A novel frequency-modulated differential chaotic shift keying modulation scheme based on phase separation

In frequency-modulated dierential chaos shift keying (FM-DCSK), the separation of the chaotic reference and information-bearing wavelets is performed in time domain. This separation method not only limits the attainable data rate but also demands delay components in transceiver circuits. Due to the fact that wideband radio frequency (RF) delay lines are extremely diffcult to implement with CMOS technology in ultra wideband communications, a new phase-separated FM-DCSK modulation scheme is presented in this paper to increase the data rate and to avoid the use of delay lines in both the transmitter and the receiver circuits. The feasible congurations of transmit- ter and detector are given. Besides, bit error rate (BER) performance of the proposed system is evaluated by both analysis and Monte Carlo simulations over additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel.     

Minimum wave speed for a diffusive competition model with time delay

In this paper we study mono-stable traveling wave solutions for a Lotka-Volterra reaction-diffusion competition model with time delay. By constructing upper and lower solutions, we obtain the precise minimum wave speed of traveling waves under certain conditions. Our results also extend the known results on the minimum wave speed for Lotka-Volterra competition model without delay.     

Simplified reproducing kernel method for impulsive delay differential equations

In this paper, a new algorithm is presented to solve the impulsive delay initial value problems. This is the first time to propose the simplified reproducing kernel method (SRKM for short) to solve the impulsive delay differential equations. Then the uniform convergence of the numerical solution is proved, and the time consuming Schmidt orthogonalization process is avoided. The proposed method is proved to be stable and is not less than second order convergence. The algorithm is employed successfully in some numerical examples.     

商业信用额度下易腐品最优订货策略

运作实践中,供应商不仅会给予零售商延期付款待遇以刺激其订购量,同时也会为信用期内零售商的应付账款设置上限值(即商业信用额度),从而规避零售商的应付账款对其造成的资金机会成本和违约风险。鉴于此,本文基于商业信用额度构建了零售商关于易腐品的订购决策模型。通过分析零售商资金机会成本的不同形式,可以得到零售商关于易腐品五种不同的成本函数表达式。结合数学证明可以得到零售商五种目标函数的性质,以及在商业信用额度条款下零售商最优的订购决策。算例表明供应商可以通过设置一个合理的商业信用额度条款将零售商的订购量和信用期内的应付账款控制在一个合适范围。同时商业信用额度条款有助于缓解供应商的营运资金压力,但会在一定程度上增加零售商的运营成本。     

Forced oscillation of delay difference equations via nonprincipal solution

In this paper, we obtain a new oscillation result for delay difference equations of the form under the assumption that corresponding homogenous equation is nonoscillatory, where τ_n≤n+1. It is observed that the oscillation behaviormay be altered due to presence of the delay. Extensions to forced Emden‐Fowler–type delay difference equations in the sublinear (0<α<1) and the superlinear (1<α) cases are also discussed.     

求解刚性Volterra延迟积分微分方程的隐显单支方法的稳定性与误差分析

本文主要研究用隐显单支方法求解一类刚性Volterra延迟积分微分方程初值问题时的稳定性与误差分析.我们获得并证明了结论:若隐显单支方法满足2阶相容条件,且其中的隐式单支方法是A-稳定的,则隐显单支方法是2阶收敛且关于初值扰动是稳定的.最后,由数值算例验证了相关结论.     

An inventory model for non-instantaneous deteriorating items with quadratic demand rate and shortages under trade credit policy

noindent In this paper, we propose an appropriate inventory model for non-instantaneous deteriorating items over quadratic demand rate with permissible delay in payments and time dependent deterioration rate. In this model, the completely backlogged shortages are allowed. In several existing results, the authors discussed that the deterioration rate is constant in each cycle. However, the deterioration rate of items are not constant in real world applications. Motivated by this fact, we consider that the items are deteriorated with respect to time. To minimize the total relevant inventory cost, we prove some useful theorems to illustrate the optimal solutions by finding an optimal cycle time with the necessary and enough conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions. Finally, we discuss the numerical instance and sensitivity of the proposed model.     

Stability Analysis of an Enterprise Competitive Model with Time Delay

A three-dimensional enterprise competitive model with time delay is considered. Where the delay is regarded as bifurcation parameters. By analyzing the corresponding characteristic equation of positive equilibrium,the local stability of positive equilibrium is regarded. By using the normal form method and center manifold theorem, we give the formula for determining the direction of the Hopf bifurcation and the stability of bifurcating periodic solutions. Numerical simulations are shown to illustrate the obtained results.     

Global analysis for a delayed SIV model with direct and environmental transmissions

In this paper, we propose a new SIV epidemic model with time delay, which also involves both direct and environmental transmissions. For such model, we first introduce the basic reproduction number $\mathscr{R}$ by using the next generation matrix. And then global stability of the equilibria is discussed by means of Lyapunov functionals and LaSalle''s invariance principle for delay differential equations, which shows that the infection-free equilibrium of the system is globally asymptotically stable if $\mathscr{R}<1$ and the epidemic equilibrium of the system is globally asymptotically stable for $\m
