Efficient and Alternative Approach for Preparation of O-Benzoyloximes Using Benzoyl Peroxide

Benzoyl peroxide has been used as a mild and efficient reagent for the preparation of benzoyl ester of oxime in moderate to good yields.     

Unusual synthesis of azines and their oxidative degradation to carboxylic acid using iodobenzene diacetate

Reaction of 3-hydrazonobutan-2-one oxime with aromatic aldehydes resulted in the formation of 1,2-bis(arylidene)hydrazine commonly referred as azine as an unexpected product, instead of expected product 3-(aryl)methylenehydrazonobutan-2-one oxime, which were subsequently oxidized to corresponding aromatic acids with an ecofriendly oxidizing agent iodobenzene diacetate. Azines and carboxylic acids were characterized by IR and NMR (¹H, ¹³C, HMBC, and HMQC) studies.     

Isoconversional Curing and Degradation Kinetics Study of Self-assembled Thermo-responsive Resin System Bearing Oxime and Iminium Groups

This paper demonstrates synthesis of a self-assembled resin system containing p-acetylpyridine oxime, formaldehyde and p-methoxyacetophenone moieties in main chain and thermally cross-linkable periphery oxime groups, and application as antimicrobial coating in biomedical applications. The post-polymerization conversion from oxime into iminium groups was observed by heating scan, with exothermic peaks being at 194 to 247°C. Various degradation models including the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (F-W-O), Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (K-A-S), Tang (T) and Friedman (F) methods were employed to check the thermal stability of self-assembly by computing apparent activation energy. It has also exhibited strong biocidal properties against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and fungi until the macrochain retains some positive charge. The obtained results prove that the structure of links, which combine the hydrophobic pyridine rings with the hydrophilic iminium groups, is responsible for the high biocidal activity of the resin system.

发展了一种镍催化环丁酮肟酯和芳基锌试剂之间Negishi偶联的方法.镍既作为亚胺自由基的引发剂,也作为芳基锌试剂与烷基自由基偶联反应的催化剂在反应中起作用.本方法可避免使用剧毒的氰化物,且具有很广的底物适应性和官能团兼容性,因此可能是一种具有潜在吸引力的高效合成烷基腈类化合物的新策略.初步的机理研究显示,该反应极可能经历自由基历程.     

Microwave-Assisted Chemoselective Regeneration of Carbonyl Compounds from Oximes by Silica Chromate/WET SiO2 Under Solvent-Free Conditions

The regeneration of carbonyl compounds from oximes were performed by using silica chromate and wet SiO ₂ (w/w 50%) under microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions with excellent yields.

Abstract

The 1-acetoxy-1-methylthiomethanephosphoryl compounds (4) are prepared from methylthiomethanephosphoryl derivatives (1) by electrolysis in 0.6 molar sodium acetate/acetic acid solution. The reaction of 1-acetoxy compounds (4) with halogen carriers gives the 1-halogen-1-methylthiomethane-phosphoryl derivatives 5, 7 and 8. The reaction of 4a under PTC-conditions results in cleavage of the P-C-bond.

Die 1-Acetoxy-1-methylthiomethanphosphoryl-Verbindungen (4) wurden aus Methylthiomethanphos-phorylderivaten (1) durch Elektrolyse in 0.6 molarer Na-acetat/Essigsäure-Lösung dargestellt. Die Reaktion der 1-Acetoxyverbindungen mit Halogenüberträgern führt zu den 1-Halogen-1-methyl-thiomethanphosphorylderivaten 5, 7 und 8. Bei Reaktion von 4a unter PTC-Bedingungen beobachtet man eine Spaltung der P-C-Bindung.     

Convenient,Mild Catalytic Deprotection of Oximes to Carbonyl Compounds with Hydrogen Peroxide and Iodine Catalyst in Aqueous Acetonitrile

A clean, mild, and efficient catalytic deoximation procedure compatible with several common functional groups has been developed using 30% hydrogen peroxide activated by iodine catalyst in aqueous acetonitrile under essentially neutral conditions. The mechanistic features of an iodonium ion–driven nucleophilic cleavage of oximic C[dbnd]N have been revealed.     

5-Amino-4-Cyano-1-(Hetero)Arylimidazoles

5-Amino-4-cyano-1-(hetero)arylimidazoles 1 are prepared by reaction of N-(hetero)arylformimidoethylesters 2 with 2-aminomalodinitrile in acetic acid.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of （E）-2-phenyl-6,7dihydrobenzofuran-4（5H）-one O-cyanomethyl Oxime

A pair of E/Z-isomers of 2-phenyl-6,7-dihydrobenzofuran-4（5H）-one O-cyanomethyl oxime,C16H14N2O2,as potential drugs for treating peptic ulcer and other acid-related diseases have been synthesized and characterized by IR,MS and NMR spectra.Meanwhile,the crystal of IIIa was obtained and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.Crystal data： monoclinic system,space group P21 /c,a = 8.423（8）,b = 19.596（16）,c = 8.770（8）,β = 107.750（12）°,V = 1379（2）3,Z = 4,F（000） = 560,Dc = 1.283 g/cm3,μ = 0.086 mm 1,R = 0.0681 and wR = 0.2029 for 14472 independent reflections（Rint = 0.0782） and 2428 observed ones（I 2σ（I））.     

Al2O3-SiO2催化环己胺氧化制备环己酮肟

以Al2O3-SiO2为催化剂,用双氧水氧化环己胺制备了环己酮肟。考察了溶剂用量、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对催化性能的影响。结果表明,在溶剂乙腈与环己胺体积比为3∶1,催化剂质量分数31.0%,75℃反应5 h后的环己胺转化率为100%,环己酮肟选择性可达83.6%。并对环己胺催化氧化的反应机理作了初步的探讨。
