observed phenomena are related to high quenching and deposition rates during PLD at high fluence, resulting in more pronounced phase segregation.     

在CPM非稳腔Nd:YAG激光器中用被—被动锁模方法选单脉冲的探讨

在CPM Nd:YAG非稳腔激光器中,我们使用透过率较大的可饱和吸收体使单脉冲序列中的脉冲个数减少到3—5个,在输出的单序列中再使用非线性介质进行处理,可以得到比较接近的单脉冲输出。     

Laser vaporization: A versatile method for studying metal clusters

Vaporizing solid samples of metals and semiconductors with a YAG Laser is a method well suited for producing molecules and clusters of those materials. The clusters are examined by either laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) or mass spectroscopic methods. The technique is valuable for both gas phase and matrix studies. The method is described and some applications, studying either the structure of small metal molecules or their reactions, are reviewed, with emphasis on our recent results from the LIF studies of LiBe, Al₂ and the reaction of Al with oxygen, yielding A1₂O. For larger clusters, Ion Cyclotron Resonance is an extremely valuable method, as we demonstrate by its application to the reactions of small charged silicon clusters with strong oxidising agents.     

类锂离子与软X射线激光研究有关的跃迁波长和振子强度

本文用多组态HXR自洽场方法和优化以Slater径向积分法相结计算了类锂离子(Z=13～17,19)1s~2nl~2LJ(2≤n≤5,0≤l≤4)能级之间的跃迁波长和振子强度,并和实验进行了比较。就软X射线激光跃迁4f—3d而言,本文计算的波长值比其它文献的计算值更接近于观测值。     

双电极对双脉冲激光器结构分析

本文对双电极对双脉冲激光器的谐振腔结构进行了分析,结果表明采用双非稳腔和增大反射镜的曲率半径可分别获得单纵模和基横模输出。为使输出能量稳定,则双电极对的间距有一最小值的限制。     

原生质体诱变选育去甲基金霉素高产菌

采用紫外线、同平板梯度浓度亚硝基肌，纯铜蒸气激光诱变去甲基金霉素生产菌金霉素链霉菌的原生质体，结果表明原生质体对各种诱变剂的敏感性较高.正变幅度较大.原生质体经紫外线、同平板梯度浓度亚硝墓肌复合诱变后，筛选到一菌株，重新制备原生体，经激光诱变，选育出高产菌株S. A. HU02，去甲基金霉素效价从2831u/ml提高到4337u/ml，提高了53. 2，经多次传代产量性状非常稳定.
