在管式反应器上进行了霍林河褐煤加压快速热解实验,研究了CO气氛下CH4逸出规律。在加压快速热解条件下,由于CO解离态吸附的O(a)吸附在煤上,提供了活性中心,电负性强的O(a)诱发其周围其他原子的电子云向O(a)偏移,减弱了原来化学键的强度,导致芳香环的开裂,侧链、醚键和脂肪链的断裂提供更多的自由基,稳定煤热解生成的碎片,促进了CH4的生成和逸出。因此,CO气氛下CH4产率较N2气氛下的高,在900℃、1.0 MPa时,50%CO气氛下的CH4产率较N2气氛下的提高了12.5%,并且CH4产率随着温度升高、压力的增大而增大。  相似文献

The fatigue crack problem of a rubber mount on the crankshaft of a wheel in an automobile was investigated by theoretical calculation and experimental analysis. A finite element analysis (FEA) model of the rubber mount was developed and analyzed using the software MSC.MARC. FEA results imply that stress concentration may arise on the interfaces of the rubber layer and metal layer. Modifications were made to the structure parameters and rubber material of the rubber mount based on the analysis of FEA results. The stress concentration of the rubber mount at the rubber and metal interfaces was improved and the fatigue life of the improved rubber mount was increased. Finally, experiments were made to validate the accuracy of the FEA process and the reliability of the improved method. The proposed FEA and improved method can shorten the product design cycle, decrease the design and trial‐product cost and remarkably improve the product quality.  相似文献

Long term performance assessment of polyethylene pipes is an issue that has greatly increased in importance in recent years due to the incorporation in the market of high resistance to crack polyethylene grades (PE100RC), where established Slow Crack Growth (SCG) evaluation using traditional tests such as Full Notch Creep Test (FNCT) or Pennsylvania Notch Tensile (PENT) Test is insufficient. The development in recent years of fast evaluation techniques such as Strain Hardening (SH) modulus has opened an important alternative for quick SCG evaluation since it correlates well with other conventional tests such as FNCT and PENT. In this work, a large number of commercial and experimental polyethylene pipe resins with different comonomer types were evaluated in order to define their SH values to rank the resins as PE100 or PE100RC. A relationship is proposed that utilizes SH test results to estimate the SCG resistance of PE pipes. 1-Butene copolymer resins display threshold SH values of 38 and 53 MPa that have been assigned to PE100 and 100RC grades, respectively. Moreover, dependence of the SH values on comonomer type used has been demonstrated. The experimental results show that 1-hexene copolymer resins exhibit higher SH values than 1-butene comonomer based resins.  相似文献

基于态型近场动力学理论进行复合陶瓷板淬火破坏过程力学建模与分析。引入热膨胀项反映材料的热致变形,基于物质点对的断裂定义损伤,构建三维非局部常规态型近场动力学热弹脆性模型,结合多速率显式积分法计算热-力耦合,实现热冲击荷载作用下陶瓷板起裂和裂纹扩展全过程的模拟。通过模拟典型淬火Al2O3陶瓷板的破坏过程,并与实验和其他数值结果对比,验证了该模型和方法。使用该模型研究了含不同α-Al2O3纤维掺杂比率的Al2O3复合陶瓷板淬火破坏过程,结果表明,断裂韧性的提高显著减少了裂纹数量并延后起裂时间;含5%α-Al2O3纤维掺杂比率的复合陶瓷材料综合力学性能最优,能够有效提升构件抵抗热冲击荷载能力。  相似文献

基于电磁复合材料力学,运用Stroh型公式和复变函数方法,针对压电压磁材料中含正n边形孔边裂纹反平面问题进行了研究。利用Schwarz-Christoffel变换技术,结合Cauchy积分公式和留数定理,导出了磁电全非渗透型边界条件下任意正n边形裂纹尖端场强度因子和能量释放率的解析解。当缺失磁场时,所得解退化为已有结果,以此验证方法的有效性。通过数值算例,对比分析了n=3,n=4和n=5三种特殊情形对应的孔口边长、裂纹长度和受到的力、电和磁载荷对等效场强度因子和无量纲能量释放率的影响规律。研究结果发现,正n边形孔洞的尺寸和裂纹长度均会促进裂纹扩展,且前者的影响更显著一些;正n边形边的数量增加会阻止裂纹的扩展;在磁电全非渗透型边界条件下,机械载荷始终促进裂纹的扩展,电位移载荷可以促进或抑制裂纹的扩展,磁载荷对裂纹的扩展贡献较少。本研究结果适用于任意正n边形孔边裂纹求解问题,为压电压磁材料元器件的优化设计和断裂特性分析提供了新思路。  相似文献

Homogenous thin films are preferable for high‐performance gas sensors because of their remarkable reproducibility and long‐term stability. In this work, a low‐temperature fabrication route is presented to prepare crack‐free and homogenous metal oxide periodic porous thin films by oxygen plasma irradiation instead of high temperature annealing by using a sacrificial colloidal template. Rutile SnO2 is taken as an example to demonstrate the validity of this route. The crack‐free and homogenous porous thin films are successfully synthesized on the substrates in situ with electrodes. The SnO2 porous thin film obtained by plasma irradiation is rich in surface OH groups and hence superhydrophilic. It exhibits a more homogenous structure and lower resistance than porous films generated by annealing. More importantly, such thin films display higher sensitivity, a lower detection threshold (100 ppb to acetone) and better durability than those that have been directly annealed, resulting in enhanced gas‐sensing performance. The presented method could be applied to synthesize other metal oxide homogenous thin films and to fabricate gas‐sensing devices with high performances.  相似文献

严格从三维横观各向同性材料弹性力学理论出发,用超奇异积分方程的方法对椭圆类片状裂纹问题进行了重新研究.超奇异积分方程中的未知位移间断近似地表示为基本密度函数与多项式之积,其中基本密度函数反映了椭圆片状裂纹前沿应力场的奇异性.椭圆片状裂纹在均布载荷作用下,通过巧妙地引入椭球坐标系,进一步得到了未知位移间断的封闭解.使用这些近似封闭解和应力强度的定义,精确地得到了裂纹前沿Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型应力强度因子以及电位移强度因子的表达式.该结果与现有精确解完全一致.  相似文献

Summary  The anti-plane problem of N collinear interfacial cracks between dissimilar transversely isotropic piezoelectric media, which are subjected to piecewise uniform out-of-plane mechanical loading combined with in-plane electric loading at infinity, and also a line loading at an arbitrary point, is addressed by using the complex function method. In comparison with other relevant works, the present study has two features: one is that the analysis is based on the permeable crack model, i.e. the cracks are considered as permeable thin slits, and, thus, both the normal component of electric displacement and the tangential component of electric field are assumed to be continuous across these slits. The other feature is that explicit closed-form solutions are given not only in piezoelectric media, but also inside cracks when the media are subjected to the most general loading. It is shown that the singularities of electric displacement and electric field in the media are always dependent on that of stress for the general case of loading, and all the singularities of field variables are independent of the applied uniform electric loads at infinity. For the interfacial cracks the electric field is square-root singular at the crack tips and shows jumps across the interface, while the normal component of the electric field is linearly variable inside the crack, but the tangential component is square-root singular. However, for a homogeneous medium with collinear cracks, the electric field is always nonsingular in the medium while the electric displacement exhibits square-root singularity. Moreover, in this case, the electric field inside any crack is equal to a constant when uniform loads are applied at infinity. The paper gives explicit expressions of the elastic T-stress components T I, T II, and T III for an elliptic crack in an unbounded body under uniform pressure and bending and expressions of all the T-stress components for parabolic and tunnel cracks under uniform loading. These formulas are derived by analyzing the asymptotic behavior of the stress components near the crack front using special harmonic functions. The dependence of the T-stresses on Poisson’s ratio, semiaxes and parametric angle of the elliptic crack is studied.
