The bulk crystal of LiSrBO3 (8.39 g) with a size of 21mm×20mm×15mm was grown by high temperature solution growth method. The relationship between growth habit and crystal structure was discussed. The transmission spectrum shows an UV absorption edge at about 300 nm. The melting temperature of this crystal was determined to be 942 ℃ by DTA-TG measurement. The band structure of the LiSrBO3 crystal was studied by means of the first principle method. An indirect band gap was found to be about 4.0 eV,and a low dielectric constant was estimated to be about 1.9 in terms of theoretical results.  相似文献

Pt(II) and Pd(II) dichloride complexes with 5,7-ditertbutyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dbtp) have been synthesized and characterized by infrared and 1H, 13C NMR, 13C CPMAS spectroscopy. The structures of the cis-PtCl2(dbtp)2 · EtOH (1) and cis-PdCl2(dbtp)(dmso) (2) has been determined by signal-crystal X-ray diffraction. In both complexes the X-ray crystal structures shows that heterocycle ligand (dbtp) binds the central atom monodentate via nitrogen atom N(3). In addition, compound (2) is interesting for its structural features, because it is the first report of mixed dichloride Pd(II) complexes with N-donor (triazolopyrimidine) and S-donor (dimethylsulfoxide) ligands. In this structure the Pd–Cl distances are: 2.302(1) and 2.281(1) Å, Pd–N 2.041(3) Å and Pd–S 2.245(1) Å. The 1H, 13C NMR studies show clearly that these structures are retained in solution.  相似文献

Hydration of ethyl 1-R-4-dicyanomethyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylate gives the corresponding substituted cyanoacetamides which are readily and quantitatively cyclized to 6-R-5-hydroxy-2,4-dioxo-2,3,4,6-tetrahydrobenzo[c][2,7]naphthyridine-1-carbonitriles in the presence of aqueous base. 以Na2WO4·2H2O,Na2MoO4·2H2O,Na2HAsO4·7H2O和2,2'-bipyridine为原料,在水热条件下制得了含一维阳离子的聚金属氧簇化合物:[{M(2,2'-bipy)}5O14]4[2,2'-H2bipy]2(As2W18O62)2·8H2O(M=Mo/W;2,2'-bipy=2,2'-bipyridyl),并用元素分析,IR,TG和单晶X-ray衍射等手段进行了表征.标题化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,a=4.1721(5)nm,b=2.4629(5)nm,c=1.7541(5)nm,β=91.119(3)°,V=18.021(5)nm3,Z=2,R1=0.0629,wR2=0.1605[I>2σ(I)].标题化合物的阳离子链由五元金属氧簇构筑块[{M(2,2'-bipy)}5O14]2 通过氧原子桥联而成,构筑块[{M(2,2'-bipy)}5O14]2 中的五个金属原子呈畸变的"A"字型排布,阳离子展现出新颖的一维锯齿链状结构.  相似文献

用三苯基氯化锡与硫代苯甲酸在三乙胺存在下反应,合成了三苯基锡硫代苯甲 酸酯,并进行了红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱表征。X射线单晶衍射表明,化合物属正 交晶系,空间群P2_12_12_1,晶胞参数:a = 0.8306(3) nm, b = 1.6906(5) nm, c = 3.1459(10)) nm, V = 4.417(2) nm~3, Z = 8, D_c = 1.465 g/cm~3, R_1 = 0.0472, wR_2 = 0.1012。该化合物的晶体是由孤立的分子所组成,四配位的锡 原子呈畸变的四面体构型,配体羧基上的氧原子和锡原子之间存在弱的配位作用。  相似文献

Ni-B和Ni-Ce-B超细非晶态合金的退火晶化及其催化性能   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
 采用XAFS,XRD和DTA方法研究了Ni-B和Ni-Ce-B超细非晶态合金在退火过程中的结构变化及其结构与催化性能的关系.活性结果表明,在退火温度为623K时,Ni-B和Ni-Ce-B样品的苯加氢催化反应转化率最高,分别为63%和81%,0.3%Ce的掺入提高了Ni-Ce-B的催化活性.DTA结果表明,Ni-B超细非晶态合金在598和653K有两个晶化峰,而Ni-Ce-B样品有548,603,696和801K四个晶化峰.XAFS和XRD结果进一步说明,在573K退火时,Ni-B样品晶化生成晶态Ni3B和纳米晶Ni,此时Ni-Ce-B仅有少量晶态Ni3B生成.在673K退火时,Ni-B样品中的Ni3B开始分解生成晶态Ni,同时纳米晶Ni聚集并形成大颗粒晶态Ni,而Ni-Ce-B样品晶化生成晶态Ni3B和纳米晶Ni.在773K和更高的温度退火处理后,Ni-B样品中Ni的局域环境结构与金属Ni箔基本一致,但Ni-Ce-B样品晶化生成的Ni晶格有较大畸变,同时Ni3B并未分解.说明0.3%的Ce对提高Ni-Ce-B样品的稳定性有显著作用.本文首次报道了Ni-B和Ni-Ce-B超细非晶态合金中苯加氢催化活性中心为纳米晶Ni和类似于金属Ni的Ni-B非晶态合金.  相似文献

The title compound glycin·3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (GDB) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pca21 with a = 25.513(10), b = 4.668(2), c = 9.150(4)(A), Z = 4, V = 1089.8(8)(A)3, C9H13NO7, Mr = 247.20, Dc = 1.507 g/m3, μ(MoKα) = 0.132 mm-1, F(000) = 520, R1 = 0.0322 and wR2 = 0.0611 for 885 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The title compound is a 1:1 molecular complex of glycin and 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, which is linked by O-H…O and N-H…O hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional framework. Test of SHG (second harmonic generation) indicates that NLO generation of the crystal is higher than that of KDP.  相似文献

A series of mononuclear [M(EAr)2(dppe)] [M = Pd, Pt; E = Se, Te; Ar = phenyl, 2-thienyl; dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane] complexes has been prepared in good yields by the reactions of [MCl2(dppe)] and corresponding ArE with a special emphasis on the aryltellurolato palladium and -platinum complexes for which the existing structural information is virtually non-existent. The complexes have crystallized in five isomorphic groups: (1) [Pd(SePh)2(dppe)] and [Pt(SePh)2(dppe)], (2) [Pd(TePh)2(dppe)] and [Pt(TePh)2(dppe)], (3) [Pd(SeTh)2(dppe)], (4) [Pt(SeTh)2(dppe)] and [Pd(TeTh)2(dppe)], and (5) [Pt(TePh)2(dppe)]. In addition, solvated [Pd(TePh)2(dppe)] · CH3OH and [Pd(TeTh)2(dppe)] · 1/2CH2Cl2 could be isolated and structurally characterized. The metal atom in each complex exhibits an approximate square-planar coordination. The Pd-Se, Pt-Se, Pd-Te, and Pt-Te bonds span a range of 2.4350(7)-2.4828(7) Å, 2.442(1)-2.511(1) Å, 2.5871(7)-2.6704(8) Å, and 2.6053(6)-2.6594(9) Å, respectively, and the respective Pd-P and Pt-P bond distances are 2.265(2)-2.295(2) Å and 2.247(2)-2.270(2) Å. The orientation of the arylchalcogenolato ligands with respect to the M(E2)(P2) plane has been found to depend on the E-M-E bond angle. The NMR spectroscopic information indicates the formation of only cis-[M(EAr)2(dppe)] complexes in solution. The trends in the 31P, 77Se, 125Te, and 195Pt chemical shifts expectedly depend on the nature of metal, chalcogen, and aryl group. Each trend can be considered independently of other factors. The 77Se or 125Te resonances appear as second-order multiplets in case of palladium and platinum complexes, respectively. Spectral simulation has yielded all relevant coupling constants.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of α-2-methoxyaryl nitrones with nitrostyrenes and chalcones have been investigated. The regiochemistry and stereochemistry of the resultant cycloadducts have been determined with the help of NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. β-Nitrostyrenes add to nitrones to give two geometrical isomers, while the β-methyl-β-nitrostyrene gives a single isomer in relatively low yield. The chalcones give a single cycloadduct upon 1,3-dipolar addition.  相似文献

采用XAFS方法研究浸渍法制备并于低温焙烧的CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂的局域结构.对于CuO负载量小于单层分散阈值的CuO/γ-Al2O3(0.4 mmol/100 m2),结果表明,CuO物种是以层状分散的孤立原子簇存在于γ-Al2O3载体表面,其第一近邻Cu-O配位环境的结构与晶态CuO的相似,键长和配位数分别为0.195 nm和4.对于CuO负载量等于单层分散阈值的CuO/γ-Al2O3(0.8 mmol/100 m2),已有少量的CuO纳米颗粒生成.对于CuO负载量大于单层分散阈值的CuO/γ-Al2O3(1.2 mmol/100 m2),其结构与多晶CuO的相近.基于CuO在γ-Al2O3载体上的三种不同分散状态的结构特点,我们提出了CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂的结构模型.  相似文献
