铒离子注入碳化硅的射程和退火行为研究

用300—500 keV能量的铒(Er)离子注入碳化硅(6H-SiC)晶体中,利用卢瑟福背散射技术研究了剂量为5×10¹⁵ cm^-2 的Er离子注入6H-SiC晶体的平均投影射程R_p和射程离散ΔR_p,将测出的实验值和TRIM软件得到的理论模拟值进行了比较,发现R_p的实验值与理论值符合较好,ΔR_p的实验值和理论值差别大一些 关键词： 离子注入 投影射程和射程离散 退火行为 卢瑟福背散射技术     

量子点环嵌入Aharonov-Bohm干涉器中电子的退耦合态及反共振现象

采用Anderson模型哈密顿量和非平衡态格林函数方法对量子点环以不同构型嵌入A-B干涉器中电子输运的退耦合态及反共振现象进行了理论研究. 结果表明,量子点环A-B干涉器的结构对称性以及穿过A-B干涉器的磁通量是诱发退耦合现象的两种物理机理. 耦合量子点结构的对称性越高,体系在相干电子输运过程中表现出来的退耦合及反共振现象越明显. 而且在具有高度对称性的耦合量子点结构中,通过磁场调节体系的结构参数可以分别使第奇数或第偶数分子本征态从电极上退耦合,从而使电子输运电导表现出奇偶对等振荡现象. 这为设计纳米电子开关器件提供了一个新的物理模型. 关键词： 量子点环 A-B干涉器 退耦合 反共振     

超极化~(129)Xe磁共振波谱和成像及在生物医学中的应用

文章简要介绍了磁共振波谱和成像的基本原理和对限制其灵敏度的挑战,详细阐述了为增强磁共振信号而制备超极化129Xe的物理机制,论述了129Xe在生物组织中的溶解性以及化学位移的特异性,综述了当前超极化129Xe在肺部、脑部成像领域的研究进展和在临床方面应用所取得的有代表性的研究成果,并讨论了基于超极化129Xe分子生物探针的超灵敏磁共振技术的研究前景,最后对超极化129Xe在生物医学领域的应用与发展作了展望.

利用透射电镜衬度像变化判定位错环类型及注氢纯铁中形成的位错环分析

Uniform estimate for the tail probabilities of randomly weighted sums

Several authors have studied the uniform estimate for the tail probabilities of randomly weighted sumsa.ud their maxima. In this paper, we generalize their work to the situation thatis a sequence of upper tail asymptotically independent random variables with common distribution from the is a sequence of nonnegative random variables, independent of and satisfying some regular conditions. Moreover. no additional assumption is required on the dependence structureof {θi,i≥ 1）.     

Z 2-equivariant cubic system which yields 13 limit cycles

For the planar Z_2-equivariant cubic systems having two elementary focuses,the characterization of a bi-center problem and shortened expressions of the first six Lyapunov constants are completely solved.The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the bi-center are obtained.On the basis of this work,in this paper,we show that under small Z_2-equivariant cubic perturbations,this cubic system has at least 13 limit cycles with the scheme 16∪6.     

EXISTENCE OF MULTIPLE POSITIVE SOLUTIONS FOR SEMILINEAR ELLIPTIC SYSTEMS INVOLVING m CRITICAL HARDY-SOBOLEV EXPONENTS AND m SIGN-CHANGING WEIGHT FUNCTION

In this article, we consider a class of degenerate quasilinear elliptic problems with weights and nonlinearity involving the critical Hardy-Sobolev exponent and one sign- changing function. The existence and multiplicity results of positive solutions are obtained by variational methods.     

CYCLIC AND NEGACYCLIC CODES OF LENGTH 2p^s OVER Fp^m ＋ uFp^m

In this article, we focus on cyclic and negacyclic codes of length 2p^s over the ring R = Fp^m ＋ uFp^m, where p is an odd prime. On the basis of the works of Dinh （in J.Algebra 324,940-950,2010）, we use the Chinese Remainder Theorem to establish the algebraic structure of cyclic and negacyclic codes of length 2p^s over the ring Fp^m ＋ uFp^m in terms of polynomial generators. Furthermore, we obtain the number of codewords in each of those cyclic and negacyclic codes.
