A novel silane coupling agent bearing sulfobetaine group, N,N-diethyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl)-aminopropyl- trimethoxysilane (DESATS), was first designed, synthesized and characterized. Its solution property was studied by means of dynamic light scattering. DESATS was successfully bonded onto the surface of the glass and proved by ESCA. Platelet adhesion assay in vitro indicated that the nonthrombogenicity of glass slide modified with DESATS is greatly improved. 相似文献

In this paper, superhigh reproductive rate strains of MEV with titre more than HA8192* or TCID50 log9.7 10 have been achieved both by cultivation in cell lines with different susceptibility to MEV and by isolating and identifying in field by the author. The systematic tests proved that S18 and L12 strains of MEV are the best strains for vaccine preparation. In this study, the best means for the tissue cultivation of MEV and the most advanced technological process for the production and detection of serum-free cell-cultured MEV fluids with super-high HA titre in batches in large quantities have been established for the first time. Optimum conditions for MEV inactivation were determined, and safe and effective inactivated vaccines with mineral oil or A1(OH)3 gel adjuvant were successfully prepared with serum-free cell-cultured MEV fluids. Crystals of two alkali-metal tin(IV) arsenates, KSnOAsO4 and RbSnOAsO4, were grown from a flux and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: RSnOAsO4, orthorhombic, Pna21 (No. 33), a = 13.406(3) Å, b = 6.678(1) Å, c = 10.921(2) Å, Z = 8, R = 0.037 for 1173 independent reflections with I > 2.5ó(l); RbSnOAsO4, as above except a = 13.567(3) Å, b = 6.791( 1) Å, c = 10.891(2) Å, R = 0.035 for 1958 independent reflections. The two compounds are isostructural with the nonlinear optical material KTiOPO4. The oxygen frameworks of both tin compounds approximate closely to a centrosymmetric arrangement, as indicated from the analysis of atomic coordinates. Asymptotic boundary condition (ABC) of laser-atom interaction presented recently is applied to transform the initial value problem of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE) in infinite space into the initial and boundary value problem in the finite space, and then the TDSE is discretized into linear canonical equations by substituting the symmetry difference quotient for the 2-order partial derivative. The canonical equation is solved by symplectic algorithm. The ground state and the equal weight coherent superposition of the ground state and the first excited state have been taken as the initial conditions, respectively, while we calculate the population of bound states, the evolution of average distance and the high-order harmonic generation (HHG). Computational schemes are presented with which to evaluate the electrostatic Coulomb energy in relativistic molecular electronic
structure calculations using a basis of four-component Dirac spinor amplitudes. We demonstrate that algorithms may be constructed
and implemented which differ only in minor details from those in common use in nonrelativistic quantum chemistry, and that
the four-component formalism is neither as complicated nor as expensive as has been suggested recently in the literature.

Recent observations of remarkably large chiroptical effects in second-harmonic generation (SHG) and sum-frequency generation (SFG) measurements suggest exciting possibilities for the development of new chiral-specific spectroscopies and novel chiral materials for nonlinear optics. Several fundamental studies designed to elucidate the molecular and macromolecular origins of the chiral responses are reviewed to provide a framework for development of this emerging field. In general, the chiral activity in SHG and SFG has the potential to arise from complex interactions between hosts of different competing effects. Fortunately, relatively simple electric dipole-allowed mechanisms routinely dominate the nonlinear optical chiral activities of most practical systemsexpressions can often be generated to link the. This substantial reduction in complexity allows for the development of simple models connecting the macroscopic nonlinear optical response to intuitive molecular and supramolecular properties. 相似文献

Some K2O-TiO2-GeO2 glasses with a large amount of TiO2 contents (15-25 mol%) such as 25K2O-25TiO2-50GeO2 have been prepared, and their electronic polarizability, Raman scattering spectra, and crystallization behavior are examined to clarify thermal properties and structure of the glasses and to develop new nonlinear optical crystallized glasses. It is proposed that the glasses consist of the network of TiO6 and GeO4 polyhedra. The glasses show large optical basicities of Λ=0.88-0.92, indicating the high polarizabity of TiOn (n=4-6) polyhedra in the glasses. K2TiGe3O9 crystals are formed through crystallization in all glasses prepared in the present study. In particular, 20K2O-20TiO2-60GeO2 glass shows bulk crystallization and 18K2O-18TiO2-64GeO2 glass exhibits surface crystallization giving the c-axis orientation. The crystallized glasses show second harmonic generations (SHGs), and it is suggested that the distortion of TiO6 octahedra in K2TiGe3O9 crystals induces SHGs. 相似文献

The gyrotrons developed at the University of Sydney are tunable sources of millimetre and submillimetre radiation. The generation of submillimetre wavelengths requires operation at the second harmonic of the electron cyclotron frequency, or higher. Our latest gyrotron, GYROTRON IVA, has successfully achieved second harmonic operation and obtained frequencies up to 590 GHz (=0.51 mm). The experimental results and conditions for second harmonic operation will be presented. The design of a new gyrotron, GYROTRON V, which is especially optimised for the second harmonic, will also be included. 相似文献
