内参量热力学中的应变参量分析

以连续体的各力学守恒定律和熵函数为基础,给出了完备的变形体内参量热力学的表述框架。讨论了将热力学状态参量分划为外参量和内参量的必要性和依据,论证了热力学内参量和非弹性变形的关系以及将各种类型的非弹性应变列为内参量的数学条件。给出了考虑非弹性变形的内参量热力学基本方程,讨论了熵平衡和熵产生的关系方程和行为特性。引入两种定义的变形体自由能函数的表述方程,给出了各相应的状态方程组。     

Comparison of Thermodynamic Characteristics of a Potential Well under Quantum and Classical Approaches

The conjecture according to which the mean energy of an equilibrium system in quantum theory exceeds the mean energy of the corresponding classical system is considered. It is rigorously proved that the conjecture holds for the potential well. The estimates for the mean energy of the potential well at high and low temperatures are of special interest.     

Analysis of semiconducting materials by high-resolution radiofrequency glow discharge mass spectrometry

The analytical capabilities of a high-resolution mass spectrometer in combination with a 13.56 MHz glow discharge ion source for the analysis of semiconducting materials (silicon carbide and gallium arsenide) were studied. It was shown that single positively charged ions of sample material have about 10 eV higher average energy than the ions of the discharge and residual gas. Therefore effective energy separation of the ions of analyte from the ions of the discharge and residual gas was achieved by adjusting the ion transfer optics (breadth and position of energy slit), which improves the analytical capabilities of the developed method.Some analytical applications are presented to illustrate the performance of r.f. GDMS for the bulk analysis of semiconducting materials. The results of the trace element analysis of gallium arsenide and silicon carbide samples are compared with data of independent methods (LIMS, ICP-AES, SIMS).Dedicated to Professor Dr. rer. nat. 物质的许多物理与化学性质都可以用线性谐振子模型解释，本文用简单的数学运算求解线性谐振子的薛定谔方程，避免了特殊函数等复杂的数学运算，得出了量子力学教材完全相同的结果。

Calorimeter energy calibration using the energy conservation law

A new calorimeter energy calibration method was developed for the proposed ILC detectors. The method uses the center-of-mass energy of the accelerator as the reference. It has been shown that using the energy conservation law it is possible to make ECAL and HCAL cross calibration to reach a good energy resolution for the simple calorimeter energy sum.      

Some non-local problems for the parabolic-hyperbolic type equation with non-characteristic line of changing type

In this work two non-local problems for the parabolic-hyperbolic type equation with non-characteristic line of changing type are considered. Unique solvability of these problems is proven. The uniqueness of the solution is proven by the method of energy integrals and the existence is proven by the method of integral equations.     

Effects of Spatial Noncommutativity on Energy Spectrum of a Trapped Bose-Einstein Condensate

In noncommutative space, we examine the problem of a noninteracting and harmonically trapped BoseEinstein condensate, and derive a simple analytic expression for the effect of spatial noncommutativity on energy spectrum of the condensate. It indicates that the ground-state energy incorporating the spatial noncommutativity is reduced to a lower level, which depends upon the noncommutativity parameter θ. The gap between the noncommutative space and commutative one for the ground-state level of the condensate should be a signal of spatial noncommutativity.     

e-A深度非弹性散射中胶子辐射振幅的新计算方法

在e-A深度非弹性散射过程中, 喷注穿过冷核介质时, 多重散射诱导胶子辐射会导致对碎裂函数的修正及喷注的能量损失.前期研究中关于计算e-A深度非弹性散射中胶子辐射振幅的两种方法: 螺旋振幅近似和微扰QCD严格计算都异常繁杂. 本文发展了一种新的方法, 可以方便计算出多重散射导致胶子辐射的振幅, 得到的碎裂函数的修正以及能量损失与严格计算的结果一致.     

On the Zero-Energy-Limit Solution for the Modified Gross–Pitaevskii Equation

The modified Gross–Pitaevskii equation was derived and solved to obtain the 1D solution in the zero-energy limit. This stationary solution could account for the dominated contributions due to the kinetic effect as well as the chemical potential in inhomogeneous Bose gases.
