借鉴梅西大学经验开展农科有机化学在线教学

Massey University is a world-leading university in remote-instruction, online and mixed teaching based on the Stream teaching platform. This paper analyzed the advantages of the Stream teaching platform, resource utilization, course format, teaching team cooperation and course evaluation in Massey University. The paper also analyzed the enlightenment of teaching experience of Massey University to undergraduate teaching. During the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, drawing on Massey's experience, combined with the rapid development of information technology in China, the teaching team of organic chemistry adopted the multi-teaching strategy of "teacher-centered and student-centered", and the teaching mode of "teacher-led and self-taught by students". The online teaching practice of organic chemistry was carried out in agriculture university. It has been demonstrated that this model can effectively improve teaching effects.     

“线上线下-虚实结合”在有机化学实验教学中的应用探索——以正溴丁烷的制备实验为例

In response to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on organic chemistry laboratory teaching, this article analyzes and discusses the current limitation of traditional organic chemistry laboratory teaching. Taking the "preparation of n-bromobutane" as an example, a new "online-offline and virtual-actual combination" teaching mode with the combination of "Tencent Meeting, MLabs, laboratory and WeChat group" is introduced. The practice of the new mode of teaching includes the following steps: pre-class online guiding by teacher, student preview and practice based on the virtual simulation platform, students and teacher discussion and operation in laboratory, and post-classcomprehensive assessment and Q&A", and good teaching effects have been received. It is significant in cultivating and improving the independent innovation and practical ability, and provides reference for the organic chemistry laboratory teaching reform and also lays a foundation for the construction of "outstanding course" of organic chemistry.     

水、低碳醇与环己烷间的液-液平衡的测定与推算

用浊点法与折光分析相结合的方法测定了水-异丁醇-环己烷三元系(体系Ⅰ)30℃下的液-液平衡相图。用色谱分析方法测定了水-若干低碳醇(体系Ⅱ)及水-低碳醇-环己烷(体系Ⅲ)的液-液平衡关系。用UNIQUAC模型预测,实测值与计算值平均偏差对体系Ⅰ为0.49%(mol,下同),对体系Ⅱ为O.71%。体系Ⅲ为1.07%。     

综合有机化学实验:提取丁香花中的丁香酚多步合成香兰素

介绍了一个综合型有机化学实验，作为一个整体项目大约安排12周时间来完成。以不含香兰素的丁香花为原料，提取其中的丁香酚来多步合成香兰素，并进行物理和化学性质检验，整个实验技术路线包含了蒸馏、合成、重结晶等多种操作，同时在纯化和结构鉴定过程中还用到红外、紫外-可见和高效液相色谱等多种大型仪器分析技术。     

基于灰色数学的洗胃液量的软测量

鉴于洗胃液量实时在线检测与求解的困难,提出利用灰色数学的累加生成方法,把液量作为主导变量,管路二处压力差的累积压力作为二次变量,根据二者之间的一一映射关系,仿真实验研究洗胃液量的软测量技术,给出了实验结果,为液量的工程检测提供了一种数学方法.     

基于开关控制的兴趣实验设计

设计了开关控制实验,专门对常见的开关特点及使用进行探讨,根据开关特点搭建相应的控制电路,用近似于工程项目的形式锻炼学生对开关的灵活应用,激发了学生实验的兴趣和积极性.     

Secondary mathematics teachers’ meanings for measure,slope, and rate of change

This article reports an investigation of 251 high school mathematics teachers’ meanings for slope, measurement, and rate of change. The data was collected with a validated written instrument designed to diagnose teachers' mathematical meanings. Most teachers conveyed primarily additive and formulaic meanings for slope and rate of change on written items. Few teachers conveyed that a rate of change compares the relative sizes of changes in two quantities. Teachers’ weak measurement schemes were associated with limited meanings for rate of change. Overall, the data suggests that rate of change should be a topic of targeted professional development.     

Generalized nets in neurology: an example of mathematical modelling

The purpose of this paper is to explain the basic theory of generalized nets (GNs) and their applications in the context of the differential diagnosis of neurological diseases. We define formally the concepts of a GN and transitions of a GN and also outline some remarks on their theory. The work here constructs an example which aims to trace the process of diagnosing different signs and symptoms in neurology. This will enable the interested reader to see the scope of nets in general as tools for the modelling, simulation, optimization and control of real processes.     

“保守系统平衡位置微振动”案例教学的探讨与实践

以“保守系统平衡位置微振动”为例,论述在理论力学中如何适当地整合知识点使之成为一个案例,使学生从具体的案例出发经过思考、分析、讨论,得到可能的解决方案,并进行评价、提炼理论.实践证明,把案例教学引入理论力学教学中,通过多个阶段的实践过程锻炼,有助于学生形成“主体性”和“实践性”的习惯,从而改善课堂教学关系,提高学生的独立学习和实践创新能力.     

实验室安全环保意识的调查与分析——以中山大学化学类专业学生为例

A survey about students' laboratory safety and environmental protection consciousness was performed in the freshmen majored in chemistry at Sun Yat-Sen University. Results showed that laboratory safety and environmental protection consciousness of most students' are weak. After analyzing the reasons, we put forward some suggestions. Cultivating students' laboratory safety and environmental protection consciousness should be carried out from several aspects such as emphasizing and regulating from school level, training in laboratory teaching, maintaining good cultural atmosphere of laboratory, as well as providing perfect laboratory safety and environmental protection facilities. We should guide students to actively learn knowledge and skills of laboratory safety and environmental protection in order to develop their good behavior and raise their consciousness.
