沥青混凝土路面平整度的影响因素及控制方法

本文探讨了影响高速公路沥青路面平整度的因素，就此提出控制其平整度的方法，旨在确保高速公路的施工质量，提高路面使用性能。     

边界吸收效应对非定常剪切弥散的影响

采用延迟扩散方程［７，９］描述了具有边界吸收条件下，非定常剪切流动中的剪切弥散特性．给出了记忆函数、中心位移函数的控制方程．特例分析结果表明：所采用的模型方程是合理的；边界吸收效应使得纵向浓度分布具有后倾的趋势．这主要是由于边界吸收使得低速强剪切区浓度减少，剪切弥散贡献减少，从而污染物对流速度高于断面的平均速度．     

因素空间理论与知识表示的数学框架（Ⅸ）──均衡函数的构造与Weber－Fechner特性

本文是文［１－８］的继续，该文及后续论文仍将系统地研究因素空间理论及其在知识表示中的应用。该文研究均衡函数的构造，并且引入了激励型均衡函数和混合型均衡函数。特别，从混合型变权出发，我们得到与ＷｅｂｅｒＦｅｃｈｎｅｒ定律一致的综合函数。     

Kondo Resonance versus Fano Interference in Double Quantum Dots Coupled to a Two-Lead One-Ring System

We analyse the transport properties of a coupled double quantum dot （DQD） device with one of the dots （QD1） coupled to metallic leads and the other （QD2） embedded in an Aharonov-Bhom （A-B） ring by means of the slaveboson mean-field theory. It is found that in this system, the Kondo resonance and the Fano interference exist simultaneously, the enhancing Kondo effect and the increasing hopping of the QD2-Ring destroy the localized electron state in the QD2 for the QD1-leads, and accordingly, the Fano interference between the DQD-leads and the QD1-leads are suppressed. Under some conditions, the Fano interference can be quenched fully and the single Kondo resonance of the QD1-leads comes into being. Moreover, when the magnetic flux of the A-B ring is zero, the influence of the parity of the A-B ring on the transport properties is very weak, but this influence becomes more obvious with non-zero magnetic flux. Thus this model may be a candidate for future device applications.

彭齐亚斯是犹太人，希特勒当政10个星期时出生。受了许多磨难，1940年移居美国。1958年获得哥伦比亚大学的博士学位，其后便来到贝尔啪电话实验室工作。他和威尔逊一起工作，试图了解银河系外围的星云的射电波特性。他们发现，有一种不知来源的射电波成分。他们将各种可能的误差因素都一一排除掉，结果发现了一种超乎各种自然原因的辐射。它来自各个方向，而且强度也都相等。     

A threshold voltage model MOSFETs considering for high-k gate-dielectric fringing-field effect

In this paper, a threshold voltage model for high-k gate-dielectric metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors （MOSFETs） is developed, with more accurate boundary conditions of the gate dielectric derived through a conformal mapping transformation method to consider the fringing-field effects including the influences of high-k gate-dielectric and sidewall spacer. Comparing with similar models, the proposed model can be applied to general situations where the gate dielectric and sidewall spacer can have different dielectric constants. The influences of sidewall spacer and high-k gate dielectric on fringing field distribution of the gate dielectric and thus threshold voltage behaviours of a MOSFET are discussed in detail.

互联网环境下中国文化消费影响因素、影响机制及空间效应分析

互联网的发展催生了新的文化消费形态，便捷了居民文化消费渠道，涌现出各类新型的文化产品，对居民文化消费产生了重大影响。因此，研究新环境下居民文化消费的影响因素，对促进居民消费结构优化升级，推动文化产业经济快速健康发展具有重要意义。但目前研究还未考虑网络因素对居民文化消费的实际影响，忽视了系统研究新环境下文化消费不同影响因素间交互作用及其在地区间的影响差异和空间效应等。基于此，文章通过纳入互联网发展程度变量，研究了新环境下居民收入、支出、文化消费供给等基本要素对文化消费的单独影响、交互作用影响和综合影响，以及文化消费及其影响要素的区域发展关联性等，从而实现了对文化消费与其影响因素间关系的从时间、空间双层面的完整分析，更深刻的识别了文化消费影响因素的关键作用路径。
