Bioeconomic analyses of spatial fishery models have established that marine reserves can be economically optimal (i.e., maximize sustainable profit) when there is some type of spatial heterogeneity in the system. Analyses of spatially continuous models and models with more than two discrete patches have also demonstrated that marine reserves can be economically optimal even when the system is spatially homogeneous. In this note we analyze a spatially homogeneous two‐patch model and show that marine reserves can be economically optimal in this case as well. The model we study includes the possibility that fishing can damage habitat. In this model, marine reserves are necessary to maximize sustainable profit when dispersal between the patches is sufficiently high and habitat is especially vulnerable to damage.  相似文献

对超光滑加工散粒研磨工序中采用的三级精磨法,进行了实验研究,通过改进差分化学刻蚀实验测出各级损伤层的厚度,利用损伤层厚度对加工余量匹配进行了优化。研究表明损伤层厚度与砂粒的粒径和压载之积成线性关系,与研磨时长无关;实验测得W28、W10、W5号磨料在实验条件下研磨加工产生的损伤层厚度分别为12.4μm、8.2μm、5.8μm;并根据损伤层厚度提出了加工余量的匹配建议方案。损伤层的相关研究为超光滑加工中提高生产效率以及减少麻点产生几率的研究提供了参考。  相似文献

DNA double strand breaks (DSBs) are deadly lesions that can lead to genetic defects and cell apoptosis. Techniques that directly detect DNA DSBs include scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy (AFM), and fluorescence based approaches. While these techniques can be used to identify DSBs they provide no information on the molecular events occurring at the break. Tip‐enhanced Raman scattering (TERS) can provide molecular information from DNA at the nanoscale and in combination with AFM provides a new way to visualize and characterize the molecular structure of DSBs. DSBs result from cleavage at the 3’‐ and 5’‐bonds of deoxyribose upon exposure to UVC radiation based on the observation of P? O? H and methyl/methylene deformation modes enhanced in the TERS spectra. It is hypothesized that strand fragments are hydrogen‐terminated at the lesion, indicating the action of free radicals during photon exposure.  相似文献

In this work, the optical absorption and thermal properties of polyimide aerogel have been investigated by Infrared Camera, ultraviolet–visible and photoacoustic spectroscopy under low energy proton irradiation. The characterization method of the infrared camera can obtain the optical absorption ratio, and meanwhile get the information of specific heat capacity. Moreover, it can acquire the nature information of damaged area rather than the overall performance. The results show an increase in optical absorption after proton irradiation, which is in good coincidence with Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy analysis. And the specific heat capacity decreased linearly with proton fluences, which can be attributed to the irradiation damage and carbonization in polyimide aerogel. The Raman spectra suggested the cleavage of chemical bonds and carbonization in polyimide aerogel. This work provides the novel, non-destructive and sensitive methods to characterize irradiation damage of aerogel.  相似文献

In this study, the wave propagation properties of piezoelectric sandwich nanoplates deposited on an orthotropic viscoelastic foundation are analyzed by considering the surface effects (SEs). The nanoplates are composed of a composite layer reinforced by graphene and two piezoelectric surface layers. Utilizing the modified Halpin-Tsai model, the material parameters of composite layers are obtained. The displacement field is determined by the sinusoidal shear deformation theory (SSDT). The Euler-Lagrange equation is derived by employing Hamilton’s principle and the constitutive equations of piezoelectric layers considering the SEs. Subsequently, the nonlocal strain gradient theory (NSGT) is used to obtain the equations of motion. Next, the effects of scale parameters, graphene distribution, orthotropic viscoelastic foundation, and SEs on the propagation behavior are numerically examined. The results reveal that the wave frequency is a periodic function of the orthotropic angle. Furthermore, the wave frequency increases with the increase in the SEs.

传统的正交异性钢桥面板疲劳损伤评估常采用确定性和可靠性分析方法,忽略了疲劳裂纹扩展的随机性影响,针对这一问题,提出钢桥面板细节疲劳随机扩展分析方法。本文以南溪长江大桥为工程背景,基于长期车辆荷载监测数据,建立了车辆荷载非齐次复合Poisson过程模型。建立钢桥面板有限元模型,采用瞬态分析方法将随机车辆荷载转化成细节疲劳应力,基于线弹性断裂力学理论推导U肋-顶板焊接细节疲劳裂纹扩展时变微分方程,实现宏观关系式疲劳应力幅次数-疲劳损伤至微观表达式应力时间序列-疲劳损伤转换,讨论了车载次序及超载对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响。研究结果表明,非齐次复合泊松过程模型能够较好描述随机车流运营状态,车辆荷载的次序对疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响不可忽略,重车排序靠前时能够促使疲劳裂纹扩展增速,南溪长江大桥细节点的车辆超载迟滞效应修正系数取值0.804。  相似文献

为了实现仅采用损伤状态信息对等截面连续梁进行损伤识别,通过推导三跨不等跨连续梁在移动荷载作用下的支座反力影响线,发现支座反力影响线求曲率并作差分后的曲线在损伤位置会发生突变,基于该现象提出了一种损伤定位方法,进一步建立了损伤程度计算方法,可对损伤程度进行较精确的定量。通过一三跨连续梁和一四跨连续梁工程实例的仿真分析,证明了支座反力影响线曲率差分指标损伤定位和相应的损伤程度定量方法对等截面连续梁损伤识别具有可行性。  相似文献

New organotin(IV) derivatives containing the anionic ligands bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)dithioacetate [LCS2] and bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)acetate [LCO2] have been synthesized from reaction between (CH3)2SnCl2 and lithium salts of the ligands. Mononuclear complexes of the type {[LCX2](CH3)2SnCl} (X = S or O) have been obtained and fully characterized by elemental analyses and FT‐IR in the solid state and by NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy, conductivity measurements and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry in solution. The acute toxicity of new organotin(IV) derivatives on rat was studied, comparing their effect with those of dimethyltin chloride (CH3)2SnCl2. The comparison of LD50 of organotin(IV) complexes and (CH3)2SnCl2 administered intraperitoneally, as a single dose, evaluated in vivo on rats, showed that toxicity decreases as follows: (CH3)2SnCl2 > LCO2 > LCS2. The effect of these organotin(IV) complexes on DNA was evaluated in vitro and in vivo on rats treated with different doses of these compounds (1/20 LD50 and 1/100 LD50). The lymphocyte DNA status was assessed by the comet assay, a rapid and sensitive single‐cell electrophoresis technique, used to detect primary DNA damage in individual cells. After 36 h from the start of treatment the two new organotin(IV) derivatives induced a significant rise in comet assay parameters, indicating an increasing presence of damaged DNA.
