Approximate solutions of Klein-Gordon equation with improved Manning-Rosen potential in D-dimensions using SUSYQM

In this paper, we present solutions of the Klein–Gordon equation for the improved Manning–Rosen potential for arbitrary l state in d-dimensions using the supersymmetric shape invariance method. We obtained the energy levels and the corresponding wave functions expressed in terms of Jacobi polynomial in a closed form for arbitrary l state. We also calculate the oscillator strength for the potential.     

SUPERSYMMETRIC INVARIANCE AND UNIVERSAL CENTRAL EXTENSIONS OF LIE SUPERTRIPLE SYSTEMS

In this article, we discuss some properties of a supersymmetric invariant bilinear form on Lie supertriple systems. In particular, a supersymmetric invariant bilinear form on Lie supertriple systems can be extended to its standard imbedding Lie superalgebras. Furthermore, we generalize Garland＇s theory of universal central extensions for Lie supertriple systems following the classical one for Lie superalgebras. We solve the problems of lifting automorphisms and lifting derivations.     

Comparison of the Contributions of Tetrahydrofurfuryl Alcohol and PEG to α-Chymotrypsin Renaturation with High Performance Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography

The contributions of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol(THFA) and polyethylene glyco(PEG) to the renature efficiency of α-chymotrypsin were investigated and compared with each other,The maximum increments of bioactivity recovery of α-Chy were found to be 25.1% for THFA,10.4% for PEG,respectively.The experimental results indicated that the denaturant solution containing THFA contributed more to the renaturation of α-Chy in high performance hydrophobic interaction chromatography(HPHIC) than that containing PEG,when the concentration of THFA was 3.2%,the bioactivity recovery of α-Chy is the highest.     

用发光法测定DnaJ类分子伴侣MRJ对虫荧光素酶体外重折叠的促进作用

蛋白质的折叠使新翻译合成的多肽变成有生物功能的空间结构，因此蛋白质折叠是后基因组时代的重要工作。而在由白质折叠过程中，必须依靠分子伴侣的相互作用，才能保证蛋白质折叠向正确的方向进行。MBJ是一类新发现的DnaJ类分子伴侣，已证实它有调节ATP酶活性和阻止多聚谷氨酰胺凝聚的作用。我们用胍变性的虫荧光素酶作为蛋白质恢复功能活性的分子模型，用生物发光法研究了MRJ对蛋白质重新折叠的作用，发现MRJ确实有促进变性虫荧光素酶重新折叠并恢复其催化活力的功能。而且这种过程需要另一类Hsp60和Hsp70的协助，而这三种分子伴侣组合在一起，功效最好。实验中还发现，MRJ对虫荧光素酶恢复的促进作用是与ATP密切相关的。发光分析是研究分子伴侣促进蛋白质折叠过程的一种灵敏、精确和快速的技术手段。     

参数Z对疏水色谱中胍变蛋白质分子构象亦化的表征

用计量置换参数Ｚ对疏水色谱流动相中存在盐酸胍时蛋白质分子构象变化进行了表征。除溶菌酶外，其余４种蛋白质的Ｚ值随盐酸胍浓度的增大先增大，而后减小。蛋白质的Ｚ值随盐酸及脲浓度的增大，埋藏在蛋白质分子内     

SOME NEW PARTIAL ORDERINGSDESCRIBING AGING PROPERTY

The concept of aging, which is very users in relability describes the adverse orbeneficial effects of age on the lifetime of systems. Several partial orderings of life distributionshave been introduced. In this article,some more partial orderings of life distributions are imtroduced mainly by means of the equilibrium distribution. And conversely, a group of new aging clasps oflife distrbutions can be derived from these orderings.
