采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2 纳米晶, 并通过浸渍技术在其表面引入了FeO(OH). 采用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱确定了引入FeO(OH)的最佳Fe3+浓度. 通过电化学法在FeO(OH)-TiO2光阳极上沉积了催化水分解制备氧气的钴基催化剂(CoPi), 得到了FeO(OH)-TiO2/CoPi 复合光阳极. 利用透射电镜(TEM), 高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM), X射线衍射(XRD), 扫描电镜(SEM)对TiO2纳米晶, FeO(OH)-TiO2以及FeO(OH)-TiO2/CoPi复合光阳极进行了表征, 采用电化学和光电化学技术研究了中性条件下FeO(OH)-TiO2/CoPi 复合光阳极的光电催化分解水性能. 结果表明, TiO2纳米晶为梭形的锐钛矿, 其表面修饰的FeO(OH)为针铁矿型, 且当前驱体溶液中Fe3+与TiO2的质量比为0.05%时得到的FeO(OH)-TiO2具有最佳的光吸收效果. 形成FeO(OH)-TiO2/CoPi复合光阳极后, 在光照条件下CoPi 电催化分解水制备氧气的过电位显著降低. TiO2表面FeO(OH)的引入增加了光阳极对可见光的吸收能力, 同时光阳极表面沉积的CoPi有效地利用了FeO(OH)-TiO2产生的光生空穴, 将水氧化形成氧气, 从而在光照条件下显著提高了CoPi催化氧化水的效率.  相似文献

We study the evolution of primordial black holes by considering present universe is no more matter dominated rather vacuum energy dominated. We also consider the accretion of radiation, matter and vacuum energy during respective dominance period. In this scenario, we found that radiation accretion efficiency should be less than 0.366 and accretion rate is much larger than previous analysis by Nayak et al. (2009) [1]. Thus here primordial black holes live longer than previous works Nayak and Singh (2011) [1]. Again matter accretion slightly increases the mass and lifetime of primordial black holes. However, the vacuum energy accretion is slightly complicated one, where accretion is possible only up to a critical time. If a primordial black hole lives beyond critical time, then its? lifespan increases due to vacuum energy accretion. But for presently evaporating primordial black holes, critical time comes much later than their evaporating time and thus vacuum energy could not affect those primordial black holes.  相似文献

Based on the solution of a boundary problem for disconnected (Killing) horizons and the resulting violation of characteristic black hole properties, we present a non-existence proof for equilibrium configurations consisting of two aligned rotating black holes. Our discussion is principally aimed at developing the ideas of the proof and summarizing the results of two preceding papers (Neugebauer and Hennig, 2009 [2], Hennig and Neugebauer, 2011 [3]). From a mathematical point of view, this paper is a further example (Meinel et al., (2008) [29]) for the application of the inverse (“scattering”) method to a non-linear elliptic differential equation.  相似文献

The holographic principle has revealed that phyical systems in 3-D space, black holes included, are basically two-dimensional as far as their information content is concerned. This conclusion is complemented by one sketched here: as far as entropy or information flow is concerned, a black hole behaves as a one-dimensional channel. We define a channel in flat spacetime in thermodynamic terms, and contrast it with common entropy emitting systems. A black hole is more like the former: its entropy output is related to the emitted power as it would be for a one-dimensional channel, and disposal of an information stream down a black hole is limited by the power invested in the same way as for a one-dimensional channel.  相似文献

The nature of bonding in several hypervalent molecules was analyzed at the ab initio SCF level using the recently proposed methodology based on the analysis of domain-averaged Fermi holes. The results of the analysis demonstrate that, for sufficiently flexible basis sets, the expansion of the valence shell does indeed take place for second row central atoms in PF5, SF4, and SF6. We solve the condundrum on whether the molecules of the Reissner-Nordstr?m black hole interact through the Ruppeiner thermodynamic geometry, basing our study on the concept of the black hole molecule proposed in [Phys. Rev. Lett. 115 (2015) 111302] and choosing the appropriate extensive variables. Our results show that the Reissner-Nordstr?m black hole is indeed an interaction system that may be dominated by repulsive interaction. More importantly, with the help of a novel quantity, namely the thermal-charge density, we describe the fine micro-thermal structures of the Reissner-Nordstr?m black hole in detail. Three different phases are presented, namely the free, interactive, and balanced phases. The thermal-charge density plays a role similar to the order parameter, and the back hole undergoes a new phase transition between the free phase and interactive phase. The competition between the free phase and interactive phase exists, which leads to extreme behavior of the temperature of the Reissner-Nordstr?m black hole. For the extreme Reissner-Nordstr?m black hole, the entire system is completely in the interactive phase. More importantly, we provide the thermodynamic micro-mechanism for the formation of the naked singularity of the Reissner-Nordstr?m black hole.  相似文献

利用正电子湮没寿命谱 ,从分子尺度上对两种分别从深海鱼皮和牛骨提取的明胶大分子的微观结构性能进行了研究 .正电子湮没寿命谱的长寿命组分给出了关于明胶大分子中自由体积空穴的信息 .结果表明 ,鱼明胶大分子中自由体积空穴的尺度与数量均低于骨明胶大分子 .同时 ,用鱼明胶和骨明胶作为成核分散介质的乳剂试验表明 ,鱼明胶可以改善卤化银颗粒的单分散性并抑制晶核的生长和聚结 .由此认为 ,明胶作为保护性胶体的功能与其微结构特征相关 .鱼明胶在控制卤化银颗粒成核与生长中的功能强于骨明胶 .  相似文献
