三类锚杆受拉作用解析解的统一表达式

利用点荷载作用于半无限空间的Mindlin位移解,根据位移协调条件得出内锚式锚杆受拉作用的解析解,然后推导出全长粘结锚杆、压力型锚杆的解析解,建立了这3类锚杆受拉作用解析解的统一表达式.利用所求得的解析解,研究了锚杆类型、土体弹性模量、锚杆孔径对锚杆应力分布的影响.结果表明:(1)3类锚杆的剪应力都是单峰值的曲线;(2)土体弹性模量增大,则锚杆剪应力峰值增大,但分布范围减小;(3)锚杆孔径增大,则锚杆剪应力峰值减小,但对其分布范围几乎没有影响.     

Use of the hole-drilling method for measuring residual stresses in highly stressed shot-peened surfaces

The same shot-peening treatment was applied to five steels with different mechanical properties. The induced residual stress profiles were analyzed using X-ray diffraction and incremental hole drilling (IHD). The results of both techniques showed that IHD can still be successfully used for measuring shot-peening residual stresses, even if these exceed the yield strength of the bulk material. Expected errors due to the plasticity effect are reduced by the strain hardening of the surface. For an assessment of the reliability of IHD data, strain-hardening variation was quantified by microhardness measurements to estimate the yield strength of the plastified layer. All the main calculation methods for IHD were applied. The results were compared and discussed with respect to the characteristics of each method.     

Semisynthesis of Functional Glycosylphosphatidylinositol-Anchored Proteins

Glypiation is a common posttranslational modification of eukaryotic proteins involving the attachment of a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) glycolipid. GPIs contain a conserved phosphoglycan that is modified in a cell- and tissue-specific manner. GPI complexity suggests roles in biological processes and effects on the attached protein, but the difficulties to get homogeneous material have hindered studies. We disclose a one-pot intein-mediated ligation (OPL) to obtain GPI-anchored proteins. The strategy enables the glypiation of folded and denatured proteins with a natural linkage to the glycolipid. Using the strategy, glypiated eGFP, Thy1, and the Plasmodium berghei protein MSP1₁₉ were prepared. Glypiation did not alter the structure of eGFP and MSP1₁₉ proteins in solution, but it induced a strong pro-inflammatory response in vitro. The strategy provides access to glypiated proteins to elucidate the activity of this modification and for use as vaccine candidates against parasitic infections.     

光子计数剪切干涉仪波前探测自适应光学系统噪声分析

在自适应光学系统中，波前探测器的噪声是主要误差源。针对我们建立的２．１６ｍ望远镜红外自适应光学系统，从伺服控制系统的角度分析了光子计数噪声及其在系统闭环过程中的传递，从理论上推导了系统的噪声功率谱、伺服传递函数以及开环和闭环噪声公式。另外，还给出了在系统中实测的开环和闭环噪声     

Linear relaxation times of stochastic processes driven by non-Gaussian noises

The linear relaxation time (LRT) associated with steady-state correlation functions is studied for Langevin equations with non-Gaussian noises: dichotomous Markov noise and Poissonian white shot noise. Exact results for arbitrary models are obtained and compared with results for Gaussian noises. Some general features of LRTs are discussed. The concept of dynamic effective diffusion is introduced and the existence of an optimal effective Fokker-Planck approximation is discussed. Explicit examples for prototype models are presented and briefly compared with the analogs for Gaussian noises.

Studies directed toward the synthesis of protein-bound GPI anchor

Mannobioside-linked phosphoethanolamine 10, a prototype model of the GPI anchor, was synthesized via glycosidation of the monosaccharide donor and acceptor, and subsequent phosphorylation. In order to test the reactivity of the amino group involved in 10 against the activated amino acid esters, 10 was reacted with N-protected amino acid pentafluorophenyl esters in the presence of HOBt. The reactions gave the aminoacylated products in moderate yields. When Fmoc-Ser-OPfp 12 and Fmoc-Cys(SBu^t)-OPfp 14 were reacted with 10, byproducts 19, 20 and 21 derived from N- and O-acylation were produced. In contrast, reactions of 10 and N-protected amino acid thioesters were promoted with AgNO₃, HOSu, and DIEA to afford the coupling products without the undesired O-acylation. Peptidylation of 10 with the synthesized oligopeptide thioesters 24 and 27 was also successful under the segment coupling conditions of the peptide thioester method as well as those of the native chemical ligation.     

Molecular features of organic matter in diagnostic horizons from andosols as seen by analytical pyrolysis

Andosols are usually formed from volcanic substrates, with thick A horizons high in organic carbon mainly in the form of stabilized humic fractions. The peculiar properties of these soils are, to large extent, affected by poorly crystalline materials like allophanes, imogolite and other Fe and Al oxyhydroxides that induce intense organo-mineral interactions which are considered to play a relevant role in OM protection against biodegradation as regards other soils developed under similar climatic conditions. Little is known about the molecular composition of this stabilized OM in a soil scenario often considered as an efficient C-sink in terms of C sequestration processes.

Whole soil samples in addition to isolated humic and fulvic acids from organic A horizons of three soils with andic properties and one non-andic soil (Sodic Cambisol) from the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain) were analysed by double shot pyrolysis-gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) in order to get some insight on the molecular composition of different structural domains of progressive structural stability.

Clear differences were found between soils, both in thermal desorption and pyrolysis behaviour of humic substances. In general the results suggest large yields of aliphatic (both alkyl and carbohydrate-derived pyrolysis compounds) pointing to high-performance processes of incorporation of aliphatic humic constituents in andosols probably favoured by interactions with amorphous minerals, whereas in non-andic soils the latter are comparatively less stabilized and are removed in early pyrolysis stages as if they occurred as loosely joined, thermoevaporation-released products.

In fact, compared to Cambisol, humic and fulvic acids from andic soils led to comparatively richer pyrograms and compound assemblages. The lack of similar amounts of these loosely joined, mainly aliphatic structures after thermal desorption of the whole andic soils indicate an origin for humic substances based on rapid sequestration of C-forms of recent (litter or microbial) origin.     

Thermal spraying of composites—Manufacturing and post treatment

Composites are materials with an increasing importance for the industry. A newly developed method for fabrication of fibre-reinforced metal matrix composites permits the production of composites with metal or ceramic fibres by thermal spraying. An improvement of coatings properties and the removal of flaws by post treatment is possible. This paper presents the thermal treatment by laser beam, electron beam and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process and the mechanical treatment by shot peening.Dedicated to Professor Günther Tölg on the occasion of his 60th birthday     

Enhancing the Variability of [Ge9] Cluster Chemistry through Phosphine Functionalization

The synthetic approach towards molecules that contain Ge atoms with oxidation state 0, and which are exclusively connected to other Ge atoms, is explored by using anionic clusters extracted from binary solids. Besides providing a novel variable method for the introduction of alkenyl moieties to [Ge₉] cluster compounds, this work expands the spectrum of mixed-functionalized [Ge₉] cluster anions, which are suitable for the straightforward synthesis of zwitterionic compounds upon coordination to metal cations. In detail, the synthesis of a series of mixed-functionalized [Ge₉] clusters is reported, including [Ge₉{Si(TMS)₃}₃PRR^I] (R=tBu, R^I=(CH₂)₃CH=CH₂; 2 ) and [Ge₉{Si(TMS)₃}₂PRR^I]⁻ (R and R^I: alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, aminoalkyl; 3 a to 11 a , TMS: (trimethyl)silyl). In 2 and 3 a , pentenyl functionalization of the [Ge₉] clusters was achieved by reaction of the novel chlorophosphine tBu{(CH₂)₃CH=CH₂}PCl ( 1 ) with silylated [Ge₉] clusters. Furthermore, the reactivity of the cluster anions 3 a to 11 a towards NHC^DippMCl (NHC^Dipp=1,3-di(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazolylidine; M=Cu, Ag) showed a dependency on the steric demand of the phosphine either zwitterions ( 3 -MNHC^Dipp to 7 -MNHC^Dipp) featuring P–M interactions are formed, or Ge–M coordination ( 8 -MNHC^Dipp to 11 -MNHC^Dipp) occurs. For M=Ag, the formation of zwitterionic complexes was unequivocally proven by NMR investigations showing ¹J(³¹P-¹⁰⁷Ag/¹⁰⁹Ag) spin-spin coupling.
