Copyright protection in digital museum based on digital holography and discrete wavelet transform

A new method to protect the copyright of digital museum based on digital holography is proposed. The Fresnel hologram of watermark image is embedded in the object to be protected through discrete wavelet transform （DWT）. After the watermark detection, the copyright information appears in the reconstructed hologram. With the higher redundancy feature in the hologram, the proposed technique can actually survive several kinds of image processing. Experimental results prove that the presented method has good robustness in image protection.     

New Wavelet Bases and Isometric Between Symbolic Operators Spaces $$ {\text{OP}}S^{m}_{{1,\delta }} $$ and Kernel Distributions Spaces

In the fifties, Calderón established a formal relation between symbol and kernel distribution, but it is difficult to establish an intrinsic relation. The Calderón-Zygmund (C-Z) school studied the C-Z operators, and Hörmander, Kohn and Nirenberg, et al. studied the symbolic operators. Here we apply a refinement of the Littlewood-Paley (L-P) decomposition, analyse under new wavelet bases, to characterize both symbolic operators spaces \({\text{OP}}S^{m}_{{1,\delta }} \) and kernel distributions spaces with other spaces composed of some almost diagonal matrices, then get an isometric between \({\text{OP}}S^{m}_{{1,\delta }} \) and kernel distribution spaces     

Lower Bounds for n-Term Approximations of Plane Convex Sets and Related Topics

In this paper, we establish lower bounds for n-term approximations in the metric of L ²⁽I ² ) of characteristic functions of plane convex subsets of the square I ² with respect to arbitrary orthogonal systems. It is shown that, as n, these bounds cannot decrease more rapidly than .     

Analysis on motion of Earth’s center of mass observed with CHAMP mission

Geocenter motion (GCM) is one important topic for constructing and maintaining the terrestrial reference frame and its applications. GCM is studied from CHAMP with the multi-step approach in this paper. Geometric orbits of CHAMP in 2001–2006 are precisely determined with the kinematic method only from the satellite-borne GPS zero-difference data. Then a GCM time series is estimated from the precise kinematic orbits based on the theory of satellite dynamics to fit the CHAMP’s real geometric orbits. We compare the series with the geocenter series used in ITRF2005. Then the GCM series are analyzed with Fourier transform and wavelet transformation. The mean motions within 6 years in TX, TY and TZ directions are respectively 0.8 mm, 2.2 mm, and 7.9 mm. The trends of GCM in the three directions are 0.495 mm/a, −0.004 mm/a, and 1.309 mm/a, respectively. The long-term movement (2001–2006) indicates that the crustal figure is changing. The seasonal variations are the main component which may be excitated by the mass redistribution of Earth’s fluid layer, e.g. ocean, atmosphere and continental water. The inter-annual variations are also found in the GCM series measured with CHAMP. 紧拓扑半群上概率测度卷积序列的极限性质

本文讨论紧拓扑半群上概率测度卷积序列的若干重要极限性质．在第１节中，我们讨论测度集的代数结构与其支撑集代数结构的关系．第２节的定理１，通过支撑集的代数结构给出组合收敛测度序列的一个极限定理．在定理２中我们讨论独立同分布时的情形，建立了一类紧半群上的Ｋａｗａｄａ－Ｉｔ型结果．这些定理推广了紧群、紧交换半群、紧Ｌ－Ｘ半群上一些相应的结论．     

Optimal control of stretching process of solar arrays on spacecraft using wavelet expansion method

The optimal attitude control problem of spacecraft during its solar arrays stretching process is discussed in the present paper. By using the theory of wavelet analysis in control algorithm, the discrete orthonormal wavelet function is introduced into the optimal control problem, the method of wavelet expansion is substituted for the classical Fourier basic function. An optimal control algorithm based on wavelet analysis is proposed. The effectiveness of the wavelet expansion approach is shown by numerical simulation. De Broglie Tired Light Model and the Reality of the Quantum Waves

In the early 1960s of the 20th century de Broglie was able to explain the cosmological observable red shift, without ad hoc assumptions. Starting from basic quantum considerations he developed his tired light model for the photon. This model explains in a single and beautiful causal way the cosmological redshift without need of assuming the Big Bang and consequently a beginning for the universe. Evidence coming from Earth sciences seems also to confirm these ideas and furthermore concrete proposal of laboratorial scale experiments that can test the model are reviewed.     

小波双线性插值搜索算法及其在光学遥感图像中的应用

详细分析了在小波双线性插值中高频外推阈值门限与峰值信噪比的变化关系,提出了基于峰值信噪比最大的小波双线性插值搜索算法。提出的算法能够自动搜索到峰值信噪比最大的高频外推最佳阈值门限,实现了在不破坏光学遥感图像原始信息的情况下,提高了图像的空间分辨率,有利于对图像的细节信息进行观察分析。实验结果表明:该算法能够得到比双线性插值和全小波插值更高的峰值信噪比、熵值和更好的图像细节效果,是一种适合提高光学遥感图像分辨率的有效算法。     

Pairs of Dual Wavelet Frames from Any Two Refinable Functions

Starting from any two compactly supported refinable functions in L₂(R) with dilation factor d,we show that it is always possible to construct 2d wavelet functions with compact support such that they generate a pair of dual d-wavelet frames in L₂(R). Moreover, the number of vanishing moments of each of these wavelet frames is equal to the approximation order of the dual MRA; this is the highest possible. In particular, when we consider symmetric refinable functions, the constructed dual wavelets are also symmetric or antisymmetric. As a consequence, for any compactly supported refinable function in L₂(R), it is possible to construct, explicitly and easily, wavelets that are finite linear combinations of translates (d · – k), and that generate a wavelet frame with an arbitrarily preassigned number of vanishing moments.We illustrate the general theory by examples of such pairs of dual wavelet frames derived from B-spline functions.     

Wavelet subspaces invariant under groups of translation operators

We study the action of translation operators on wavelet subspaces. This action gives rise to an equivalence relation on the set of all wavelets. We show by explicit construction that each of the associated equivalence classes is non-empty.
