杂氮硅三环成环反应的研究

本文报导了与硅原子直接相连的有机基团(R)对杂氮硅三环成环速率的影响。利用气相色谱检测成环反应的产物之一——乙醇的生成速率和数量,并同与硅相连的R基团对成环反应速率的影响作比较。实验结果表明五种杂氮硅三环成环速度顺序为Cl_2CH—>ClCH_2—>ClCH_2CH_2CH_2—>CH_2=CH—>CH_3—,这与理论推断相符。     

2-芳胺基-5-[5′-氨基-1′-(4″-氯苯基)-1′,2′,3′-三唑-4′-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成~≠

1-[5’-氨基-1’-(4”-氯苯基)-1,2,3-三唑-4’-甲酰基]-4-芳基-3-氨基硫脲在浓硫酸催化下环化得到2-芳胺基-5-[5’-氨基-1’-(4”-氯苯基)-1’,2’,3’,-三唑-4’-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑2a～i,依次法合成了九个标题化合物,收率为30～74％。化合物2i的结构用X-光衍射单晶分析确证。     

新型1,2,4-三唑并[3,2-d][1,5]苯并氧氮杂-2-酮的合成

取代苯并二氢吡喃 4 酮 ( 1)的芳腙在冰醋酸中与KNCO发生 [3 2 ]环加成反应 ,加成产物经KMnO4氧化开环得偕偶氮异氰酸酯 ( 3 ) .3在HBF4的催化下发生环化 -重排反应 ,合成得到一系列新型 6 7 5三环系 1,2 ,4 三唑并 [3 ,2 d] [1,5 ]苯并氧氮杂 2 酮 ( 5a～ 5g) .由X单晶衍射测定了化合物 5a的晶体结构     

α-杂环硫代苯乙酮衍生物的合成

以5-氨基-3-巯基-(1H）-1，2，4-三唑和2-巯基苯并噻唑为主要原料在碱性条件下与α-氯代苯乙酮反应合成了10个新的标题化合物。其结构经元素分析、IR，^1H NMR和MS确证。     

Synthesis and Structure of a Manganese(Ⅱ) Complex: [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4·(1,10-phen)2]n

The title compound, [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4·(1,10-phen)2]n, has a linear chain structure containing binuclear [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4(1,10-phen)2] repeat units. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1- with a = 7.9261(8), b = 12.1329(15), c = 14.847(2)(A), α = 103.845(5), β =101.424(5), γ= 92.618(4)°, Mr= 657.37, V= 1352.3(2) (A)3, Z = 2, Dc= 1.614 g/cm3, F(000) = 666, μ =0.567 mm-1, the final R = 0.0407 and wR = 0.1015 for 4081 observed reflections with I ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ). The Mn atom is six-coordinated by two N and four O atoms, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. All Mn-O and Mn-N bond distances range from 2.093(2) to 2.310(2)(A). Two adjacent octahedral units are bridged together by two pairs of bi-monodentate carboxyl groups of different dinitrobenzoic acids to form an eight-membered ring with chair-typed configuration, thus generating a one-dimensional chain along the a axis.     

分子内环加成的甾体全合成

近年来,分子内环加成反应已广泛用于甾体化合物全合成,其主要一步是由取代的苯并环丁烯热裂而成的5,6-二亚甲基-1,3-环己二烯发生区域专一和立体选择性的环加成反应,构成甾体骨架。现在用此法已合成了一系列消旋和光学活性的甾体化合物。     

Facile synthesis of exfoliated and highly conductive poly(arylene disulfide)/graphite nanocomposites

Exfoliated graphite has been synthesized by first synthesizing H₂SO₄ intercalated compound in a H₂O₂‐H₂SO₄ mixture, followed by exfoliation under microwave irradiation. Poly(arylene disulfide)/graphite nanocomposites were then fabricated by absorbing cyclic(arylene disulfide) oligomers into the pores of exfoliated graphite. Subsequently, the nanocomposite precursor was subjected to heat treatment to carry out the in situ ring‐opening polymerization of the oligomers via free radical mechanism. The as‐prepared nanocomposite exhibited a exfoliated nanostructure as evidenced by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation. The nanocomposite with a very small amount of graphite, 5 wt%, possesses a highly electrical conductivity of 4 S/cm, therefore, many applications can be found as conductive materials. 1－芳氧乙酰氧基－1－（1H－1，2，4－三唑－1－基）－3，3－二甲基－2－丁酮衍生物的研究

以三乙胺为缚酸剂，用芳氧乙酸同ω－溴代－ω－（１Ｈ－１，２，４－三唑－１－基）频哪酮反应，合成了一系列三唑类新化合物，探讨了化合物的合成方法。通过ＩＲ￣１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ分析及元素分析确定了化合物的结构，生物活性测定结果表明，部分化合物具有良好的除草活性，同时表现出一定程度的植物生长调节活性及杀菌活性．
