无合作目标激光绝对测距中,远距离、真实表面的后向散射特性机理不明朗,严重影响测距结果,是制约测距技术发展的重要瓶颈。以立铣、平铣、平磨等三种典型实际机械加工方式下的粗糙表面为研究对象,测量了在1 550 nm红外激光照射下形成的后向散射场,探究了不同加工方式下特殊后向散射场形成的原因,深入分析了表面纹理、入射方位角、入射角度、粗糙度对后向散射场分布的影响。实验结果分析表明,加工制造表面的后向散射光谱形态分布受加工方式的影响很大,且相互入射几何关系和粗糙度对每种加工方式下的实际粗糙表面均有规律性影响。为了能够获取足够的后向散射能量,对表面参数的识别反演显得十分重要。进一步构建了一种加工表面多维参数反演模型,采用另外一种加工方式(刨床)的样块数据进行验证,加工方式能够被准确区分,入射方位角和粗糙度反演的相对误差分别达到1.21%和1.03%,反演精度较高。经实验验证,通过表面参数的反演极大拓宽了无合作目标激光绝对测距的范围,有效降低了表面纹理、入射方位角、粗糙度等对测距范围的影响。这一研究结果还对具有纹理特征加工表面的后向散射光谱的研究和在其他领域的应用均具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

The objective of the study was to acoustically characterize trisacryl polymeric microparticles (TMP), which are derived from biocompatible embolic agents.With significant acoustic properties, these polymeric particles could be potentially used as targeted ultrasound contrast agents, directed towards a specific site, with ligands conjugation on the polymeric network surface. In the in vitro study, a pulser/receiver (PRF of 1 kHz), associated to different transducers (5, 10 and 15 MHz), was used to measure the acoustic properties of the TMP inserted in a Couette flow device. Acoustic characterization according to TMP concentration (0.12-15.63 mg/ml), frequency (4.5-17 MHz, defined by each transducer bandwidth), ultrasound pressure (137-378 kPa) and exposure time (0-30 min) was conducted. Particle attenuation was also evaluated according to TMP concentration and emission frequency. Backscattering increased non linearly with concentration and maximum enhancement was of 16.4 dB ± 0.89 dB above 7.8 mg/ml. This parameter was found non-linear with increasing applied pressure and no harmonic oscillation could be noticed. Attenuation reached approximately 1.4 dB/cm at 15 MHz and for the 15.6 mg/ml suspension.The TMP have revealed in vitro ultrasound properties comparable to those observed with known contrast agents, studied in similar in vitro systems. However, such set-ups combined with a rather aqueous suspending medium, have some limitations and further investigations need now to be conducted to approach in vivo conditions in terms of flow and blood environment. 相似文献

The origin and the suppression of dynamic instability have been experimentally studied in mutually pumped phase conjugators when the two input beams are coherent. Experimental results show that the dynamic instability of the phase conjugation outputs arises from the competition among backscattering gratings, reflection gratings, and shared transmission gratings. The effect of the competition on the coupling channel is also presented. A simple method, the slight vibration of the experimental table is proposed. It can eliminate the dynamic instability. The response time is measured and fit for several kinds of discovered mutually pumped phase conjugators. We find that the bird-wing and sickle mutually pumped phase conjugators, which have one internal reflection, have a shorter response time. A possible explanation is suggested. 相似文献

A universal detector based on backscatter interferometry has been developed to perform nanoliter volume refractive index measurements for on-chip sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) gel based (polyethylene oxide gel) separations and quantification label-free proteins. The on-chip interferometric backscatter detector (OCIBD) system consists of a simple, folded optical train based on the interaction of a laser beam with an etched channel in the shape of half cylinder in a fused-silica plate. The backscattered light from the channel takes on the form of a high-contrast interference pattern that contains information related to the bulk properties of the fluid located within the probe or detection volume of 2.32 x 10(-9) L. Depending on capillary electrophoresis (CE) injection method, the positional changes of the interference pattern extrema (fringes) allow for the quantification of unlabeled proteins at levels ranging from 11 to 310 amol (2.7 x 10(-8)mol/L) with a linear dynamic range of 2.5 decades (egg albumin). Using OCIBD microchannel-based SDS capillary gel electrophoresis (SDS/CGE), separation and detection of five label-free proteins was achieved in less than 100 seconds with detection limits ranging from 0.95 pg (1.1 x 10(-16)mol or 2.5 x 10(-7)mol/L) of calmodulin to 7.0 pg (1.0 x 10(-16)mol or 2.4 x 10(-7)mol/L) for bovine serum albumin (BSA) without signal filtering or active thermal control. This development shows that a universal detector based on backscatter interferometry can be used effectively for on-chip label-free solute analysis. 相似文献

基于Stockes矢量,通过测量以线偏振光和圆偏振光入射时脂肪乳剂后向散射光的偏振度,研究了532 nm、650 nm和780 nm三个波长的光与散射粒子粒径为325 nm的脂肪乳剂溶液作用后,其后向散射光的偏振度特性.研究结果表明,对于入射线偏振光,780 nm波长后向散射光中的线偏振光成分多于圆偏振光成分,而532 nm波长则相反;对于入射圆偏振光,三个波长后向散射光中的圆偏振光成分均多于线偏振光成分;532 nm波长的总偏振度高于650 nm和780 nm两个波长各自的总偏振度;线偏振光的保偏性优于圆偏振光的保偏性,但偏振光在散射介质中的穿透深度较小.因此,后向散射成像技术适用于物体表层成像,而且选择波长略大于粒径的线偏振光可以提高成像质量. 相似文献

Backscattering (Bcs) coefficients for low-energy positrons (∼100 eV) from elemental solids have been simulated using an analytic approach. The model is based on the use of the transport cross-sections (TCSs) and the stopping power calculated from partial wave methods and the best-fit stopping power data of Ashley, respectively. The new result is an extension of recent calculations in the medium energy range. Comparisons, when possible, with experimental and Monte-Carlo (MC) simulation data have been made. 相似文献
