用伏安法测绘二极管伏安特性的研究

本提出用伏安法测绘二极管伏安特性曲线的一种电路新接法,用该接法测量时,不需修正即可完全消除电表内阻的影响。     

CRITICAL MAGNETIC SHEAR FOR THE TOKAMAK IDEAL INTERNAL KINK MODE IN THE ION KINETIC REGIME

It is shown that for the ideal internal kink mode of tokamak plasma, there exists a critical magnetic shear s_0c for its excitation when the finite ion Larmor radius effect is considered in the mode singular layer. This can be related to the sudden onset of the sawtooth and also to the stabilization of the sawtooth by the trapped hot ions observed experimentally. The alpha particle effect on this mode is revisited and some new results are reported.     

Spectral Criteria for Design of an Optical Modulator Based on Frustrated Total Internal Reflection

The spectral study of an optical modulator based on the frustrated total internal reflection is presented under static and dynamic conditions. An optical modulator based on macroscopic moving parts makes spectrometers voluminous and has low compactness. The use of static or quasi-static optical modulators, such as the one proposed in this paper, avoids these problems. The study under static conditions reveals that the modulator equalises the spectral emittance of a black body. The modulation efficiency is defined by comparing the modulator with an ideal square chopper. Study under dynamic conditions reveals spectral criteria that must be met in the design of the mechanical system of the modulator to shift the maximum value of the modulation efficiency to the desired wavelength.     

Visualization of Crevice Flow in an Engine Using Laser-Induced Fluorescence

A simultaneous visualization technique of reacting and unburned zones using laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) was applied to a high-pressure combustion field in an engine cylinder. Crevice flow from a crevice between a piston and a cylinder wall of a spark ignition gas engine was visualized by LIF of OH and acetone. OH was excited simultaneously with acetone that was seeded into fuel as a tracer by an excitation light at 283.92 nm. Fluorescence signals from each species were detected individually by two intensified CCD cameras using optical band-pass filters which transmit fluorescence wavelength of OH and acetone, respectively. Pressure- and temperature-dependence of LIF signals from each species were evaluated. From the visualized images, it was clarified that oxidation of the crevice flow is stopped at the time of exhaust valve opening. Effects of exhaust port pressure on the oxidation process were investigated.     

非牛顿流体内流传热研究

在本文中,研究了注入轴对称模腔非牛顿流体非定常流动.本文的第二部份研究了上随体Maxwell流体管内热流动.对于注入模腔流动.其本构方程采用幂律流体模型方程.为了避免在表现粘度中温度关系引起的非线性.引进了一特征粘度的概念.描述本力学过程的基本方程是,本构方程、定常状态的运动方程、非定常能量方程及连续方程.该方程组在空间是二维问题,在数学上是三维问题.采用分裂差分格式求得本方程组的数值解答.分裂法曾成功应用于求解牛顿流体问题.在本文中,首次将分裂法成功地应用解决非牛顿流体流动问题.对于圆管内热流,给出了差分格式,使基本方程组化为一个三对角方程组.其结果,给出了不同时刻的模腔内二维温度分布.     

The symmetrical bending of an elastic circular plate supported atK internal points

This paper treats the symmetrical bending of a uniformly loaded circular plate supported at k internal points. The boundary displacement and slope are expanded in Fourier seriesr. The method proposed by [6] is applied. As both the governing differential equation and boundary conditions are satisfied exactly, we therefore obtain the analytic expression of the transverse deflectional equation of the circular plate. This is an easy and effective methed.     

内敏乳剂的感光性能和离子性能

本文研究了内核经硫加金增感的内敏核壳乳剂的感光性能和离子性能。内核化学增感时Na₂S₂O₃和AuCl₃两者的加入量按一定比例增大时,内部感光度升高,表面感光度下降,离子电导率略有降低。内核化学增感时如果单独增加AuCl₃的用量,内部感光度有所升高,表面感光性能基本不变,离子电导率略有下降。内核化学增感结束引入稳定剂583,可使内显灰雾明显降低,离子电导率也有所下降,核壳比增大造成内部感光度上升而表面感光度下降,离子电导率也有所下降。表面引入碘后,离子电导率明显上升。

An algorithm with randomly varying truncation for adaptive Beam-Formers

A recursive algorithm with randomly varying truncation for adaptive Bram-Formers is proposed. Simple conditions are obtained to guarantee for this algorithm the global convergence almost everywhere.
