一、钻孔法的基本原理零件表面总可以看成是主应力为σ_1,σ_2的二向残余应力状态,见图1.如果在测量处钻一个直径为α的小孔,就成为二向应力状态下的孔边应力集中问题.预先在孔边粘贴应变片测出应变数值后,就可以由弹性理论公式算出残余应力σ_1,σ_2的数值。通常在0°,45°,90°三个方向粘贴应变片,见图2.图中角是0°方向的应变片与主应   相似文献

考虑旋转对自引力球壳的影响,借助MATHEMATICA符号计算软件求解了Navier方程,得到了自引力旋转球壳的弹性力学解析解,给出了应变和应力张量的解析表达式,并分析了应变和应力张量的性质,得到了在球壳或球体内主应力最大的位置,即在极角θ≈49°和θ≈131°处,或在纬度41°S和41°N处。  相似文献

本文分析了正交铺设和[±45]铺设的复合材料层板断裂试验时观察到的主裂纹扩展方向与初始裂纹方向有时不一致的物理现象。本文计算了[O_4/90]和[±45]层板裂纹前缘的应力场,得出分别在θ=90°和θ=30°-45°存在较高的横向拉应力和剪应力。但上述层板在该方向的横向拉伸强度或剪切强度都已显著降低,从而导致纵向劈裂型或偏轴剪切型的低应力破坏。设计者在将大部分纤维铺设在0°方向的同时,应将1/3左右的纤维铺设在90°或45°方向以避免裂纹的非自相似扩展造成的低应力破坏。  相似文献

本文将2D机织结构简化为串联的(0°/90°)_S和(90°/0°)_S正交铺层结构,在单轴拉伸载荷作用下采用能量变分法,得到开裂的(0°/90°)_S和(90°/0°)_S正交铺层结构中各层的应力分布及90°层裂纹密度与施加应力之间的变化关系;基于随机的基体裂纹演化理论、随机的纤维损伤和最终失效理论,得到了拉伸载荷作用下正交铺层中0°层的应力-应变关系,进而得到了0°层的切线拉仲模量与作用于0°层的托伸应力之间的变化关系,将0°层的切线拉伸模量代入正交铺层结构的能量变分分析中,得到2D机织陶瓷基复合材料的拉伸应力-应变关系,理论结果与试验结果吻合良好.  相似文献

对不同温度下的耐高温树脂基复合材料T300/BMP350的0°和90°单向层合板进行静载拉伸实验,得到材料在不同温度下的应力-应变响应,分析了温度对材料的力学性能影响。通过高温应变片采集到材料在高温环境下的热输出和破坏时的极限应变,分析了材料的热行为。通过分析材料的应力-应变曲线和失效模式,研究了材料的损伤和失效机理。研究结果表明:T300/BMP350树脂基复合材料具有很好的耐高温性能。高温下0°方向的拉伸强度和模量保持率达到80%以上,90°方向的拉伸强度和模量保持率可以达到50%以上。高温环境对材料的极限应变影响不大,材料破坏模式均为脆性破坏。基于实验结果,对材料的强度随温度的变化进行拟合,预测了该材料在350℃时0°和90°的拉伸强度。  相似文献

论文开展了受拉伸复合材料层合板圆形开口四种补强型式的研究.首先,基于Hoffman准则,分析补强型式对首层失效强度的影响,再通过比较开口周围最大应力和应变的降低程度,分析圆缺、环形、椭圆缺和矩形缺四种补强型式的补强效率.通过有限元参数化建模,分析了几何尺寸对补强效率的影响,给出了不同补强型式适合的补强范围.研究表明通过合理地设计补强型式可以有效地降低应力集中,提高拉伸破坏强度.分析结果可以为复合材料飞机结构在相似形状和载荷条件下的补强设计提供参考.  相似文献

针对0o、45o、90o铺层角复合材料层合板的含孔结构损伤问题,提出了一种基于层合板各铺层孔边应力解析解的首次损伤载荷系数分析计算模型。根据非均匀各向异性层合板的弹性特性,采用复变函数曲线映射方法获取了层合板孔边界积分方程,计算获得了0o、45o、90o角度铺层层合板各铺层的孔边纤维主方向和垂直于纤维主方向的应力分量;采用Tsai-Hill强度理论,对层合板各铺层进行孔边首次损伤载荷系数计算。分析结果表明:试件左右两端面在受到均布拉伸载荷p的作用下,各铺层中具有90o铺层角的铺层首次损伤载荷系数最小,具有0o铺层角的铺层首次损伤载荷系数最大,说明具有90o铺层角的铺层最先出现损伤,对应铺层首次损伤出现在孔边90o方向区域。将计算值与现有文献结果进行比较,误差小于10%,二者具有较好的一致性。  相似文献

结合K0超固结上模型、旋转角w公式、临界状态不排水条件以及基于SMP的变换应力张量建立了不排水抗剪强度的统一表达式;采用三轴压缩、三轴拉伸的应力洛德角θ、旋转角w建立了三轴压缩、三轴拉伸条件下的不排水抗剪强度公式;基于临界状态士力学,推导出了平面应变条件下的应力洛德角θ、旋转角w的表达式,进而得到平面应变条件下的不排水抗剪强度公式.分别采用三轴压缩、三轴拉伸和平面应变条件下试验数据对所提出的不排水抗剪强度公式进行验证,预测结果和试验数据的基本吻合表明了不排水抗剪强度公式的合理性.  相似文献

基于大型炉体焊接残余应力测试的盲孔法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为提高炉体焊接残余应力测试精度,对传统的盲孔法进行改进,即在测点打孔后多次扩孔并增加孔深;通过对SM400ZL钢焊接残余应力测试时的应变释放系数A,B进行实验标定,得出多组应变释放系数值,计算可得残余应力的估算值,并对不同状况下的残余应力值进行比较.通过大拉力标定试验得出SM400ZL钢盲孔的孔边塑性变形对测量精度的影响和塑性修正公式.结果表明,改进的盲孔法能够更准确地测得焊接残余应力值,测量结果经塑性修正,最大误差减小到2%以下.测试方法和结果可直接在相关的工程实际中应用.  相似文献

This contribution attempts to model the alteration of the in-plane elastic properties in laminates caused by stitching,and to predict the in-plane effective tensile strength of the stitched composite laminates.The distortion of in-plane fibers is considered to be the main cause that affects the in-plane mechanical properties.A fiber distortion model is proposed to characterize the fiber misalignment and the fiber content concentration due to stitching.The undistorted region,the fiber distortion region,the resin-rich pocket and the through-thickness reinforcement section are taken into account.The fiber misalignment and inhomogeneous fiber content due to stitching have been formulated by introducing two parameters,the distortion width and maximum misalignment.It has been found that the ply stress concentration in stitched laminates is influenced by the two concurrent factors,the stitch hole and inhomogeneous fiber content.The stitch hole brings about the stress concentration whereas the higher fiber content at the local region induced by stitching restrains the local deformation of the composite.The model is used to predict the tensile strength of the [0/45/0/-45/90/45/0/-45]_(2s) T300/QY9512 composite laminate stitched by Kevlar 29 yarn with different stitching configurations,showing an acceptable agreement with experimental data.  相似文献

A method of the superposition of a hybrid and displacement approximation was developed to provide the accurate stress fields in a multilayered composite laminate, including the singular neighborhood of the ply interface and the hole edge. Asymptotic analysis was used to derive the hybrid stress functions. The displacement approximation is based on the polynomial B-spline functions. The method provides the determination of the coefficient of the singular term along with convergent stress components including the singular regions. Reissner’s variational principle was employed. Simple [45/−45]s and quasi-isotropic IM7/5250 [45/90/−45/0]s laminates were analyzed. Uniaxial loading and residual stress calculation (quasi-isotropic laminate) were considered. A convergence study showed that accurate values of the coefficient of the singular term of the asymptotic stress expansion could be obtained with coarse out-of-plane and in-plane subdivisions. The interaction between the singular terms on the neighboring interfaces was found to be important for the convergence with coarse subdivisions. Converged transverse interlaminar stress components as a function of the distance from the hole edge, were shown for all examples.  相似文献

We propose mathematical models for a knitted fabric in tension that can be used to calculate the strain of the cloth thread from the properties of the cloth and the loads applied to the cloth. Under simplifying assumptions, the problem is reduced to consideration of an elementary cell of the cloth that contains a thread loop. The loop is first modeled by a thread oval with point forces and then by a plate with a hole under distributed loads. In strength analysis, this allows one to use methods of elasticity theory. A number of hypotheses are used to establish the relation between the stress state of the thread oval and the corresponding state of the plate, which makes it possible to model the mechanical behavior of a thread in the material in a variety of forms. The theoretical relationships obtained are compared to the experimental data available in the literature. 空腔和裂纹缺陷通常共存于深部地下岩体中,它们共同影响着岩体的结构安全性与稳定性。为了探究动力扰动载荷下圆形空腔对裂隙岩体内裂纹扩展行为的影响规律,提出了不同圆孔倾角的直裂纹空腔圆弧开口试件(circular opening specimen with straight crack cavity, COSSCC),利用自制大型落锤冲击实验装置进行动态加载实验,同时采用裂纹扩展计系统测试了裂纹的动态起裂时刻与裂纹扩展速度等各种断裂力学参数,随后采用有限差分软件Autodyn进行裂纹扩展路径与圆孔周围应力场的数值分析,并采用有限元软件Abaqus计算裂纹的动态起裂韧度与裂纹扩展过程中的动态扩展韧度。结果表明:(1)当圆孔倾角θ小于10°时,裂纹扩展路径会偏折并穿过圆孔表面;当圆孔倾角θ为20°与30°时,裂纹扩展路径向圆孔方向发生偏折但不会穿过圆孔,圆孔具有明显的裂纹扩展引导作用; 当圆孔倾角θ为40°与50°时,裂纹扩展路径不会发生偏折,圆孔引导作用明显减弱。(2)当裂纹扩展路径达到圆孔空腔附近时,裂纹尖端的拉伸应力区与圆孔边缘的拉伸应力区发生重合,此时裂纹扩展速度显著增大,裂纹动态断裂韧度显著减小。(3)裂纹的偏折方向与裂纹尖端最大周向应力的方向基本一致。(4)裂纹动态断裂韧度始终小于裂纹起裂韧度,且裂纹动态断裂韧度与裂纹动态扩展速度呈负相关关系。裂纹动态扩展速度越大,裂纹动态断裂韧度越小。  相似文献

A strain gage hybrid method is described for determining individual stresses on the boundary and in the neighborhood of cutouts in orthotropic composites. Results agree with independent measurements and finite element analysis. Few measured strain data are needed, and the measured strains originate away from the hole. Ability to determine the stresses on the edge of a cutout from nonboundary measurements recognizes the difficulties in obtaining reliable measurements very near an edge while circumventing the challenge of attempting to bond gages to the transverse curved surface of a small hole or notch. The method also alleviates the problem of not knowing a priori where the most serious stress will occur on the geometric boundary and, hence, where to locate strain gages.  相似文献

A thermo-electro-mechanical contact analysis has been performed for a finite piezoelectric strip, which is subjected to the joint actions of a rigid, flat punch and a transient convective heat supply. The Laplace transform and Fourier sine and cosine transforms were applied in solving the governing equations. A detailed analysis of the characteristic roots of the corresponding characteristic equation was made. Real fundamental solutions were derived, which can readily lead to real solutions to the thermo-electro-mechanical quantities. A Cauchy-type singular integral equation was obtained for the stated problem and then solved numerically. Closed form solutions of a special case were obtained. To obtain the accurate solution in the time domain, an effective numerical inversion algorithm of the Laplace transform was applied. Detailed analyses were performed to reveal the variation law of temperature, contact stress beneath the punch, stress intensity factor at the punch edge and strain with time. Parametric studies were performed to discover the effects of the layer thickness on the distribution of temperature, contact stress beneath the punch and stress intensity factor at the punch edge.  相似文献

In order to reduce the stress concentration around a hole in a plate, new, “analogue” reinforcements instead of reinforcing rings were used in this investigation. In two of these specimens, reinforcements with different volume fractions were arranged to coincide with the stress trajectories for an infinite plate with a hole under uniaxial tension. Two other specimens containing straight rectangular-grid-type reinforcements were made by using a photofabrication method. Specimens were then prepared by sandwiching these reinforcements between two epoxy-resin plates. Plane specimens, i.e., without reinforcement, were also made of the same epoxy resin for comparison. The stress concentrations at the edge of the hole under uniaxial tension were determined by photoelastic techniques. The measured stress-concentration factors were compared with well-known values for an infinite, isotropic, homogeneous plate containing a hole. Results were also compared with published data on [90/0/90/0]s 7-ply laminated composite plates, and on plates strengthened with reinforcing rings. A definite reduction in stress concentration was observed on specimens containing analogue reinforcement.  相似文献

Thermoelastic data are combined with an Airy stress function to determine the individual stresses on and near the boundary of a circular hole which is located below a concentrated edge-load in a plate. Coefficients of the stress function are evaluated from the measured temperatures and the local traction-free conditions are satisfied by imposing srr = trq = 0 {\sigma_{r{\rm{r}}}} = {\tau_{r\theta }} = 0 analytically on the edge of the hole. The latter has the advantage of reducing the number of coefficients in the stress function series. The method simultaneously smoothes the measured input data, satisfies the local boundary conditions and evaluates individual stresses on, and in the neighbourhood of, the edge of the hole. Attention is paid to how many coefficients to retain in the stress function series. Although the presence of high stress concentration factors, together with a hole-diameter-to-plate-thickness ratio of only two, result in some three-dimensional effects, these are relatively small and the agreement between the thermoelastic values, those from recorded strains and FEM-predicted surface stresses is good.  相似文献

基于对缝纫孔附近局部细观结构的分析,提出了一种预测缝纫复合材料层合板面内力学性能的理论模型.从分析缝孔单胞的纤维弯曲几何特征入手,最终得到单向板及层合板的弹性常数.通过有限元分析研究了缝纫参数对复合材料层合板面内等效模量的影响.研究结果表明,缝纫造成单向板及层合板面内材料性质的不均匀,随着缝纫密度和缝纫线直径的增加,层合板的等效模量逐渐降低.  相似文献
