压电陶瓷压电特性的激光调制法测量研究

介绍可测量压电陶瓷压电特性的激光干涉调制测量方法.采用相干检测原理对信号进行提取,不仅可以抑制噪声对干涉信号的影响,而且还可以大大降低光电探测器和电路的1/f噪声.与通常干涉仪测量方法相比,这种方法具有测量灵敏度高等优点.利用该方法对压电陶瓷压电特性进行了测量,讨论了激励电压信号的频率、幅度对压电陶瓷压电常数d₃₁的影响,并对其压电迟滞曲线进行了测量.     

Experimental 511 W Composite Nd：YAG Ceramic Laser

We demonstrate a 511 W laser diode pumped composite Nd：YAG ceramic laser. The optical pumping system is consisted of five laser diode stacked arrays arranged in a pentagonal shape around the ceramic rod whose size is φ6.35×144mm. When the pumping power is 1600 W, the cw laser output up to 511 W at 1064nm can be obtained with a linear piano-piano cavity, and the optical-to-optical efficiency is 31.9%. To our knowledge, this is the highest value of laser output by using a newly invented composite Nd：YAG ceramic rod as the gain medium.     

真空中氧化铝陶瓷沿面耐压试验

真空中陶瓷绝缘子的耐压能力严重受到其表面性能的制约，在远低于同尺寸的真空间隙的耐压强度和绝缘子体耐压水平的情况下，绝缘子就出现了击穿现象，即沿面闪络击穿。利用真空绝缘实验装置选用95氧化铝陶瓷和掺锰铬氧化铝陶瓷样品进行表面耐压试验，对不同组分的陶瓷样品的耐压性能比较，并探讨表面处理及测试法对绝缘子表面绝缘性能的影响。     

Exact Controllability and Asymptotic Analysis for Shallow Shells

The authors consider the exact controllability of the vibrations of a thin shallow shell, of thickness 2εwith controls imposed on the lateral surface and at the top and bottom of the shell. Apart from proving the existence of exact controls, it is shown that the solutions of the three dimensional exact controllability problems converge, as the thickness of the shell goes to zero, to the solution of an exact controllability problem in two dimensions.     

圆形振动膜ZnO压电微传声器的研制

本文介绍了一种新型圆形振动膜ZnO压电微传声器的制备，并对传声器制备的工艺过程进行了较为详细的描述。圆形振动膜的压电传卢器与以前方形振动膜结构设计相比，较大幅度提高了传声器的灵敏度和成品率，灵敏度达到-70dB（相对于1V／Pa），成品率达到80％。

氟氧化物陶瓷的多谱线上转换发光

以氧化硅、氟化铅为基质制备了Er3 :Yb3 共掺杂氟氧化物陶瓷 ,X 射线分析表明陶瓷中存在着 β PbF2 晶相 ,沉积在其中的稀土离子由于具有很低的无辐射跃迁几率而显示出良好的上转换性能。Er3 ,Yb3 离子之间存在的多种能量传递通道 ,导致稀土离子十分丰富的上转换谱线的出现。     

Solutions for a Mode Ⅲ Growing Crack in a Piezoelectric Plane Under Two Kinds of Electric Boundary Conditions ＊

The solutions for a mode Ⅲ crack growing along an arbitrary propagation path in a piezoelectric plane are studied under the impermeable surface condition and the electrical contact surface condition respectively. According to the two kinds of electric boundary conditions, the Hilbert and Riemann boundary value problems in a half-plane including opening smooth arc are obtained from the theoretical analysis. Moreover, the equipollence of the solution formed under these two electric boundaries is proved, and unified solutions for the stress and electric displacement distribution in the crack-tipfield of the piezoelectric plane are achieved.     

牛血清白蛋白的压电免疫测定及电极的洗脱

在镀银石英晶片上用压电免疫方法测定了０．５～５０ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内的牛血清白蛋白的浓度，得到线性响应；并较全面地研究了压电晶片的回复性使用问题，以０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ甘氨酸－盐酸（ｐＨ＝２．０）溶液洗脱时效果较好
