Effect of in situ complexation of some ions with variable valencies, like Co(II), Ni(II), Mn(II), Cu(II) and Pb(II) on the the electrooxidation of Vitamin C (L ‐ascorbic acid) was studied by cyclic voltammetry using carbon paste electrodes modified with p‐tert‐butylcalix[4]arene and p‐tert‐butylcalix[6]arene in perchloric acid, acetic acid and ammonium acetate media. Pb(II) was found to bind strongly with p‐tert‐butylcalix[4]arene in acetate medium, resulting in its being retained at the electrode surface and catalyzing the oxidation of ascorbic acid. The overpotential was reduced by about 200 mV with an increase in the peak currents. Linearity was observed over the range of 0.07–400 ppm with a detection limit of 30 ppb by differential pulse voltammetry. Interferences of some common substances like sugars and amino acids were studied and the modified electrode was used for the determination of vitamin C in commercial samples. 相似文献

The electrooxidation of L -dopa at GC electrode was studied by in situ UV-vis spectroelectrochemistry (SEC) and cyclic voltammetry. The mechanism of electrooxidation and some reaction parameters were obtained. The results showed that the whole electrooxidation reaction of L -dopa at glassy carbon (GC) electrode was an irreversible electrochemical process followed by a chemical reaction in neutral solution (EC mechanism). The spectroelectrochemical data were treated by the double logarithm method together with nonlinear regression, from which the formal potential E0=228 mV, the apparent electron-transfer number of the electrooxidation reaction αn=0.376 (R=0.99, SD=0.26), the standard electrochemical rate constant k0=(3.93±0.12)×10−4 cm s−1 (SD=1.02×10−2), and the formation equilibrium constant of the following chemical reaction kc=(5.38±0.34)×10−1 s−1 (SD=1.02×10−2) were also obtained. 相似文献

o-Dianisidine (ODA)-H2O2-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) voltammetric enzyme-linked immunoassay system has firstly been used for the detection of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). HRP catalyzes strongly the oxidation reaction of ODA by H2O2, the product of which produces a sensitive second order derivative linear sweep voltammetric peak at potential of −0.56 V (versus SCE) in Britton–Robinson (BR) buffer. HRP activity has been measured with this voltammetric peak and TMV detected through immunoreaction. The detection limit for HRP is 9.25×10-7 mU l−1 and the linear range is 2.5×10−6–5.0×10−4 mU l−1. The detection limit for the clarified TMV is 0.25 ng ml−1 and the highest dilution ratio detected for the infected leaf sap is 1:8×105. The sensitivity for TMV detection with this method is higher than that with the enzyme-linked immunosorbent spectrophotometric assay (ELISA) using ODA-H2O2-HRP system. The processes of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction and the electro-reduction of the product of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction have been described. 相似文献

在 0 .0 5 mol/L p H4.2的 HAc- Na Ac- PHP(邻苯二甲酸氢钾 )缓冲溶液中 ,用硫堇分子自组装膜修饰金电极对邻氨基酚的电化学行为进行了初步研究。研究发现 ,邻氨基酚在 - 0 .1 V左右出现一可逆氧化还原峰 ,在 0 .38V( vs.SCE)左右产生一阳极峰。两峰均由邻氨基酚的氧化还原引起 ,较正处的阳极峰表现出吸附波的性质 ,该峰较灵敏 ,适于伏安测定。该峰的峰电流与邻氨基酚的浓度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 6 ~ 5 .0× 1 0 - 4mol/L范围内呈线性关系 (相关系数 r =0 .9991 )。该方法可用于邻氨基酚含量的测定 相似文献

The investigation of the dissolved iron(III)–nitrilotriacetate–hydroxide system in the water solution (I=0.1 mol L?1 in NaClO4; pH 8.0±0.1) using differential pulse cathodic voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry, and sampled direct current (DC) polarography, was carried out on a static mercury drop electrode (SMDE). The dissolved iron(III) ion concentrations varied from 2.68×10?6 to 6×10?4 mol L?1 and nitrilotriacetate concentrations were 1×10?4 and 5×10?4 mol L?1. By deconvoluting of the overlapped reduction voltammetric peaks using Fourier transformation, four relatively stable, dissolved iron(III) complex species were characterized, as follows: [Fe(NTA)2]3?, mixed ligand complexes [FeOHNTA]? and [Fe(OH)2NTA]2?, showing a one‐electron quasireversible reduction, and binuclear diiron(III) complex [NTAFeOFeNTA]2?, detected above 4×10?4 mol L?1 of the added iron(III) ions, showing a one‐electron irreversible reduction character. The calculations with the constants from the literature were done and compared with the potential shifts of the voltammetric peaks. Fitting was obtained by changing the following literature constants: log β2([Fe(NTA)2]3?) from 24 to 27.2, log β1([FeNTA]?) from 8.9 to 9.2, log β2([Fe(NTA)2]4?) from 11.89 to 15.7 and log β2([Fe(OH)2NTA]3?) from 15.63 to 19. The determination of the electrochemical parameters of the mixed ligand complex [FeOHNTA]?, such as: transfer coefficient (α), rate constant (ks) and formal potential (E°') was done using a sampled DC polarography, and found to be 0.46±0.05, 1.0±0.3×10?3 cm s?1, and ?0.154±0.010 V, respectively. An ionic liquid (i.e., 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, BMIMPF6)‐single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) gel modified glassy carbon electrode (BMIMPF6‐SWNT/GCE) is fabricated. At it the voltammetric behavior and determination of p‐nitroaniline (PNA) is explored. PNA can exhibit a sensitive cathodic peak at ?0.70 V (vs. SCE) in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution on the electrode, resulting from the irreversible reduction of PNA. Under the optimized conditions, the peak current is linear to PNA concentration over the range of 1.0×10?8–7.0×10?6 M, and the detection limit is 8.0×10?9 M. The electrode can be regenerated by successive potential scan in a blank solution for about 5 times and exhibits good reproducibility. Meanwhile, the feasibility to determine other nitroaromatic compounds (NACs) with the modified electrode is also tested. It is found that the NACs studied (i.e., p‐nitroaniline, p‐nitrophenol, o‐nitrophenol, m‐nitrophenol, p‐nitrobenzoic acid, and nitrobenzene) can all cause sensitive cathodic peaks under the conditions, but their peak potentials and peak currents are different to some extent. Their peak currents and concentrations show linear relationships in concentration ranges with about 3 orders of magnitude. The detection limits are 8.0×10?9 M for p‐nitroaniline, 2.0×10?9 M for p‐nitrophenol, 5.0×10?9 M for o‐nitrophenol, 5.0×10?9 M for m‐nitrophenol, 2.0×10?8 M for p‐nitrobenzoic acid and 8.0×10?9 M for nitrobenzene respectively. 采用EACVD(Electron Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition)方法制备了掺硼金刚石膜, 并用扫描电镜、拉曼光谱及霍尔效应等测试方法对其表面形貌、生长特性、载流子浓度以及导电性能进行了分析. 测试结果表明, 掺硼金刚石膜是由微米级晶粒组成的多晶膜, 其载流子浓度为4.88×1020 cm-3, 电阻率为0.03 Ω·cm, 是高品质金刚石膜. 用该金刚石膜制作电化学电极, 利用循环伏安法分别测量了金刚石膜电极在氯化钾空白底液、亚铁氰化钾溶液和左旋半胱氨酸溶液中的循环伏安曲线, 发现该金刚石膜电极在水溶液中具有宽的电化学窗口(约为3.7 V)和接近零的背景电流, 在生物制剂的检测中具有很高的灵敏度和良好的稳定性, 是一种理想的电化学电极材料. 相似文献
