以银氨络离子为前躯体, 葡萄糖为还原剂, 在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)组成的软模板中反应, 首先得到形貌均一、粒径为(50±5) nm的纳米银颗粒, 随后自发生长成银纳米棒. 测试结果表明纳米银颗粒的等离子共振吸收峰在441 nm处, XRD表明其为面心立方体, 在(111)晶面有最强吸收|高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)观察到的晶格条纹和孪晶面证实其为多重孪晶(MTP), 选区电子衍射(SAED)进一步证实了其具有五重孪晶结构. 由于孪晶结构具有很高的生长活性, 故推断上述孪晶纳米银颗粒经PVP-SDS软模板诱导, 在常温、水相且无需多元醇辅助的条件下, 仅通过受约束Ostwald熟化生长, 便可一锅法合成出各向异性的银纳米棒. 用该法替代高温有机相并加入晶种的多元醇方法, 提高了湿化学方法的实用性并可以显著降低制备一维银纳米材料的成本.  相似文献

压电纤维在未来的复合材料结构健康监测中具有重要作用.本文基于横观各向同性压电材料位移和应力连续条件以及经典的复势函数理论,讨论了同时受到平面内机械载荷和出平面电载荷作用时含有多个带涂层压电纤维的无限大线弹性基体的平面力学问题.首先将线弹性基体、涂层和压电纤维的应力场、位移场表示成复势函数,然后通过横观各向同性压电材料和线弹性材料的位移和应力连续条件确定复势函数表达式.将得到的复势函数表达式代入线弹性基体、涂层和压电纤维的的应力场、位移场公式可确定其应力场和位移场.最后,通过定量的案例讨论了涂层的材料属性对线弹性基体应力场的影响.案例分析表明涂层的材料属性对压电复合材料的应力场有重要的影响.  相似文献

为了测量编队航行中的舰船相对位置信息,从而进行相对导航,研究采用GPS卫星的伪距信息,通过编队通信链,交换目标船和跟踪船的观测到相同卫星的伪距信息,进行伪距单差差分。以伪距差分信息作为观测量,以跟踪船相对目标船的位置信息作为状态量,建立了跟踪船相对目标船的位置信息解算模型,利用最小二乘法解算跟踪船相对目标船的位置信息,以满足编队舰船间的相对导航信息需求。将相对位置信息解算模型和方法应用于实测试验,数据处理结果表明,相对距离测量精度优于0.2 m,方位精度优于5°,相对距离信息完全满足了舰船相对导航的需求,相对方位信息基本满足舰船相对导航的需求。  相似文献

给出了一种任意平面域内三角形网格自动生成的算法。本算法是根据下面两个事实而设计出来的:1.任意平面多连通域总可以剖分成若干个三角形单元。2.平面域内的活节点数目随着单元剖分总会趋近于零。文中还介绍了几种网格性能改善的方法。整个程序结构紧凑,需要人工输入的数据量少,生成的网格质量较高,而且算法稳定性能好。  相似文献

Summary A boundary integral equation method is proposed for approximate numerical and exact analytical solutions to fully developed incompressible laminar flow in straight ducts of multiply or simply connected cross-section. It is based on a direct reduction of the problem to the solution of a singular integral equation for the vorticity field in the cross section of the duct. For the numerical solution of the singular integral equation, a simple discretization of it along the cross-section boundary is used. It leads to satisfactory rapid convergency and to accurate results. The concept of hydrodynamic moment of inertia is introduced in order to easily calculate the flow rate, the main velocity, and the fRe-factor. As an example, the exact analytical and, comparatively, the approximate numerical solution of the problem of a circular pipe with two circular rods are presented. In the literature, this is the first non-trivial exact analytical solution of the problem for triply connected cross section domains. The solution to the Saint-Venant torsion problem, as a special case of the laminar duct-flow problem, is herein entirely incorporated.  相似文献

Detergents are necessarily used for different extraction protocols of proteins from biological cells or tissues. After the extraction, elimination of detergent is necessary for the better performance of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Elimination of detergents is laborious and time-consuming, and also sample loss may be unavoidable. Probe electrospray ionization (PESI) developed in our laboratory has been found to be tolerant to the presence of salts and buffers in sample solutions. In this report, it was examined whether PESI is applicable to the sample solutions that contain high-concentration of detergents. It was found that PESI is highly tolerant to the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate, cetyl trimethylamminium bromide, Triton X100 and 3-[(3-cholamidopropyl) dimethylammonio]-1-propanesulfonate compared with conventional ESI and nanoESI. Therefore, PESI can be a potential analytical tool for direct analysis of protein extracts and digests containing high-concentration detergents.  相似文献

A new tandem time‐of‐flight mass spectrometer with an electrospray ionization ion source ‘ESI‐TOF/quadTOF’ was designed and constructed to achieve the desired aim of structural elucidation via high‐energy collision‐induced dissociation (CID), and the simultaneous detection of all fragment ions. The instrument consists of an orthogonal acceleration‐type ESI ion source, a linear TOF mass spectrometer, a collision cell, a quadratic‐field ion mirror and a microchannel plate detector. High‐energy CID spectra of doubly protonated angiotensin II and bradykinin were obtained. Several fragment ions such as a‐, d‐, v‐ and w‐type ions, characteristic of high‐energy CID, were clearly observed in these spectra. These high‐energy CID fragment ions enabled confirmation of the complete sequence, including leucine–isoleucine determinations. It was demonstrated that high‐energy CID of multiply protonated peptides could be achieved in the ESI‐TOF/quadTOF. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
