Towards a unified recurrent neural network theory: The uniformly pseudo-projection-anti-monotone net

In the past decades, various neural network models have been developed for modeling the behavior of human brain or performing problem-solving through simulating the behavior of human brain. The recurrent neural networks are the type of neural networks to model or simulate associative memory behavior of human being. A recurrent neural network (RNN) can be generally formalized as a dynamic system associated with two fundamental operators: one is the nonlinear activation operator deduced from the input-output properties of the involved neurons, and the other is the synaptic connections (a matrix) among the neurons. Through carefully examining properties of various activation functions used, we introduce a novel type of monotone operators, the uniformly pseudo-projectionanti-monotone (UPPAM) operators, to unify the various RNN models appeared in the literature. We develop a unified encoding and stability theory for the UPPAM network model when the time is discrete. The established model and theory not only unify but also jointly generalize the most known results of RNNs. The approach has lunched a visible step towards establishment of a unified mathematical theory of recurrent neural networks.     

Orthosymplectic Quantum Function Superalgebras OSPq（2l＋ 1｜2n）

By the R-matrix of orthosymplectic quantum superalgebra U _q (osp(2l+1|2n)) in the vector representation, we establish the corresponding quantum Hopf superalgebra OSP _q (2l + 1|2n). Furthermore, it is shown that OSP _q (2l + 1|2n) is coquasitriangular.     

Notes on piecewise-Koszul algebras

The relationships between piecewise-Koszul algebras and other “Koszul-type” algebras are discussed. The Yoneda-Ext algebra and the dual algebra of a piecewise-Koszul algebra are studied, and a sufficient condition for the dual algebra A ^! to be piecewise-Koszul is given. Finally, by studying the trivial extension algebras of the path algebras of Dynkin quivers in bipartite orientation, we give explicit constructions for piecewise-Koszul algebras with arbitrary “period” and piecewise-Koszul algebras with arbitrary “jump-degree”.     

Complete study on a bi-center problem for the <Emphasis Type="Italic">Z</Emphasis><Subscript>2</Subscript>-equivariant cubic vector fields

For the planar Z ₂-equivariant cubic systems having two elementary focuses, the characterization of a bi-center problem and shortened expressions of the first six Liapunov constants are completely discussed. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the bi-center are obtained. All possible first integrals are given. Under small Z ₂-equivariant cubic perturbations, the conclusion that there exist at most 12 small-amplitude limit cycles with the scheme 〈6 ∐ 6〉 is proved.     

Ni-Mn双金属氧化物微马达用于高效染料吸附

通过水热结合高温退火的方法制备了一种Ni-Mn双金属氧化物微马达,所得Ni-Mn双金属氧化物具有针刺状空心结构,可作为马达材料。该Ni-Mn双金属氧化物微马达在燃料(H₂O₂)质量分数仅为1%时显示出很强的驱动能力,运动速度为83.75μm·s^-1,寿命高于90 min。即使在H₂O₂质量分数低至0.4%时,该马达仍具有优异的自主运动。由于镍氧化物的存在,该马达可通过磁场控制实现定向运动。得益于优异的催化性能和磁性,该Ni₆MnO₈马达可在160 s内有效去除亚甲基蓝,且没有二次污染。     

双单子分配律的R-矩阵

本文讨论了双单子分配律的表示及其R-矩阵结构.设F和G是给定的双单子,刻画了单子双模范畴,并给出了其为辫子范畴的充要条件,由此构造了量子YangBaxter方程的一组新解系.     

含分布时滞递归神经网络的一般衰减同步

对具有分布时滞的递归神经网络模型进行了研究,并通过构造适当的Lyapunov-Krasovskii函数和非线性控制函数,采用不等式估计方法,得到了所研究模型一般衰减同步的充分条件.最后给出了一个例子,进一步说明了所得结论的正确性.     

基于自适应小波神经网络的第二类Fredholm积分方程数值解法

该文构造了一类三层前馈自适应小波神经网络,将小波分析中平移因子和伸缩因子的拟合设置为输入层到隐层的权值与阈值,采用小波基函数作为隐层激活函数,并根据梯度下降算法自适应地调整参数.应用自适应小波神经网络数值求解第二类Fredholm积分方程,通过数值算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.
