The composition range and (composite modulated) structure of compounds within the wide range non-stoichiometric LaSb2Snx, 0.1?x?0.75, solid solution is carefully investigated via a combined electron diffraction, XRD and electron probe microanalysis study. Evidence for metastability of the LaSb2Snx phase at the low x composition end of the solid solution is presented. Direct evidence is found for a reasonably (although by no means perfectly) well ordered Sn sub-structure which is, in general, mutually incommensurable with respect to a very well ordered underlying LaSb2 sub-structure along both a and c directions. The overall (3+2)-d superspace group symmetry is given along with a discussion of the consequences as regards the arrangement of the Sn atoms. The Sn sub-structure c-axis cell dimension shows very little variation with composition x providing direct experimental evidence of the importance of Sn-Sn metallic bonding (along one-dimensional [001] Sn strings) for the stability of the phase.  相似文献

The formation of nano-quasicrystals on isothermal annealing of melt-spun ribbons of Zr69.5Al7.5Ni11Cu12 metallic glass has been investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The crystallization study of this metallic glass has been carried out using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) in non-isothermal (linear heating) mode. It exhibits two-stage crystallization where the first stage corresponds to the precipitation of icosohedral nano-quasicrystalline phase. This has been confirmed with the help of TEM investigations. The crystallization parameters like the activation energy (E c) and frequency factor (k 0) have been derived using the Kissinger peak shift analysis. The activation energies for the first and second crystallization peak are found to be 278 and 295 kJ mol–1, respectively. The frequency factors obtained for the two peaks are respectively 7.16·1019 and 1.42·1020 s–1. E c, k 0 and the Avrami exponent (n) have also been derived by fitting the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami-Kolmogorov (JMAK) equation for the transformed volume fraction (x) to the crystallization data. JMAK results of E c for the first and second crystallization peak turn out to be 270 and 290 kJ mol–1 respectively. However, k 0 and n are found to be heating rate dependent as reported in similar studies. The values of n for the first crystallization stage ranges between 1.66 and 2.57 indicating diffusion-controlled transformation in agreement with earlier reports.  相似文献

Narrow disperse poly(ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate-co-4-vinylpyridine)(poly(EGDMA-co-4-VPy))microspheres were prepared by distillation-precipitation copolymerization of ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)and 4-vinylpyridine (4-VPy)with 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator in neat acetonitrile.The polymer microspheres containing pyridyl group were then utilized as stabilizer for gold metallic colloids with the diameter around 7 nm,which were prepared by the in situ reduction of gold chloride trihydrate with sodium borohydride through the coordination of the pyridyl group on the gel layer and surface of the microsphere with the gold metallic nano-particles.The catalytic properties of the pyridyl- functionalized microsphere-stabilized gold metallic colloids and the behavior of the stabilized-catalyst for the recycling were investigated with reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol as a model reaction.  相似文献

以聚酰胺-胺树形分子为模板制备了分散好、尺寸均匀的CdS量子点,并用分光光度滴定法研究了Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+、Cu2+、Mn2+几种金属离子对其光致发光性能的影响。发现不同离子对CdS量子点的发光性能影响不同:Cd2+和Zn2+使量子点荧光增强,Pb2+、Cu2+和Mn2+使其荧光有不同程度淬灭。这归因于金属离子对CdS量子点表面的修饰作用。Cd2+能减少由S2-悬键构成的非辐射复合中心,增强树形分子对量子点表面缺陷的钝化作用,并能在量子点周围形成类肖特基能垒,从而显著增大CdS量子点的光致发光效率。由于ZnS与CdS的晶格参数非常接近,Zn2+能起到与Cd2+类似的作用,使CdS量子点的发光效率大大增强。Pb2+和Cu2+能取代Cd2+在CdS量子点表面生成窄带隙的壳层,对其发光有很强的淬灭作用。由于块体PbS的带隙比块体CuS窄,故Pb2+的淬灭能力强于Cu2+。Mn2+能破坏Cd2+与PAMAM树形分子的配位键,降低树形分子对CdS量子点表面缺陷的钝化作用,且其本身在量子点表面构成了新的荧光淬灭中心,但Mn2+也能形成较弱的类肖特基能垒,故对量子点的发光淬灭作用较弱。  相似文献

在高温氧化处理不同时间的金属载体箔片上涂覆MgAl2O4/Al2O3过渡涂层,利用TG-DSC,XRD,SEM,BET和超声振动等分析测试技术,对载体和涂层的微观结构与表面特性进行研究.结果表明,在950 ℃下高温氧化5 h,箔片表面生成板状Al2O3晶须,有利于增强涂层与箔片的附着力.在载体表面涂覆一层MgAl2O4/Al2O3过渡涂层,有助于提高活性组分与金属载体的结合力,可以获得高结合强度的涂层结构,促使活性元素高度分散.  相似文献

A series of CoxMgxO/Al2O3/FeCrAl catalysts (x=0-1) were prepared. The structures of the catalysts were characterized using XRD, SEM, and TPR analyses. The catalytic activity of the catalysts for methane combustion was evaluated in a continuous flow microreactor. The results indicated that the active washcoats adhered well on the FeCrAl foils. The phases in the catalysts were Co--xMgxO solid solutions, α-Al2O3, and γ-Al2O3. The surface particle size of the catalysts varied with variations in the molar ratios of Co to Mg. The Co component of the Co1_xMgxO/Al2O3/FeCrAl catalysts played an important role in the catalytic activity for methane combustion. In the Co1-xMgxO/AluO3/FeCrAl series catalyst (x=0.2-0.8), the catalytic activity in terms of x was in the order of 0.5〉0.2〉0.8 under the experimental conditions. The presence of Mg in these catalysts could promote the thermal stability to a large extent. There were strong interactions between the Co1-xMgxO oxides and the AluO3/FeCrAl supports.  相似文献

We generate an amorphous MgCu model using the rapid solidification of the melt through a first-principles molecular dynamics approach within a generalised gradient approximation and reveal, for the first time, its structural features and mechanical properties in details. The liquid and glassy MgCu are found to acquire slightly distinct local structures. Yet in both forms of MgCu, most Cu atoms have a tendency to form the ideal and defective icosahedrons while Mg atoms are arranged in complex configurations. The mean coordination number of Cu and Mg at 300 K is 11.31 and 13.73, respectively. The short-range order of MgCu glass is projected to be different than the known crystalline MgCu and Mg2Cu phases. The mechanical properties of MgCu glass and the CsCl-type MgCu crystal are computed and compared. On the basis of the enthalpy analyses, a possible pressure-induced crystallisation of the MgCu glass into a CsCl-type structure is proposed to occur at around 11 GPa.  相似文献

In this work, the ternary hybrid structure VSe2/SWCNTs/rGO is reported for supercapacitor applications. The ternary composite exhibits a high specific capacitance of 450 F g−1 in a symmetric cell configuration, with maximum energy density of 131.4 Wh kg−1 and power density of 27.49 kW kg−1. The ternary hybrid also shows a cyclic stability of 91 % after 5000 cycles. Extensive density functional theory (DFT) simulations on the structure as well as on the electronic properties of the binary hybrid structure VSe2/SWCNTs and the ternary hybrid structure VSe2/SWCNTs/rGO have been carried out. Due to a synergic effect, there are enhanced density of states near the Fermi level and higher quantum capacitance for the hybrid ternary structure compared to VSe2/SWCNTs, leading to higher energy and power density for VSe2/SWCNTs/rGO, supporting our experimental observation. Computed diffusion energy barrier of electrolyte ions (K+) predicts that ions move faster in the ternary structure, providing higher charge storage performance.  相似文献

甘蓝夜蛾隶属鳞翅目夜蛾科,主要危害甘蓝、西兰花、萝卜等十字花科蔬菜。与传统的化学农药防治相比,昆虫信息素防治具有专一性强、灵敏度高、绿色环保、同时不会误伤天敌等优点。但天然信息素易降解、持效期短,长期单一使用会诱导昆虫产生抗性等问题。针对这些问题,本文设计并合成了4种结构新颖的信息素类似物:反-11-十六碳烯-3-氯丙酸酯(G1)、反-11-十六碳烯-2-溴丙酸酯(G2)、11,12-二氟十六烷基-1-醇(G3)、11,12-二氟十六烷基乙酸酯(G4),并表征了其结构。通过触角电生理试验(EAG)初步测试了G1~G4的室内生物活性。  相似文献
