激光二极管端面抽运的棒状Yb：YAG激光器

分析了影响激光二极管抽运Yb：YAG激光器调Q效率的参量，推导了激光二极管端面脉冲抽运Yb：YAG晶体的速率方程，解出了双程抽运情况下的净抽运量子产率。利用数值计算方法，模拟了净抽运量子产率与晶体长度，抽运光脉冲宽度等关系，得出晶体长度的优化可以提高Yb：YAG激光器输出效率。计算了词Q Yb：YAG激光器的最大增益、最大储能，分析了放大自发辐射对于Yb：YAG能量存储的影响。同时给出了激光二极管端面抽运调Q Yb：YAG优化设计方法。这些分析和计算为实际器件的研制提供参考。     

Quark Virtuality and QCD Vacuum Condensates

Based on the Dyson-Schwinger equations (DSEs) in the ‘rainbow‘ approximation, we investigate the quark virtuality in the vacuum state and quantum-chromodynamics (QCD) vacuum condensates. In particular, we calculate the local quark vacuum condensate and quark-gluon mixed condensates, and then the virtuality of quark. The calculated quark virtualities are λu,d^2 0.7 GeV^2 for u, d quarks, and λs^2=1.6 GeV^2 for s quark. Our theoretical predictions are consistent with empirical values used in QCD sum rules, and also fit to lattice QCD predictions.     

非奇异单圈图的刻划

边数等于顶点个数的连通图称为单圈图.本文修正了文献[1]中关于奇异单圈图的充要条件,并且利用该条件证明了文献[2]中一个关于非奇异单圈图的猜想.     

拓扑系统的紧性和分离性

考察拓扑系统的两种紧性——空间式紧和locale式紧,给出紧性的若干刻画,讨论了两种紧性的相互关系,证明了拓扑系统的两种紧性都是拓扑空间紧性的良好推广,说明了紧拓扑系统的闭子拓扑系统、有限和系统以及积系统仍是紧拓扑系统。最后在拓扑系统中考察了紧性加强分离性的问题,得到了紧,(强)T2拓扑系统为(强)T3,(强)T4拓扑系统等结论,并用理想收敛刻画了拓扑系统的强T2分离性。     

离化团簇束法制备c轴取向的ZnO薄膜

为了探索低温可调控ZnO薄膜沉积技术,提出了一种新的ZnO薄膜制备方法,即离化团簇束（ICB）法,并自行设计研制了应用该方法制备ZnO薄膜的专门装置.采用超音速喷嘴获得高速锌原子团簇束,用Hall等离子体源产生氧离子束离化锌原子团簇,获得了较高的离化率.在沉积过程中,可以通过调节衬底偏压、氩氧比、衬底加热温度等参数,来控制成膜的质量;应用这个装置成功地在硅衬底上制备的ZnO薄膜,经XRD和EDS检测,薄膜的c轴取向一致,Zn、O原子百分比接近于1：1,成膜质量好.     

Evolution of Shower Parton Distributions in a Jet from Quark Recombination Model

The evolution of shower parton distributions in a jet is investigated in the framework of a quark recombination model. The distributions are parameterized and the Q^2 dependence of the parameters is given by polynomials of In Q^2 for a wide range of Q^2     

小分子硫原子团簇正离子的结构稳定性

用分子图形软件设计出 4 9种硫原子团簇Sn+ (n =3～ 13)的结构 ,使用B3LYP密度泛函进行几何构型优化和振动频率计算 ,根据分子的总能量得出最稳定的同分异构体 .在硫原子团簇正离子中 ,大部分原子为二配位成键 .带有一、三配位的原子结构的总能量较高 .部分最稳定硫原子团簇正离子的构型与最稳定的中性硫原子团簇的构型完全不同 .     

Irn(n=2-25)团簇基态结构的遗传算法研究

用遗传算法结合Gupta紧束缚模型势研究了Irn(n=2-25)团簇的基态结构.分析了Irn(n=2-25)团簇的基态结构随团簇尺寸的变化规律.计算结果表明,Irn(n=2-25)团簇的每个原子的平均束缚能和平均第一近邻随团簇尺寸的增加而增大,以总束缚能的二阶差分为判据,Irn(n=2-25)团簇的幻数是4、7、9、13、15、19、23.     

Raman spectroscopic study of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18

Raman spectra of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 （SBTi5） are reported to consist of four different Raman bands. Temperature-dependent spectra reveal the relationship between the lattice vibration and the material＇s structure. There appears a relatively large change in structure of the material at about 273K, The anharmonic potential of the material has a great influence on its phonon mode full width at half maximum （FWHM）, which can be expressed by a function of temperature. Theoretical fittings of the FWHMs for the two modes at around 312 cm^-1 and 464cm^-1 indicate that the latter phonon mode is more anharmonic than the former one.     

Cntinuity of Some Classes of Functions Related to Degenerate Parabolic Equations and Its Applications

We study some classes of functions satisfying the assumptions similar to but weaker than those for the classical B2 function classes used in the research of quasi-linear parabolic equations as well as the ones used in the research of degenerate parabolic equations including porous medium equationsl.Comsequently,we prove that a function in such a class is continuous.As an application,we obtain the estimate for the continuous modulus of the solutions of a few degenerate parabolic equations in divergence form,including the anisotropic porous equations.
