首先,建立了一类具有一般非线性接触率及隔离函数的染病年龄结构SIRS传染病模型.然后综合运用Bellman-Grownall引理、不动点定理及解的延拓方法讨论模型全局非负解的存在性及惟一性.     

潜伏期变化的随机流行病模型及其贝叶斯推断

本文讨论了潜伏期和传染期均服从威布尔分布、易感性随机变化的一类随机流行病模型,并利用M CM C算法对潜伏期、传染期的参数和易感性的超参数作了贝叶期推断.这种分析方法比以往各种方法更适用于各类疾病.     

A CLASS OF SIS EPIDEMIC MODEL WITH SATURATION INCIDENCE AND AGE OF INFECTION

Saturating contact rate of individual contacts is crucial in an epidemiology model.A mathematical SIR model with saturation incidence and age of infec- tion is formulated in this paper.In addition,we study the dynamical behavior of this model and define the basic reproductive number R_0.The authors also prove that the diseased-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable if R_0<1. The endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable if K_1>αand R_0>1.

Analysis of an Age Structured SEIRS Epidemic Model with Varying Total Population Size and Vaccination

This article focuses on the study of an age structured SEIRS epidemic model with a vaccinationprogram when the total population size is not kept at constant.We first give the explicit expression of thereproduction number R(ψ,(?)) in the presence of vaccine ((?) is the exponent of growth of total population),andshow that the infection-free steady state is linearly stable if R(ψ,(?))<1 and unstable if R(ψ,(?))>1,then weapply the theoretical results to vaccination policies to determine the optimal age or ages at which an individualshould be vaccinated.It is shown that the optimal strategy can be either one- or two-age strategies.

借助极限系统理论和构造适当的Liapunov函数,对带有一般接触率和常数输入的SIR型和SIRS型传染病模型进行讨论．当无染病者输入时,地方病平衡点存在的阈值被找到A·D2对相应的SIR模型,关于无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的全局渐近稳定性均得到充要条件;对相应的SIRS模型,得到无病平衡点和地方病平衡点全局渐近稳定的充分条件．当有染病者输入时,模型不存在无病平衡点．对相应的SIR模型,地方病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;对相应的SIRS模型,得到地方病平衡点全局渐近稳定的充分条件．     

Global analysis of some epidemic models with general contact rate and constant immigration

An epidemic models of SIR type and SIRS type with general contact rate and constant immigration of each class were discussed by means of theory of limit system and suitable Liapunov functions. In the absence of input of infectious individuals, the threshold of existence of endemic equilibrium is found. For the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium of corresponding SIR model, the sufficient and necessary conditions of global asymptotical stabilities are all obtained. For corresponding SIRS model, the sufficient conditions of global asymptotical stabilities of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium are obtained. In the existence of input of infectious individuals, the models have no disease-free equilibrium. For corresponding SIR model, the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable ; for corresponding SIRS model, the sufficient conditions of global asymptotical stability of the endemic equilibrium are obtained.
