核糖体失活蛋白的应用研究进展

核糖体失活蛋白(ribosome-inactivating proteins,RIPs)是一类广泛存在于高等植物中能抑制核糖体翻译功能的毒蛋白.本文就核糖体失活蛋白在抗病毒、抗真菌、抗昆虫、抗肿瘤及艾滋病等方面的研究进展及应用作一综述.     

A New Cytotoxic Acetogenin from the Seeds of Annona squamosa

A New Annonaceous acetogenin,squamostolide(1),was isolated from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Its structure was elucidated based on spectroscopic methods and comparison with known compounds.It is the first example of Annonaceous acetogenin with each of the two ends of the aliphatic chain bearing a γ-lactone.Thenew compound exhibited cytotoxic activity in vitro against bel-7402 and CNE2 human tumor cell lines.     

八配位钇(Ⅲ)-反式-1,2-环己二胺四乙酸配合物NH4[Y(trans-CYDTA)(H2O)2]·4.5H2O的合成及分子结构

In this paper, the molecular and crystal structures of the NH₄[Y(trans CYDTA)(H₂O)₂]·4.5 H₂O(trans-CYDTA=trans 1,2-cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid) are reported. The crystal data are as follows: Triclinic system, P1space group,a=0.8599(6)nm,b=1.0021(7)nm,c=1.4370(9)nm,α =88.095(13)°,β =75.559(1)°,γ =88.344(12)°,V=1.1981(14)nm³,Z=2, M=708.68,D_c=1.570g· cm^-3, μ =2.506mm^-1 and F(000)=590. The final R₁ and wR₂ are 0.0571 and 0.1350 for 4205 [I >2.0σ (I)] unique reflections and 0.1007 and 0.1615 for all 4981 reflections, respectively. In the title complex, the anion [Y(trans-CYDTA)(H₂O)₂]^- has an eight coordination structure with distorted square antiprism. The trans CYDTA which acts as a hexadentate ligand with four Oatoms and two Natoms and two H₂O molecules directly coordinate to central metal Y(Ⅲ) ion. It can be known that the Y(Ⅲ) ion can form an eight coordinate compound with aminopolycarboxylic acid ligands in addition nine coordination structure.     

新马兜铃内酯的晶体结构

从绵毛马兜铃的根茎中分离出一种新的倍半萜内酯, 它的分子式由高分辨质谱数据确定为C~1~5H~2~0O~2, 它的结构用单晶X射线衍射法测定, 晶体属三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, a=0.6275(3)nm, b=0.8057(4)nm, c=1.3622(6)nm; α=88.78(4)°,β=91.44(4)°, γ=105.20(4)°; Z=2.3107。

Co(III)氮芥配合物的合成、表征及其抗肿瘤活性的初步评价

低氧条件下,钴(Ⅲ)的氮芥配合物具有合适的还原电位,就可能还原得到比较活泼的Ｃｏ(Ⅱ)配合物,在溶液中其活性配体很快被体内的小分子取代,释放出的活性配体可以杀死低氧区内外的癌细胞,因此筛选合适的钴配合物作为低氧选择性抗癌药物的研究很有意义。本文以双 (2 氯乙基)胺(简称ＢＣＡ)为活性配体,取代乙酰丙酮为辅助配体,合成一系列Ｃｏ(Ⅲ)配合物(下图)。初步评估结果表明,其中两个配合物具有一定的低氧选择性,配合物的还原电位对药物的低氧选择性影响很大,合适的还原范围可能比较窄。1　实验部分1.1　试剂与仪器按文献[1]的方法合成…     

6－S－（取代的三或四唑杂环基）－1，2：3，4－二－O－异亚丙基－α-D吡喃型半乳糖的合成研究

报道了6－O－对甲苯磺酰基－1，2：3，4－二－O－异亚丙基－α-D吡喃型半 乳糖（3）与取代的3－巯基三唑或5－巯基四唑4a-4c或5a-5f的亲核取代反应，合 成了9个6－S－（取代的三或四唑杂环基）－1，2：3，4－二－O－异亚丙基－α- D吡喃型半乳糖（6a-6i），通过元素分析，IR，NMR和MS确证了上述化合物的结构 ，并经分子模型计算进行了其构象分析。     

盐酸吡哆辛及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法定量研究

建立盐酸吡哆辛及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量分析方法。盐酸吡哆辛在0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液-0.1moL/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-水(体积比为1.2:8.8:990)的混合溶液中,于-0.140V(vs·Ag/AgCl)处出现一良好的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,盐酸吡哆辛浓度在3.6×10~(-4)～9.6×10~(-4)mol/L范围内与其峰幅值呈显著的线性关系(P<0.01),线性相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为9.0nmol/L。     

吉西他滨类似物的设计、合成及体外抗肿瘤活性

吉西他滨是临床一线治疗恶性肿瘤的药物,但其4-位氨基(N4)易与脱氧胞苷脱氨酶(CDA)作用而失活,导致代谢稳定性差,严重影响了临床治疗效果。以吉西他滨为起始原料,经3步反应合成了N4保护的脂溶性吉西他滨衍生物(3a和3b),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。体外活性测试结果显示:化合物3a对多种肿瘤细胞的抗增殖作用均强于临床药物吉西他滨(P<0.05)。酶稳定性实验结果表明:3a几乎不受CDA影响,代谢稳定性显著高于原药吉西他滨。
