L-鼠李糖基(氨基)硫脲类化合物的合成

以L-鼠李糖为起始原料, 制备1-溴-2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-β-L-吡喃型鼠李糖, 然后在甲苯中与Pb(SCN)₂作用, 得到中间体2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-α-L-吡喃型鼠李糖基异硫氰酸酯(1). 利用2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-α-L-吡喃型鼠李糖基异硫氰酸酯易发生亲核加成的性质, 在不同溶剂中, 与取代的苯并噻唑胺(2a～2f)、取代的苯并噻唑肼(2g～2l)、氧化和非氧化的哒嗪酮甲酰肼(2m, 2n)以及取代的嘧啶胺(2o, 2p)反应, 合成了16种新的(氨基)硫脲类化合物3a～3p. 所有化合物的结构均经IR, ¹H NMR, LC-MS和元素分析确证, 并对它们的生物活性做了初步测试.     

One-pot synthesis of 2-amino- 5-aryl -5H-thiazolo[4,3-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles

固固反应合成三碘化锑、三碘化铋与硫脲配合物

通过三碘化锑和三碘化铋与硫脲间的室温固固反应合成了三碘化锑、三碘化铋的硫脲配合物 ,其组成为 :M[CS( NH2 ) 2 ]3 I3 ( M=Sb,Bi)。两种配合物的晶体结构均属于单斜晶系 ,锑配合物 Sb[CS( NH2 ) 2 ]3 I3 的晶胞参数为 :a=1 .4 772 nm,b=1 .6 5 82 nm,c=2 .0 6 74 nm,β=90 .81°,铋配合物 Bi[CS( NH2 ) 2 ]3 I3 的晶胞参数为 :a=1 .4 0 1 0 nm,b=2 .0 1 6 8nm,c=2 .0 397nm,β=90 .84°。远红外光谱表明硫脲中的 N原子而非硫原子参与了配位     

Novel Ytterbium(III) Selective Membrane Sensor Based on N‐(2‐Pyridyl)‐N′‐(2‐Methoxyphenyl)‐Thiourea as an Excellent Carrier and Its Application to Determination of Fluoride in Mouth Wash Preparation Samples

The construction, performance, and applications of a novel ytterbium(III) sensor based on N‐(2‐pyridyl)‐N′‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐thiourea (PMT), as an excellent carrier, in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) PVC matrix, is described. The influences of membrane composition and pH on the potentiometric response of the sensor were investigated. The sensor exhibits a nice Nernstian response for Yb(III) ion over a wide concentration range of 4 decades of concentration (1.0×10^?6–1.0×10^?2 M), and a detection limit of 5.0×10^?7 M. The response time of the electrodes is between 8 and 10 s, depending on the concentration of ytterbium(III) ions. The proposed sensor can be used for about 8 weeks without any considerable divergence in potential. The sensor revealed very good selectivity for Yb(III) in the presence of several metal ions. The best performance was observed for the membrane containing; 30% PVC, 59% o‐nitrophenyloctyl ether (NPOE) as solvent mediator, 7% PMT, and 4% sodium tetraphenyl borate (NaTPB). It was successfully applied as indicator electrodes in the potentiometric titration of Yb(III) with EDTA and for the determination of fluoride ion in two mouth wash formulations. The proposed La(III) sensor was found to work well under laboratory conditions. It was also used as an indicator electrode in titration of a 1.0×10^?4 M of Yb(III) with a standard EDTA solution (1.0×10^?2 M). It was also used for determination of Yb(III) ion in Xenotime .     

Polarographic behaviour of 1,3-bis[(2-pyridyl)methyleneamino]thiourea (PMAT) in absence and presence of Triton X-100

The polarographic behaviour of 1,3-bis[(2-pyridyl)methyleneamino]thiourea (PMAT) in solutions of varyingpH has been studied both in the absence and presence of Triton X-100 (T.X-100). The mechanism for the reduction process is discussed. The adsorption effect of electrochemically inactive T.X-100 on the polarographic waves ofPMAT has been investigated. The values of the kinetic parameters for the electrode reaction at differentpH values have been computed. The applicability of the polarographic method for determination ofPMAT is also discussed.

Das polarographische Verhalten von 1,3-Bis[(2-pyridyl)methylenamino]-thioharnstoff (PMAT) in Anwesenheit und Abwesenheit von Triton X-100. Die polarographische Bestimmung vonPMAT

Zusammenfassung Es wurde das polarographische Verhalten vonPMAT in Lösungen mit verschiedenempH sowohl in Gegenwart als auch ohne Triton X-100 (T.X-100) untersucht. Es wird ein Mechanismus für den Reduktionsprozeß diskutiert. Der Adsorptionseffekt des elektrochemisch inaktiven T.X-100 wurde hinsichtlich der polarographischen Wellen vonPMAT untersucht. Die kinetischen Parameter der Elektrodenreaktion wurden für verschiedenepH-Werte ermittelt. Ebenso wird die Anwendbarkeit der polarographischen Methode für die Bestimmung vonPMAT diskutiert.

     

Single‐electron‐transfer/degenerative‐chain‐transfer mediated living radical polymerization of vinyl chloride catalyzed by thiourea dioxide/octyl viologen in water/tetrahydrofuran at 25 °C

The single‐electron‐transfer/degenerative‐chain‐transfer mediated living radical polymerization (SET–DTLRP) of vinyl chloride (VC) in H₂O/tetrahydrofuran at 25 °C catalyzed by thiourea dioxide [(NH₂)₂C?SO₂] is reported. This polymerization occurs only in the presence of a basic sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) buffer and the electron‐transfer cocatalyst octyl viologen. The resulting poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) has a number‐average molecular weight of 1500–7000 and a weight‐average molecular weight/number‐average molecular weight ratio of 1.5. This PVC does not contain detectable amounts of structural defects and has both active chloroiodomethyl and inactive chloromethyl chain ends. Because of possible side reactions caused by the primary sulfoxylate anion (SO), the catalytic activity of (NH₂)₂C?SO₂ in the SET–DTLRP of VC is lower than that of the single‐electron‐transfer agent sodium dithionite. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complex formation equilibria between Ag(I) and thioureas in n-propanol

Complex formation equilibria between Ag(I) and thiourea or N-alkyl-substituted thioureas have been investigated in n-propanol by potentiometry at 10 °C intervals from 5 to 50 °C. Stepwise formation of tris-coordinated AgL_n (n = 1-3) complexes has been found for the majority of the ligands. ΔH and ΔS values for the complex formation reactions have been evaluated from the dependence of ln β_n on temperature. The alkyl-substituents affect the ligand affinities in different ways in relation with the coordination level n.The reactions are exothermic with few exceptions. Enthalpy favoured complex formation with negative dependence of ΔG on temperature (ΔS > 0) have been found.The enthalpy and entropy changes for the stepwise complex formation equilibria are correlated by two linear compensative relationships with the same isoequilibrium temperature 50-51 °C.     

Synthesis of a bipyridine-derived achiral thiourea trifluoromethanesulfonic acid salt and its application as an additive in organocatalytic asymmetric reactions

The host–guest complex of a proline–thiourea bipyridine trifluoromethanesulfonic acid salt can catalyze organocatalytic asymmetric reactions such as aldol, Michael, and Mannich in polar protic medium with high stereoselectivities. The privileged bipyridine backbone and the thiourea motif are essential to the activity and enantioselectivity through hydrogen bonding interactions.     

SOLVENT-FREE CONVERSION OF OXIRANES TO THIIRANES WITH THIOUREA

A simple and efficient method for the conversion of various oxiranes to the corresponding thiiranes using thiourea under solvent free conditions is described.
