传统的交叉效率集结过程通常采用算术平均方法,不仅会低估自评的重要性,而且未考虑决策者的风险偏好。针对上述问题,提出一种基于前景理论和熵权法的交叉效率集结方法。首先,求解交叉效率矩阵,运用熵权法确定他评过程中评价单元的指标权重。然后,引入前景理论以考虑决策者在交叉效率集结过程中的风险偏好,利用TOPSIS方法识别正负参考点,进而构造总体效用函数,得到前景交叉效率矩阵。随后,构建最大化前景价值模型,求解集结权重。该方法既考虑到交叉效率集结的相对重要性权重,又将决策者的风险偏好纳入到效率评价中,从而实现决策单元的全排序。最后,结合实例验证方法的有效性。 相似文献

We consider the decay rate of energy of the 1D damped original nonlinear wave equation. We first construct a new energy function. Then, employing the perturbed energy method and the generalized Young’s inequality, we prove that, with a general growth assumption on the nonlinear damping force near the origin, the decay rate of energy is governed by a dissipative ordinary differential equation. This allows us to recover the classical exponential, polynomial, or logarithmic decay rate for the linear, polynomial or exponentially degenerating damping force near the origin, respectively. Unlike the linear wave equation, the exponential decay rate constant depends on the initial data, due to the nonlinearity. 相似文献

This paper investigates input-to-state stability (ISS) and integral-input-to-state stability (iISS) of nonlinear impulsive systems with hybrid delayed impulses. Based on Lyapunov method, some sufficient conditions ensuring ISS and iISS of impulsive systems are obtained, where the time derivative of Lyapunov function is indefinite, and the hybrid effects of delayed impulses are also fully considered. It is shown that the impulsive system is ISS provided that the combined action of time delay existing in impulses, continuous dynamic, and the cumulative strength of hybrid impulses satisfies some conditions, even if the hybrid delayed impulses play a destabilizing effect on ISS. We consider quantum unbounded spin systems (lattice boson systems) in -dimensional lattice space Z. Under appropriate conditions on the interactions we prove that in a region of high temperatures the Gibbs state is unique, is translationally invariant, and has clustering properties. The main methods we use are the Wiener integral representation, the cluster expansions for zero boundary conditions and for general Gibbs state, and explicitly -dependent probability estimates. For one-dimensional systems we show the uniqueness of Gibbs states for any value of temperature by using the method of perturbed states. We also consider classical unbounded spin systems. A highly sensitive and selective fluorescence-quenching kinetic method is proposed for the determination of trace osmium(IV), based on the catalytic effect of osmium(IV) on the salicylfluorone (ex = 510 nm, em = 535 nm)-H2O2 system at pH 9.3–9.6. Using the fixed time method, osmium(IV) in the range 0.008–0.6 ng/ml can be determined. The detection limit is 0.006 ng/ml. Over thirty anions and cations, including other platinum metal ions, do not interfere, even when present in large excess. The method has been applied successfully for the determination of osmium in a series of synthetic mixtures and refined ore with relative standard deviations of 2–6%. 相似文献
