The molecular conformation and supramolecular architecture of cocaethylene [systematic name: ethyl (1R ,2R ,3S ,5S )‐3‐benzoyloxy‐8‐methyl‐8‐azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane‐2‐carboxylate], C18H23NO4, have been determined for the first time. Cocaethylene is a narcotic produced in vivo when cocaine and ethanol are administered concomitantly. The intra‐ and intermolecular features of cocaethylene and its less potent narcotic precursor cocaine are very similar. The only molecular difference is in the conformation of the methyl group of the ethoxycarbonyl group. Similar to cocaine, the carboxylate atoms and the α‐C atom are coplanar in cocaethylene, but the methyl C atom of the ethyl group is bent by ca 90° away from this plane in the narcotic reported here. The main supramolecular motif is a one‐dimensional chain stabilized by weak C—H…O contacts. 相似文献

Manganese, the third most abundant transition-metal element after iron and titanium, has recently been demonstrated to be an effective homogeneous catalyst in numerous reactions. Herein, the preparation of silica-supported MnII sites is reported using Surface Organometallic Chemistry (SOMC), combined with tailored thermolytic molecular precursors approach based on Mn2[OSi(OtBu)3]4 and Mn{N(SiMe3)2}2⋅THF. These supported MnII sites, free of organic ligands, efficiently catalyze numerous reactions: hydroboration and hydrosilylation of ketones and aldehydes as well as the transesterification of industrially relevant substrates. 相似文献

Vitrimers are a third class of polymers gathering the mechanical properties and solvent resistance of 3D thermosets and the reprocessability of thermoplastics. This unique behaviour is due to the triggering of certain covalent exchange reactions that allow the network to rearrange upon application of a stimulus. The constitutive feature of vitrimers is the adoption of a glass-like viscosity during the rearrangement of the network, often due to an associative mechanism for the exchange reaction. Transesterification networks are one of the most studied type of vitrimers that usually require the incorporation of a catalyst, implying the associated drawbacks. Following up on a recent report on catalyst-free transesterification vitrimers in which the ester functions are particularly reactive thanks to the presence of fluorine atoms in α- or β-position, parallel DFT calculations and an experimental kinetic study on model molecules are presented in order to quantitatively assess the effect of neighbouring fluorinated groups on the transesterification reaction rate. 相似文献

AgOTf proved to be an effective catalyst for the transesterification of β‐keto esters with primary, secondary and tertiary alcohols. The products were obtained in high yield within a reasonable reaction time period. 采用两步晶化-后浸渍法合成了纳米SO42-/ZrO2固体酸催化剂,并考察了其在植物油与甲醇酯交换反应中的催化性能。XRD、N2吸附-脱附和TEM等结果表明,经过600℃焙烧,催化剂仍保持单一四方相,粒径大小为5~10 nm,比表面积为137 m2·g-1,孔径为3.6 nm。NH3-TPD结果表明,随着焙烧温度升高,催化剂表面的酸含量和酸强度逐渐增加,超强酸含量的增加,更有利于反应在温和条件下进行。在酯交换反应中,当醇油物质的量之比为20:1,反应温度为135℃,反应时间为6 h,600℃焙烧后催化剂用量为5%(w/w)时,植物油能够完全转化为脂肪酸甲酯。与传统的SO42-/ZrO2催化剂相比,该催化剂在低温反应条件下具有更高的催化性能和良好的重复使用性。 相似文献

采用不同硅铝比的MCM-41负载离子液体,制备得到一系列负载型双酸位催化剂,并用XRD、FTIR、N2-吸脱附、热重分析及TEM对其进行表征,以大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应为探针实验考察了其催化活性.结果表明,离子液体成功固载于介孔分子筛并能保持其介孔结构,且在酯交换反应中表现出良好的反应活性.在ILs负载量为30%,醇油物质的量的比为36:1,140 ℃下反应5 h,生物柴油收率在90%以上;而分子筛中Al的引入为活性组分离子液体构建了有益的酸环境,促进了其催化活性的提高;与均相离子液体相比,负载型催化剂又能明显提高生物柴油的收率,且回收利用4次后,生物柴油收率仍接近88%. 相似文献

Biodiesel is biodegradable and nontoxic, and it significantly reduces toxic and other emissions when burned as a fuel. The advantages of biodiesel as diesel fuel are its portability, ready availability, renewability, higher combustion efficiency, non-toxicity, higher flash point, and lower sulfur and aromatic content, higher cetane number, and higher biodegradability. The major disadvantages of biodiesel are its higher viscosity, lower energy content, higher cloud point and pour point, higher nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, lower engine speed and power, injector coking, engine compatibility, high price, and greater engine wear. The technical disadvantages of biodiesel/fossil diesel blends include problems with fuel freezing in cold weather, reduced energy density, and degradation of fuel under storage for prolonged periods. The sources of biodiesel are vegetable oils and fats. The direct use of vegetable oils and/or oil blends is generally considered to be unsatisfactory and impractical for both direct injection and indirect type diesel engines because of their high viscosities and low volatilities injector coking and trumpet formation on the injectors, higher level of carbon deposits, oil ring sticking, and thickening and gelling of the engine lubricant oil, acid composition. Biodiesel is obtained by transesterifying triglycerides with methanol. A popular variation of the batch transesterification process which needs high alcohol/acid ratio (several separation problems and high corrosivity and toxicity) is the use of continuous stirred tank reactors in series. This continuous process is heterogeneous and is based on reactive distillation. Abstract In earlier work, various strategies have been developed for the trace-level determination of phenylurea herbicides and the anilines which are their main degradation products. They include catalytic hydrolysis of the phenylureas on silica, liquid chromatographic fractionation of complex mixtures of herbicides and anilines, derivatization of anilines and herbicides with electron-capture-sensitive reagents, and final analysis by means of capillary gas chromatography. In the present paper, the application of these principles to trace-level analysis of surface water, soil and crop samples is demonstrated. 相似文献
