A new aluminum iron oxide Schottky photodiode designed via sol–gel coating method

A novel aluminum iron oxide(Al/AlFe2O4/p-Si) Schottky photodiode was successfully fabricated via the sol–gel coating process. The microstructure of the spinel ferrite(AlFe2O4) was examined by atomic force microscopy. The current–voltage characteristics of the fabricated photodiode were studied under dark and different illumination conditions at room temperature. By using the thermionic emission theory, the forward bias I–V characteristics of the photodiode are analyzed to determine the main electrical parameters such as the ideality factor(n) and barrier height(ΦB0) of the photodiode. The values of n and ΦB0 for all conditions are found to be about 7.00 and 0.76 eV, respectively. In addition,the values of series resistance(Rs) are determined using Cheung's method and Ohm's law. The values of Rs and shunt resistance(Rsh) are decreased with the increase of illumination intensity. These new spinel ferrites will open a new avenue to other spinel structure materials for optoelectronic devices in the near future.

A new class of multi-wavelet bases: V-system

The V-system is a complete orthogonal system of functions defined on the interval [0, 1], generated by finite Legendre polynomials and the dilation and translation of a function generator, which consists of a finite number of continuous and discontinuous functions. The V-system has interesting properties, such as orthogonality, symmetry, completeness and short compact support. It is shown in this paper that the V-system is essentially a special multi-wavelet basis. As a result, some basic properties of the V-system are established through the well-developed theory of multi-wavelets. From this point of view, more other V-systems are constructed.

碘伏术前消毒阴道、术中冲洗宫腔预防急诊剖宫产术后切口感染疗效观察

目的 探讨碘伏术前消毒阴道、术中冲洗宫腔对产妇急诊剖宫产术后腹部切口及子宫感染有无预防作用。方法 选取2010 年3 月至2014 年6 月行急诊剖宫产术的产妇218例,随机分为3组,均采用抗生素围术期用药（头孢唑啉钠针2.0g,术中断脐后及术后各1次,静脉滴注）。Ⅰ组（81 例）0.5%碘伏术前消毒阴道、术中冲洗宫腔;Ⅱ组（73 例）0.9%氯化钠溶液术中冲洗宫腔;Ⅲ组（64 例）不做上述处理,比较3 组产妇术后腹部切口及子宫感染发生率。结果 术后腹部切口感染：Ⅰ组3例,Ⅱ组2例,Ⅲ组4例;3组比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;术后子宫感染：Ⅰ组2 例,Ⅱ组4 例,Ⅲ组7 例;Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组比较,差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论 在合理预防性使用抗生素前提下,碘伏术前消毒阴道、术中冲洗宫腔可降低急诊剖宫产术后子宫感染发生率。     

Solvent effects on oxygen atom transfer reaction between manganese(V)-oxo corrole and alkene

Pseudo-first order reaction rate constants of 5,10,15-tris（pentafluorophenyl）corrole Mn（V）-oxo (F₁₅CMn（V）-oxo),5,15-bis（pentafluorophenyl）-10-（phenyl）corrole Mn（V）-oxo(F₁₀CMn（V）-oxo),5,15- bis（phenyl）-10-（pentafluorophenyl）corrole Mn（V）-oxo（F₅CMn（V）-oxo） and 5,10,15-tris（phenyl）corrole Mn（V）-oxo（F₀CMn（V）-oxo） with a series of alkene substrates in different solvents were determined by UV-vis spectroscopy.The results indicated that the oxygen atom transfer pathway between Mn（V）-oxo corrole and alkene is solvent-dependent.     

酰腙氧钒(Ⅴ)配合物的合成、结构及其抑制幽门螺旋杆菌脲酶研究

为了探索新型高效脲酶抑制剂,本文合成了2个新的酰腙氧钒(V)配合物,[VOL1(OCH3)(CH3OH)](1)和[VOL2(μ-OCH3)]2(2)(H2L1=N′-(5-氯-2-羟基苯亚甲基)-3-硝基苯甲酰肼;H2L2=N′-(5-氯-2-羟基苯亚甲基)-4-氯苯甲酰肼),并通过物理化学方法和单晶X-射线衍射表征了它们的结构。化合物1是一个单核配合物,而化合物2是由两个甲氧基配体桥连的具有中心对称性的双核配合物。在每个配合物中,V原子都采取八面体配位构型。本文还研究了这两个配合物的热稳定性和它们对幽门螺旋杆菌脲酶的抑制活性。在浓度为100μmol.L-1时,配合物1和2对脲酶的抑制率分别为71.4%和73.3%,其IC50值分别为63.6和37.7μmol.L-1。     

Cu-V-O氧化物催化燃烧甲苯的活性和抗硫性

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备一系列不同Cu/V比例的Cu-V-O催化剂,利用XRD、BET、H₂-TPR等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并考察其催化燃烧甲苯的活性和抗硫性。结果表明,适量的Cu掺杂会提高催化剂比表面积,而且Cu-V可以形成Cu₃V₂O₈晶型结构,使V₂O₅晶格氧活动增加,提高催化剂氧化-还原能力。其中,Cu_0.15V_0.85催化剂表现出最佳的活性和抗硫性;通过TiO₂负载可以进一步提高催化剂对甲苯的催化燃烧活性和抗硫性。
