镧系元素光化学 Ⅳ 铁和铈对光还原分离铕的影响

本文在水溶液中以1:1HCOOH～HCOONa做自由基清除剂,Na_2SO_4做光还原产物Eu~(2+)沉淀剂,研究了杂质铁和含量变化对光还原分离铕的影响,并用紫外光谱证明了体系中是光反应生成的Fe和Ce~(4+)对发生氧化,致使Eu~(2+)光还原生成Eu~(2+)速度减慢,铕的收率下降。     

MEASUREMENTS OF CHAIN INTERPENETRATION OF POLYMER GLASSES

The concept of entanglement provides the basis of our current understanding of the flow behavior of polymer melts, Current techniques developed to investigate the degree of interpenetration of polymer chains only provide indirectly the information of the degree of entanglement in a relatively large scale （several to tens of nanometer）. In this article, we report ^1H-NMR spectroscopy with dipolar filters under fast magic angle spinning for probing chain interpenetration of polymer glasses at the molecular level.     

Electrochemical investigation of lanthanide octa-tert-butylsubstituted diphthalocyanine complexes in solutions. Approximation of their redox transitions by semiempirical calculations for yttrium diphthalocyanine

The electrochemical potentials of seven redox transitions for green forms and eight redox transitions for blue forms of neutral octa-tert-butylsubstituted diphthalocyanine cornplexes of lanthanides Pc^t ₂Ln (Ln=Pr, Sm, Dy, and Lu) in solutions were measured by cyclic voltammetry and rotating disc electrode techniques. The spectroelectrochemical investigation of the products of two-electron oxidation and reduction of the green form of Pc^t ₂Lu was performed. The frontier molecular orbitals, total charge densities, total spin densities, electrostatic potentials, and heats of ion formation for (Pc₂Y) ^m+,n− (m=0, 1, 2 and 3;n=1, 2, 3 and 4), which can model the products of the redox transitions of the diphthalocyanines under study, were calculated using the semiempirical ZINDO/1 method. The calculations for (Pc₂Y) ^m+,n− and absorption spectra show that the electron changes in all redox transitions of the green forms of Pc^t ₂Ln are mainly localized on the ligands. A fluorescent sensor for 2,3-bisphosphoglycerate using a europium tetra-N-oxide bis-bipyridine complex for both binding and signaling purposes

Host 1 was designed and synthesized as a fluorescent sensor for 2,3-bisphosphoglycerate (BPG, 3). The design features a tris-functionalized triethylbenzene core to preorganize binding groups. The three cationic moieties, a tetra-N-oxide bipyridine-europium complex and two ammonium groups, were included to complement the three anionic functionalities on the guest. Beyond acting as a binding site, the europium complex was used to signal binding of the guest through modification of the charge transfer emission. A 1:1 complex with BPG was determined in 50 % methanol/acetonitrile with a K(a) of 6.7 x 10(5) mol(-1) by monitoring the reduction of the fluorescence signal upon guest addition. In the titration of related glycolytic intermediates lacking a second phosphate (4-6) into host 1, 2:1 host to guest binding was observed. Similarly, control compound 2, which lacks the ammonium groups, binds BPG and 4-6 in a 2:1 fashion. Also, phenylphosphate 7 binds to host 1 in a 1:1 stoichiometry with a K(a) over three times less than 3.     

具有双螺旋链的新型二维无机-有机骨架晶体材料Ni(PDC)(H2O)2的合成与结构

本文报道由H2PDC合成的新型维层状无机-有机骨架晶体Ni(PDC)(H2O)2(H2PDC=吡啶-2,5-二羧酸), 该化合物的一层是由右手螺旋Ni—O—C链与左手螺旋Ni-pdc链组成, 而邻近的一层则是由左手螺旋Ni—O—C链与右手螺旋Ni-pdc链组成, 层与层之间通过氢键作用形成了三维超分子结构. 用ICP、TG、IR和X射线单晶衍射分析等手段对其结构进行表征.     

Surface-grafted polystyrene beads with comb-like poly(ethylene glycol) chains: preparation and biological application

We prepared surface-grafted polystyrene (PS) beads with comb-like poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) chains. To accomplish this, conventional gel-type PS beads (35-75 microm) were treated with ozone gas to introduce hydroperoxide groups onto the surface. Using these hydroperoxide groups, poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA, Mn= 22,000-25,000) was grafted onto the surface of the PS beads. The ester groups of the grafted PMMA were reduced to hydroxyl groups with lithium aluminum hydride (LAH). After adding ethylene oxide (EO) to the hydroxyl groups, we obtained the PS-sg-PEG beads, which had a rugged surface and a diameter of 80-150 microm. We could obtain several kinds of the PS-sg-PEG beads by controlling the chain lengths of the grafted PMMA and the molecular weights of the PEG chains. The grafted PEG layer was about 30-50 microm thick, which was verified from the cross-sectioned views of the fluorescamine-labeled beads. These fluorescence images proved that the beads possessed a pellicular structure. Furthermore, we found that the surface-grafted PEG chains had the characteristic property of reducing non-specific protein adsorption on the beads.     

稀土元素对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖的影响

用MTT法研究了14种稀土元素(La，Ce，Pr，Nd，Sm，Eu，Gd，Tb，Dy，Ho，Er，Tm，Yb和Lu)对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721增殖的影响。他们对肝癌细胞的生长作用可分为3类。其中La^3 、Ce^3 和Eu^3 对肝癌细胞的增殖有剂量依赖性正效应，能够在一定浓度范围内刺激细胞生长；Sm^3 ，Gd^3 ，Ho^3 ，Er^3 ，Yb^3 对肝癌细胞生长的刺激作用没有剂量依赖性特征；而Pr^3 ，Nd^3 ，Tb^3 ，Dy^3 ，Tm^3 和Lu^3 则表现出对肝癌细胞的增殖具有不用程度的抑制。推测14种稀土元素作用方式的不同与他们的原子结构有一定的关系，它们对肝癌细胞的相对增殖率随着原子序数的增加呈现出一定的规律性。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 1D Chained Coordination Polymer Containing One-dimensional Egg-like Channels： {[Cu2（C2O4）2（inta）4]（inta）}n （inta = Isonicotinamide）

A new one-dimensional copper coordination polymer chain has been prepared and fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. The compound {[Cu2(C2O4)2(inta)4](inta)}n1 crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=8.4722(5),b=10.9825(6),c=11.6128(6),α=104.8050(10),β=102.5740(10),γ= 109.6890(10)o,V=927.18(9)3,Mr=929.79,Z=1,Dc=1.665 g/cm3,F(000)=475,μ=1.231 mm-1,R=0.0453 and wR=0.1185 for 3290 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Of the compound,the Cu center is octahedrally coordinated with oxalate acting as a tetra-dentate ligand coordinated to the copper atom and each inta serving as a terminal ligand by employing only one N-donor to coordinate with the Cu center. An infinite {Cu2(C2O4)2}∞ chain is formed along the c axis. Furthermore,the 1D chains are held together via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions to generate a three-dimensional network with 1D channels (ca. 5.491×11.507) where inta molecules are filled.     

含茂基及酰亚胺基镧系金属有机化合物的合成

在室温下由邻苯二甲酰亚胺[phthalimide, H(Pht)]与Cp3Ln在四氢呋喃溶液中反应, 合成了六个新化合物: Cp2Ln(pht),CpLn(pht)2, (Cp=cyclopentadienyl; Ln=Yb, Er, Dy;pht=phthalimido)。它们均经元素分析、红外光谱和质谱鉴定, 为非溶剂化的桥式二聚体结构。     

Singular perturbed Markov chains and exact behaviors of simulated annealing processes

We study asymptotic properties of discrete and continuous time generalized simulated annealing processesX(·) by considering a class of singular perturbed Markov chains which are closely related to the large deviation of perturbed diffusion processes. Convergence ofX(t) in probability to a setS ₀ of desired states, e.g., the set of global minima, and in distribution to a probability concentrated onS ₀ are studied. The corresponding two critical constants denoted byd and withd are given explicitly. When the cooling schedule is of the formc/logt, X(t) converges weakly forc>0. Whether the weak limit depends onX(0) or concentrates onS ₀ is determined by the relation betweenc, d, and . Whenc>, the expression for the rate of convergence for each state is also derived.
