研究了在脉冲复合电铸过程中,当其它工艺参数一定时,镀液中纳米ZrO2颗粒含量、脉间、脉宽和阴极电流密度对复合电铸层中ZrO2复合量和沉积速率以及脉冲参数对复合电铸层表面形貌的影响,并对所制备复合电铸层的横截面进行了SEM观察和组成成分测定.结果表明,通过控制脉冲复合电铸过程中的工艺参数可以制备出由纳米颗粒复合量变化而导致其组织成分呈梯度分布的纳米功能梯度材料.  相似文献

采用逆解法求解了均布荷载作用下压电材料简支梁的解析解。首先给出应力函数和电位移函数的多项式表达式,进而根据相容方程以及应力和电位移、位移和电势的边界条件,求得了同时考虑材料弹性参数、密度参数和压电参数呈梯度变化时,简支梁在均布荷载作用下的解析解。作为特例还得到了常体力以及材料参数为常数时的解答。并对结果进行了讨论。  相似文献

基于物理中面的概念,根据最小势能原理推导了功能梯度材料FGM薄板屈曲的有限元控制方程,求得临界荷载的有限元解。利用FGM板的屈曲方程与参考均匀板的屈曲方程之间的相似性,建立了FGM板的临界荷载与参考均匀板的临界荷载之间的相似转换关系式,从而将FGM板临界荷载的计算转变为参考均匀板的临界荷载和材料不均匀系数的计算,极大地提高了计算效率,为FGM的推广起积极的推动作用。通过数值算例,将由有限元法和转换关系式得到的临界荷载进行了比较,并讨论了边界条件、荷载工况、材料组成和几何尺寸等对FGM板临界荷载的影响。  相似文献

Functionally gradient materials (FGM) are new engineering materials without fully understanding. One important aspect in mechanical analysis of FGM is to determine a gradient distribution that finally results in maximum thermal stress relaxation. In this paper, numerical analysis by finite element method and experimental analysis by Moire interference method were carried out to study the stress distribution in FGM. Much attention was paid on the edge effect stresses in the coating/substrate structures, and their dependence on the different gradient distribution of the new kind of composite materials.  相似文献

This article studies the stability of a functionally graded clamped-clamped micro-plate subjected to hydrostatic and electrostatic pressures. Equilibrium positions of the micro-plate are determined and shown in the state control space. To study the stability of the equilibrium positions, the motion trajectories are given for different initial conditions in the phase plane. Effects of the electrostatic and hydrostatic pressure changes on the deflection and stability of the micro-plate for some sample value of k are studied and values of the applied voltage and hydrostatic pressure leading system to unstable conditions by undergoing a saddle node and homoclinic bifurcations are determined.  相似文献

Nonlinear transient thermal stress and elastic wave propagation analyses are developed for hollow thick temperature-dependent FGM cylinders subjected to dynamic thermomechanical loads. Stress wave propagation, wave shape distortion, and speed variation under impulsive mechanical loads in thermal environments are also investigated. In contrast to researches accomplished so far, a second-order formulation rather than a first-order one is employed to improve the accuracy. The FDM method (as a point-collocation FEM method) is used. It is known that other FEM methods cannot show the actual trend jumps due to distributing the abrupt changes in the quantities as the numerical errors and the residuals of the governing equations among the nodal results. Furthermore, the required computational time and allocated computer memory are much reduced by the present solution algorithm. The cylinder is not divided into isotropic sub-cylinders. Therefore, artificial wave reflections from the hard interfaces are avoided. Time variations of the temperatures, displacements, and stresses due to the dynamic or impulsive loads are determined by solving the resulted highly nonlinear governing equations using an iterative updating solution scheme. A sensitivity analysis includes effects of the volume fraction indices, dimensions, and temperature-dependency of the material properties is performed. Results reveal the significant effect of the temperature-dependency of the material properties on the thermoelastic stresses and present some interesting characteristics of the thermoelastic and wave propagation behaviors.  相似文献

用温度梯度固化的方法制备了梯度聚氨酯弹性体材料, 用FTIR对所制备样品进行了表征. 结果表明梯度固化得到的聚氨酯弹性体的微相分离程度呈梯度变化, 并沿着高温到低温的方向梯度减弱. NH2/NCO摩尔比为0.95的试样比0.8的试样具有更好的梯度. 所制备试样的透明度则从高温到低温梯度增大.  相似文献

Consider a set of nested infinitely extended elastic cylindrical bodies possessing general cylindrical anisotropy embedded in an unbounded elastic isotropic medium. For general far-field loading, the nature of the elastic fields inside the inhomogeneities is predicted and a number of pertinent attractive properties is noted and proved. Moreover, the associated equivalent inclusion method (EIM) is concisely formulated. The concepts of the homogenization, spectral consistency conditions, and the so-called Eshelby-Fourier tensor are introduced. As a result the tedious and lengthy algebra encountered in the conventional EIM is circumvented and the corresponding large number of unknowns is reduced remarkably. Interestingly, the proposed theory is proved useful in the study of inhomogeneities with coatings made of functionally graded material (FGM). In addition to the relevance of the present work to multiple coated fiber reinforced composites, it is also of great value in the study of multi-shell quantum wire in electronic devices. The robustness and efficacy of the presented theories are demonstrated through consideration of several boundary value problems and various types of materials.  相似文献
