基于Web的科技类学报传播管理实证研究

结合高校科技类学报的综合性和机构的特点，搭建了基于Web的科技类学报传播管理结构，剖析了传播管理过程中各环节的关键因素以及对编辑素质的基本要求，并进一步提出了科技类学报传播管理网络组建技术的集成策略和管理应注意的问题，有益于促进科技类学报传播的技术进步．     

超高速摄影中弹性支撑转镜的模态分析

 提出了超高速摄影仪中弹性支撑转镜模态分析方法，利用有限元法对三面体铝合金转镜刚性支撑和弹性支撑情况下的一、二阶模态进行模拟，结果表明：电驱动转镜在转速工作范围内只有2个临界点，分别位于2.5×10⁵~2.6×⁵ r/min和2.6×10⁵~2.7×10⁵ r/min处， 并且均为一阶弯曲振动，一阶模态振动发生在垂直平面内，二阶发生在水平平面内。将模拟结果与实测值进行了比较，发现假设转镜为弹性支撑与实测值吻合得较好。     

高温超导磁悬浮轴承悬浮力数值分析

高温超导磁悬浮轴承已经被广泛应用到飞轮储能系统之中,它的主要结构是由高温超导体和永磁体组成。本论文基于有限元法(FEM)和临界态模型,对高温超导推力轴承的悬浮力和刚度等参数进行模拟仿真,并且在SCML-02测试装置上进行测试,计算结果与测试结果得到很好的吻合。并且进一步对环形永磁体推力轴承进行计算模拟,为进一步的轴承结构参数优化做好基础。     

Plane slider bearings: The effect of inlet pressure

The present work deals with the problem of determing the influence of pressure at the bearing entry on load capacity and on the position of the resultant of the pressure forces in the case of a plane slider bearing; this work shows how a centrally pivoted pad may be employed where a shaft is also to be rotated in the reverse direction.

Sommario Scopo del presente lavoro è quello di determinare l'influenza che la pressione in ingresso ha sulla capacità di carico e sul punto di applicazione della risultante delle forze di pressione nel caso di un accoppiamento piano lubrificato; viene inoltre messo in evidenza il fatto che un pattino orientabile con cerniera di articolazione posta in mezzeria possa funzionare correttamente.

     

Characterization of Two-Component Metal Coatings (Al/Sn) with SIMS

 Vacuum deposited films of immiscible metal–metal systems can be applied as tribological coatings for plain bearings in high performance diesel engines. These industrially manufactured coatings show higher lifetimes than conventional electroplated coatings. For our investigations we used aluminum-tin coatings of 1 μm thickness on a glass substrate produced by sequential deposition from two separate targets under working gas pressure of 0.4 Pa. The tough Al matrix takes high mechanical loads and the soft inclusions of Sn act as solid lubricant. While Sn is deposited it migrates on the Al surface and grows as islands. We characterized the conformation and the distribution of the Sn islands on the surface and to the interstitial area between the islands with 3-D secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS). The existence of a Sn layer between the islands (“wetting layer”) has been detected by SIMS and verified by measurements with Auger electron spectroscopy (AES).     

Static and dynamic behaviour of a rigid rotor on journal bearings

This experimental investigation concerns the static and dynamic behaviour of a rigid balanced rotor on journal bearings. Running conditions were chosen in order to obtain relatively high eccentricity ratios near the instability threshold speeds.The results, compared also with the theoretical predictions of some authors, have substantially shown the importance of examining the static behaviour near the instability threshold speed to allow a correct interpretation of some aspects of the dynamic behaviour.In order to clarify the discrepancies between the observed and the theoretically predicted dynamic behaviour, some further tests have been carried out.

Sommario E' stato esaminato sperimentalmente sia il comportamento statico che quello dinamico di un rotore rigido e bilanciato sostenuto da cuscinetti cilindrici lubrificati.Le condizioni di funzionamento sono state scelte in modo tale che, in prossimità della soglia di instabilità, il valore del rapporto di eccentricità risultasse relativamente grande.I risultati, confrontati anche con le indicazioni teoriche di altri autori, hanno sostanzialmente evidenziato l'importanza dell'esame del comportamento statico in prossimità della soglia di instabilità al fine di interpretare correttamente alcuni aspetti del fenomeno dell'instabilità.Sono state inoltre effettuate una serie di ulteriori indagini con lo scopo di chiarire le discordanze fra il comportamento dinamico osservato e quello previsto dalla teoria.

     

考虑温粘热效应的多瓦轴承模型及其应用

构筑了轴向解析、周向有限元压力分布的一维变粘度场有限宽轴承模型。在绝热边界条件下,忽略泊肃叶流项对速度的影响,不考虑温度轴向变化并沿油膜厚度方向积分,三维能量方程可降阶为平均温度场只沿周向分布的一维形式,结合滑动轴承非线性油膜力的一维直接解法,能量方程与雷诺方程可分别求解,既考虑了温粘效应对滑动轴承非线性动力学性能的影响,又提供了无需迭代直接确定油膜破裂边界和求解非线性油膜力的快速新方法。作为应用,针对进油槽位于水平两侧的椭圆瓦轴承进行了动力润滑热效应分析,与工程数据比较,计算结果吻合,证明该模型合理,适用于工程上多瓦轴承的分析计算。     

裂纹转子的振动响应研究

本文研究了裂纹转子的振动响应。文章首先通过应力强度因子积分得到含裂纹轴单元的刚度矩阵；建立了裂纹转子的运动微分方程。进而研究了裂纹转子的振动响应，得出了裂纹转子的振动响应随裂纹位置和深度的变化关系。为工程上早期诊断微小裂纹提供了理论根据。     

Measurement techniques in the testing of thin-walled structural members

The paper describes methods for measuring displacements and end moments in the testing of thin-walled columns. The complete spatial deformation of a column can be captured by using local and overall deformation measurement frames. The local frame involves spring-loaded levers and roller bearings to mount the frame on to the specimen. The overall frame slides along high-precision shafts using linear ball bearings. Fixed-ended bearings are used to measure minor and major axis bending moments as well as the applied load. The bearings allow the line of action of the applied force to be determined.
