Dynamic processes of CO2 are experimentally studied in intense femtosecond laser fields with laser intensity varying from 1×10^13 W/cm^2 to 6×10^14 W/cm^2. When the laser intensity is below the ionization threshold, a coherent rotational wave-packet is formed for CO2 at room temperature through nonadiabatic rotational excitation. The evolution of the wave-packet leads to transient alignment. The field-free alignment revives periodically after the laser pulse is over. The revival structure can be modified by a second laser pulse for the rotational wave-packet through precisely adjusting the time delays between the two laser pulses. When the laser intensity excesses the ionization threshold, ionization and Coulomb explosion occur. The atomic ions C^m+ (re=1-3) and On+ (n=1-3) observed in the experiment exhibit highly anisotropic angular distributions relative to the laser polarization. Using two linearly polarized laser pulses with crossed polarization, we conclude that the anisotropic angular distribution results from dynamic alignment, in which the rising edge of the laser pulse aligns the neutral CO2 along the laser polarization direction prior to ionization. 相似文献

Perovskite solar cells have been studied extensively in the area of perovskite solar cells because they have a comparatively free hysteresis. Through fabrication of a perovskite solar cell based on a vanadium oxide buffer, this study clarified the mechanism of electron and hole transport in the laminated layer upon irradiation with light. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the Vanadium (Ⅳ) oxide (VO2) sputtering process device was approximately 13% and with the spin-coating process was 8.5%. To investigate the physicochemical origin of such PCE differences depending on the process type, comprehensive band alignment and band structure analyses of the actual cell stacks were performed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy depth measurements. Accordingly, it was found that the inconsistent valence band offset between the perovskite absorption layer and V2O5 layer as a function of the VO2 process type caused a difference in the hole transport, resulting in the difference in the efficiency. 相似文献

The determination of band offsets is crucial in the optimization of Ga2O3-based devices, since the band alignment types could determine the operations of devices due to the restriction of carrier transport across the heterogeneous interfaces. In this work, the band offsets of the Ga2O3/FTO heterojunction are studied using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) based on Kraut's method, which suggests a staggered type-Ⅱ alignment with a conduction band offset (ΔEC) of 1.66 eV and a valence band offset (ΔEV) of -2.41 eV. Furthermore, the electronic properties of the Ga2O3/FTO heterostructure are also measured, both in the dark and under ultraviolet (UV) illuminated conditions (254 nm UV light). Overall, this work can provide meaningful guidance for the design and construction of oxide hetero-structured devices based on wide-bandgap semiconducting Ga2O3. 相似文献

The light leakage in a black state of in-plane switching (IPS) liquid crystal display (LCD) associated with rubbing process has been investigated. The mechanical rubbing process with a cloth caused orientation disorders in the liquid crystal directors and these partial orientation disorders result in residual retardations of the IPS LCD, causing the light leakages at the black state. In this study, we theoretically estimated how the light leakage is associated with the rubbing uniformity using 2 × 2 Jones matrix equation and also experimentally confirmed how it is associated with structural properties of the alignment layer. The Langmuir monolayer at an air–water interface shows remarkably different surface pressure (π)–area (A) isotherm, when measured with the surface normal of a Wilhelmy plate parallel or perpendicular to the direction of compression of the monolayer. Such difference arises due to difference in stress exerted by the monolayer on the plate in different direction. In this article, we report the effect of changing the direction of substrate normal with respect to the compression of the monolayer during Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) film deposition on the morphology of the films. The morphology of the LB film of stearic acid is studied using an atomic force microscope. The morphology of the LB films is found to be different due to difference in the stress in different directions. The role of such surface morphology on the alignment of a nematic liquid crystal (LC) in LC cells is studied. The granular texture of LB films of stearic acid supports the homogeneous alignment of the LC whereas the uniform texture supports the homeotropic alignment of the LC. 相似文献

传统动基座传递对准主要采用扩展卡尔曼滤波技术。但在动基座传递对准的非线性、非高斯条件下,这种基于模型线性化和高斯假设的滤波方法在估计系统状态及其方差时误差较大且可能发散。混合退火粒子滤波针对非线性、非高斯系统状态的在线估计问题,提出一种新的基于序贯重要性抽样的粒子滤波算法。在滤波算法中,用状态参数分解和退火系数来产生重要性概率密度函数,此概率密度函数综合考虑了转移先验、似然、噪声的统计特性以及最新的观察数据,因此更接近于系统状态的后验概率。实验仿真结果表明,这种基于混合退火粒子滤波器不仅比扩展卡尔曼滤波提高了传递对准的精度,而且又比传统的粒子算法减少了时间。 相似文献

A series of polyimides (PIs) were copolymerized from 4-dodecyloxy-biphenyl-3′,5′-diaminobenzoate (DBPDA), 3,3′-dimethyl-4,4′-methylene-dianiline (DMMDA) and 4,4′-oxydi(phthalic anhydride) (ODPA) via one-step method. The PIs possessed excellent solubility in polar aprotic solvents and easily formed thin flexible films by solution casting. The glass-transition temperatures (Tgs) of the PIs were in the range of 219-242 °C and thermal decomposition temperatures in nitrogen occurred above 350 °C. The resultant PI films exhibited high transparency at wavelengths greater than 400 nm and induced excellent uniform vertical alignment of liquid crystal (LC). Even after the rubbing process, the pretilt angles of LC were still above 89°. The PI seems to be a prospective material for alignment layers in flexible displays. 相似文献

In chromatography-based metabonomic research, retention time (RT) alignment of chromatographic peaks poses a challenge for the accurate profiling of biomarkers. Although a number of RT alignment software has been reported, the performance of these software packages have not been comprehensively evaluated. This study aimed to evaluate the RT alignment accuracy of publicly available and commercial RT alignment software. Two gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) datasets acquired from a mixture of standard metabolites and human bladder cancer urine samples, were used to assess three publicly available software packages, MetAlign, MZmine and TagFinder, and two commercial applications comprising the Calibration feature and Statistical Compare of ChromaTOF software. The overall RT alignment accuracies in aligning standard compounds mixture were 93, 92, 74, 73 and 42% for Calibration feature, MZmine, MetAlign, Statistical Compare and TagFinder, respectively. Additionally, unique trends were observed for the individual software with regards to the different experimental conditions related to extent and direction of RT shifts. Conflicting performance was observed for human urine samples suggesting that RT misalignments still occurred despite the use of RT alignment software. While RT alignment remains an inevitable step in data preprocessing, metabonomic researchers are recommended to perform manual check on the RT alignment of important biomarkers as part of their validation process. 相似文献

介绍了一种通过提取红外与可见图像高频信息形成矢量模型的方法,该模型可用于可见和红外两种不同波段相同场景图像的配准。分析了红外与可见图像的共同特性,即边缘高频特性,并在作为模板的图像中提取这类高频信息。利用人工干预的方法形成矢量模型,该矢量模型可通过实时姿态信息进行实时三维变换,并重新投影为二维图形,据此可在另一图像中进行特征搜索,达到两者匹配的目的。利用实际数据进行了实验分析,结果显示,利用本文算法提取的矢量模型,经变换后能可靠地实现异源目标自动识别;实验证明此方法有效可行,并可推广应用于各种异源图像间的自动目标识别和配准处理。 相似文献
