Asymmetric Total Syntheses,Stereostructures, and Cytotoxicities of Marine Bromotriterpenoids Aplysiol B (Laurenmariannol) and Saiyacenol A

There are marine cytotoxic bromotriterpenoids, named the thyrsiferol family that are structurally characterized by some tetrahydropyran (THP) and tetrahydrofuran (THF) rings. The thyrsiferol family belongs to natural products that are often difficult to determine their stereostructures even by the current, highly advanced spectroscopic methods, especially in acyclic systems including stereogenic tetrasubstituted carbon centers. In such cases, it is effective to predict and synthesize the possible stereostructures. Herein, to elucidate ambiguous stereostructures and unassigned absolute configurations of aplysiol B, laurenmariannol, and saiyacenol A, members of the thyrsiferol family, we carried out their asymmetric chemical syntheses featuring 6-exo and 5-exo oxacyclizations of epoxy alcohol precursors and 6-endo bromoetherification of a bishomoallylic alcohol. In this paper, we report total assignments of their stereostructures through their asymmetric chemical syntheses and also their preliminary cytotoxic activities against some tumor cells. These results could not have been achieved without depending on asymmetric total synthesis.

关于康托集类光栅的实验探究

设计制作了康托集分形衍射光栅,通过对康托集分形光栅3个阶段的夫琅禾费衍射现象的观察,根据惠更斯-菲涅耳原理,得到了一维康托集分形光栅的夫琅禾费衍射光强分布特性.     

Preparation of novel analgesics via diastereoselective nucleophilic addition to 1-dimethylamino-2-methylpentan-3-one

The diastereoselective synthesis of naphthyl amino alcohols via nucleophilic addition to racemic 1-dimethylamino-2-methylpentan-3-one was studied. The use of the appropriate experimental conditions allowed the synthesis of both diastereoisomers. The relative configurations were established via NOESY experiments.     

129Xe30+轰击Ni表面激发靶原子偶极跃迁和禁戒 (M1和E2)跃迁的特征光谱线

报道了用高电荷态离子129Xe30+(150keV) 轰击金属Ni表面，激发的200—1000nm NiⅠ和NiⅡ的特征光谱线的实验结果.实验结果表明：用电荷态足够高的离子作光谱 激发源，无需很强的束流强度（nA量级），便可有效地产生原子和离子的复杂组态间跃迁所 形成的可见光波段的特征谱线，特别是NiⅠ和NiⅡ偶极禁戒的电四极跃迁E2和磁偶极跃迁M1 的特征光谱线.通过分析发现，在禁戒跃迁的谱线中，有些是电子组态相同而原子态不同的 偶极禁戒跃迁光谱线而且NiⅡ的684.84nm谱线较强. 关键词： 光谱 禁戒跃迁 电子组态 高电荷态离子     

Robust handling of non‐linear constraints for GA optimization of aerodynamic shapes

A new approach to the robust handling of non‐linear constraints for GAs (genetic algorithms) optimization is proposed. A specific feature of the approach consists of the change in the conventional search strategy by employing search paths which pass through both feasible and infeasible points (contrary to the traditional approach where only feasible points may be included in a path). The method (driven by full Navier–Stokes computations) was applied to the problem of multiobjective optimization of aerodynamic shapes subject to various geometrical and aerodynamic constraints. The results demonstrated that the method retains high robustness of conventional GAs while keeping CFD computational volume to an acceptable level, which allowed the algorithm to be used in a demanding engineering environment. 基于改进遗传算法的布局优化子问题

本针对子问题，构造了布局子问题(关于同构布局等价类)的改进遗传算法。将该算法应用于二维布局优化子问题，数值实验表明该算法能够在很好地保持图元的邻接关系的前提下找到子问题的最优解。由于布局优化问题可分解为有限个子问题，所以利用该算法可以找到整个布局优化问题的全局最优解。     

A Note on Geometric Structures of Linear Ordered Orthogonal Arrays and (T,M,S)-Nets of Low Strength

The equivalent geometrical configurations of linear ordered orthogonal arrays are determined when their strengths are 3 and 4. Existence of such geometrical configurations is investigated. They are also useful in the study of (T, M, S)-nets.
