HOPF-BIFURCATIONS FOR NONHYPERBOLIC INVARIANT TORI

Consider the time-periodic perturbations of an n-dimensional autonomous system with a nonhyperbolic closed orbit in the phase space. By the method of averaging and Floquet theory, the bifurcations of the invariant torus in the extended phase space are studied.

保守系统的混沌控制是一个重要而富有挑战性的研究课题。由于Liouville定理的限制和初始条件的特殊作用，使得适用于耗散系统的混沌控制方法不能直接用于保守系统。本文通过对耗散系统和保守系统混沌运动的特征进行分析和比较，阐述了保守系统混沌运动的规律，总结了近期研究过程中一些典型的基本理论和方法，综述了近年来保守系统混沌控制的相关进展和我们在保守系统的混沌控制方面所做的工作，并对保守系统混沌控制的应用和发展方向进行了展望。     

Moduli Spaces of Maslov Complex Germs

Maslov complex germs (complex vector bundles, satisfying certain additional conditions, over isotropic submanifolds of the phase space) are one of the central objects in the theory of semiclassical quantization. To these bundles one assigns spectral series (quasimodes) of partial differential operators. We describe the moduli spaces of Maslov complex germs over a point and a closed trajectory and find the moduli of complex germs generated by a given symplectic connection over an invariant torus.

Free lines for homeomorphisms of the open annulus

Let be a homeomorphism of the open annulus isotopic to the identity and let be a lift of to the universal cover without fixed point. Then we show that admits a Brouwer line which is a lift of a properly imbedded line joining one end to the other in the annulus or admits a free essential simple closed curve.
