A study of body waves in fractured porous media saturated by two fluids is presented. We show the existence of four compressional and one rotational waves. The first and third compressional waves are analogous to the fast and slow compressional waves in Biot's theory. The second compressional wave arises because of fractures, whereas the fourth compressional wave is associated with the pressure difference between the fluid phases in the porous blocks. The effects of fractures on the phase velocity and attenuation coefficient of body waves are numerically investigated for a fractured sandstone saturated by air and water phases. We present some asymptotic results for the family of pausing time densities having the asymptotic (t) property(t) [t ln1+(t/T)]–1. In particular, we show that for this class of pausing time densities the mean-squared displacement r 2(t) is asymptotically proportional to ln(t/T), and the asymptotic distribution of the displacement has a negative exponential form.  相似文献

The transversal Stokes flow of a Newtonian fluid through random and Sierpinski carpets is numerically calculated and the transversal permeability derived. In random carpets derived from site percolation, the average macroscopic permeability varies as (- c)3/2, close to the critical porosity c. This exponent is found to be slightly different from the conductivity exponent. Results for Sierpinski carpets are presented up to the fourth generation. The Carman equation is not verified in these two model porous media.  相似文献

The results of variational solutions of the repeated ring and self-consistent repeated ring equations for the two-and three-dimensional overlapping Lorentz gas (LG), as formulated in a previous report, are presented. Calculations of the full velocity correlation function (VCF) for the 2D LG, including long-time tails, are compared with those from molecular dynamics. The trial functions chosen lead to predictions for the long-time tails that improve as the density of the scatterers is increased. At a value of 0.24 for* (= 2, where is the density and the radius of scatterers), the self-consistent amplitudes of the long-time tail are within 40% of the molecular dynamics. A limited number of 3D results for the short-time behavior of the repeated ring VCF are presented. The 3D solutions agree with the molecular dynamics to within 10%.  相似文献

The availability of sufficient quantities of DNA of adequate quality is crucial in polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based methods for genetically modified food detection. In this work, the suitability of anion-exchange CIM (Convective Interaction Media; BIA Separations, Ljubljana, Slovenia) monolithic columns for isolation of DNA from food was studied. Maize and its derivates corn meal and thermally pretreated corn meal were chosen as model food. Two commercially available CIM disk columns were tested: DEAE (diethylaminoethyl) and QA (quaternary amine). Preliminary separations were performed with standard solution of salmon DNA at different pH values and different NaCl concentrations in mobile phase. DEAE groups and pH 8 were chosen for further isolations of DNA from a complex matrix-food extract. The quality and quantity of isolated DNA were tested on agarose gel electrophoresis, with UV-scanning spectrophotometry, and by amplification with real-time PCR. DNA isolated in this way was of suitable quality for further PCR analyses. The described method is also applicable for DNA isolation from processed foods with decreased DNA content. Furthermore, it is more effective and less time-consuming in comparison with the existing proposed methods for isolation of DNA from plant-derived foods.  相似文献

以硫酸铵(AS)水溶液为介质,进行丙烯酰胺(AM)与正离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)分散共聚合,制备出水溶性聚合物分散体.研究了盐浓度、分散稳定剂浓度及其分子量、单体浓度等对反应体系及分散体粒径的影响.结果表明,随着分散稳定剂的用量从6%增加到14%,分散体的平均粒径先下降,后又随之上升.分散稳定剂分子量越大,所得分散体的平均粒径越小.硫酸铵和单体的浓度对平均粒径和粒子形态等影响显著,只有在较小的范围内才能制备出粒径较均一的正离子型水溶性聚合物分散体;硫酸铵浓度越大,生成聚合物分子量越低.  相似文献
