A mild and efficient two-step synthesis of a polystyrene thiol resin is reported. Firstly, a polystyrene resin was reacted with an activated sulfoxide to afford the resin bound bis-(2-methoxy-carbonylethyl)-sulfonium trifluoromethanesulfonate. Smooth β-elimination based dealkylations afforded the polystyrene thiol resin with good and controlled loading. Its reactivity was assessed through a derivatisation step. 相似文献

Proton NMR was used to study the complexation reaction between silver ion and hexathia-18-crown-6 in a number of binary mixed solvents of dimethyl sulfoxide with acetonitrile and methanol. Formation constants for the resulting 1:1 complexes in different solvent mixtures were determined by computer fitting of the chemical shift-mole ratio data. The influence of solvent composition on the stability of the resulting complex is discussed. The exchange kinetics of Ag+-hexathia-18-crown-6 in 70-30 wt.% dimethyl sulfoxide-acetonitrile and 75-25 wt.% dimethyl sulfoxide-methanol were studied by proton NMR line-shape analysis. A series of furan C-nucleosides having a sulfur atom in the sugar ring were synthesised. The α and β anomers of 3-ethoxycarbonyl-2-methyl-5-(4′-thio-d-erythrofuranosyl)furans 10 and 11 were obtained by acid treatment of (4′-S-acetyl-4′-thio-d-arabino-tetritol-1-yl)furan 9. Oxidation of 10 with m-chloroperbenzoic acid gave sulfoxide 12 as one epimer at the sulfur atom whereas 11 was transformed into sulfoxide 13 as an epimeric mixture. S-Methylation of 10 and 11 with methyl triflate led to sulfonium salts 14 and 15. The prepared compounds were found to be moderate inhibitors of α-l-fucosidase. 相似文献

1-Chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides were synthesized from several kinds of cyclic ketones and chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in good yields. Treatment of the 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with cyanomethyllithium at −78°C to room temperature gave spirocyclic enaminonitriles in high yields. Acidic treatment of the enaminonitriles afforded spiro[4.n]alkenones in good yields. By using an unsymmetrical cyclic ketone, α-tetralone, and optically active chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, this procedure afforded enantiomerically pure spiro[4.5]decenone in good yield with excellent asymmetric induction from the sulfoxide chiral center. By using this method a formal total synthesis of a racemic spirocyclic sesquiterpene, acorone, was realized. 相似文献

Cellulose-based hydrogel materials were prepared and modified with tannic acid and l-methionine using ionic liquid as the solvent. The gels were prepared to develop a sustained release medium for selenourea (SeU). The drug delivery characteristics of selenourea-loaded cellulose (CSeU), selenourea-loaded tannic acid-modified cellulose (CTSeU), and selenourea-loaded L-methionine-modified cellulose (CMSeU) were investigated in aqueous media and simulated gastric fluid (SGF) media. This modified gel beads have been characterized using field emission scanning electron microscope, X-ray energy-dispersive spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry–differential thermal analysis and swelling properties and compared with those of the unmodified ones. We also investigated the inhibitory effects of SeU released from these gels on the activity of mushroom tyrosinase. Out of all the gel materials, CTSeU showed maximum SeU release both in water and SGF media. However, tyrosinase inhibitory action in PBS medium was comparable for all the three gel materials. 相似文献

Treatment of optically active 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides, which were synthesized from symmetrical ketones and (R)-(−)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in three steps, with lithium enolate of carboxylic acid tert-butyl esters gave optically active adducts having a substituent at the α-position with high 1,4-chiral induction from the sulfur chiral center in high yields. The adducts were converted to optically active esters and carboxylic acids having a chiral center at the α-position. When this addition reaction was carried out with the ester enolate generated from excess carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester with LDA in the presence of HMPA, the diastereomer of the adduct was obtained. By using the two reaction conditions for the generation of the ester enolates, a new method for asymmetric synthesis of both enantiomers of carboxylic acid derivatives having a substituent at the α-position from the one chiral source, (R)-(−)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, was realized. 相似文献

The bright yellow crystalline cetyltrimethylammonium tribromide (CTMATB) reagent has been synthesized from the reaction of CTMAB and KBr with H2MoO4·H2O, H2O2 and H2SO4 in the molar ratio 1:2:0.01:4:0.93.
