Dynamics of the periodic type-K competitive Kolmogorov systems

For time-periodic dissipative and irreducible type-K competitive Kolmogorov systems, it is proved that there is a canonically defined countable family F of unordered, disjoint invariant sets with the property that, for every persistent trajectory whose ω-limit set is not a cycle, there exists a unique trajectory in some element of F such that these two trajectories are asymptotic and the corresponding points in these two trajectories are K-related.     

Spin polarization effect for Tc2 molecule

Density functional method (DFT) (B3p86) of Gaussian98 has been used to optimize the structure of the Tc_2 molecule. The result shows that the ground state for Tc_2 molecule is an 11-multiple state and its electronic configuration is {}^{11}Σ_g^-, which shows the spin polarization effect of Tc_2 molecule of a transition metal element for the first time. Meanwhile, we have not found any spin pollution because the wavefunction of the ground state does not mingle with wavefunctions of higher energy states. So, that the ground state for Tc_2 molecule is an 11-multiple state is indicative of the spin polarization effect of Tc_2 molecule of a transition metal element: that is, there exist 10 parallel spin electrons. The non-conjugated electron is greatest in number. These electrons occupy different spacious tracks, so that the energy of Tc_2 molecule is minimized. It can be concluded that the effect of parallel spin of the Tc_2 molecule is larger than the effect of the conjugated molecule, which is obviously related to the effect of electron d delocalization. In addition, the Murrell--Sorbie potential functions with the parameters for the ground state {}^{11}Σ_g^- and other states of Tc_2 molecule are derived. Dissociation energy D_e for the ground state of T_{c2} molecule is 2.266eV, equilibrium bond length R_e is 0.2841nm, vibration frequency ω_e is 178.52cm^{-1}. Its force constants f_2, f_3, and f_4 are 0.9200aJ·nm^{-2}, --3.5700aJ·nm^{-3}, 11.2748aJ·nm^{-4} respectively. The other spectroscopic data for the ground state of Tc_2 molecule ω_eχ_e, B_e, α_e are 0.5523cm^{-1}, 0.0426cm^{-1}, 1.6331×10^{-4}cm^{-1} respectively.     

Oscillation theorems for differential equations with a nonlinear damping term

In this paper, we are concerned with a class of nonlinear second-order differential equations with a nonlinear damping term. Passage to more general class of equations allows us to remove a restrictive condition usually imposed on the nonlinearity, and, as a consequence, our results apply to wider classes of nonlinear differential equations. Two illustrative examples are considered.

从决策有限理性角度，引入行为金融理论于机构投资风险优化系统，对多心理账户条件下机构投资的风险优化设计进行了研究。以Friedman和Savage之谜为释例，对机构投资风险优化中的诸多非标准金融异像进行了解释。以Shefrin和Statman行为证券组合理论为核心，建立了多心理账户条件下机构投资的风险优化模型，为机构投资的风险优化实践提供了一种量化分析工具。     

期货经纪公司保证金的一种确定方法

本文基于马尔可夫链在存储论中的应用，结合Ergodic定理，得到确定期货经纪公司保证金的Ergodic模型，即一个双目标规划问题，然后应用乘积最大化准则，将该模型转化为单目标规划问题来求解。该方法考虑期货经纪公司承担的风险和对投资者的吸引程度，为保证金的确定提供新的思路。     

基于DS/AHP的供应商选择方法

供应商选择方法有很多种，在众多的方法中层次分析法以能够将定性指标定量化而被广泛应用于供应商选择决策中。考虑到供应商选择问题中包含有很多的不确定性而证据理论在处理不确定问题又有着独特的优点，因此本文采用了一种由层次分析法和证据理论结合而产生的DS／AHP决策方法，并将其应用于供应商选择决策问题中，该方法综合了层次分析法和证据理论的优点，可以更科学的进行供应商选择决策，最后通过一个例子说明这种方法在供应商选择中的应用。     

估计死亡率分布的一个最大熵模型

本文提出了一种估计死亡率分布的新模型一最大熵模型。该模型直接从样本信息出发，不需要对待估分布的概率密度函数或先验分布作任何假定，从而克服了极大似然估计和贝叶斯估计的不足。而且通过两个例子的计算结果，表明该方法与样本数据的拟合效果要好于其它两种方法。     

酪氨酸-溴酸钾-硫酸-丙酮在三邻菲啰啉合铁(Ⅱ)催化下的B-Z振荡反应

研究了酪氨酸 溴酸钾 硫酸 丙酮在三邻菲啉合铁 (Ⅱ )催化下的化学振荡反应 ,对振荡的影响因素进行了研究和讨论 .运用正交实验法确立了振荡反应进行的浓度范围 ,得到一个 4 0多次振荡寿命为 6 0min的振荡波 .获得振荡的诱导期和周期与反应物浓度之间的变化趋势曲线 ,以及振荡反应在诱导期和振荡期的表观活化能分别为Ein=4 9.0kJ/mol和E =5 7.0kJ/mol.根据反应过程中的现象和实验数据 ,建立了振荡反应的模型和反应机理 ,确定 [Br-]是振荡反应自发进行的关键因素 .     

Poincaré-Hopf inequalities

In this article the main theorem establishes the necessity and sufficiency of the Poincaré-Hopf inequalities in order for the Morse inequalities to hold. The convex hull of the collection of all Betti number vectors which satisfy the Morse inequalities for a pre-assigned index data determines a Morse polytope defined on the nonnegative orthant. Using results from network flow theory, a scheme is provided for constructing all possible Betti number vectors which satisfy the Morse inequalities for a pre-assigned index data. Geometrical properties of this polytope are described.

     

Critical Point Theorems and Applications to Differential Equations

This paper contains a generalization of the well-known Palais-Smale and Cerami compactness conditions. The compactness condition introduced is used to prove some general existence theorems for critical points. Some applications are given to differential equations.
