We have investigated polymeric supramolecular systems of inclusion complexes between molecular nanotube and polymer chains theoretically and experimentally. This system indicates inclusion-dissociation behavior much sharper than the inclusion complex between cyclic molecule and small compounds. And we propose some functional supramolecules utilizing the combination of the nanotube or nanoring and polymer chains such as insulated molecular wire and topological gel. 相似文献

Complexation of 4-azido-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (R1) and 4-oxybenzenesulfonyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (R2) with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and [2-O-(2-hydroxypropyl)]-β-cyclodextrin(2-HP-β-CD) in aqueous solution have been studied by electron spin resonance (ESR). The isotropic nitrogen hyperfine coupling constants aN and the rotational correlation time τC of the radicals change regularly after com-plexing with β-CD and 2-HP-β-CD. The magnitude of change in τC is in order: R1/2-HP-β-CD >R1/β-CD; R1/β-CD >R2/β-CD, R1/2-HP-β-CD >R2/2-HP-β-CD. 相似文献

This paper reports the qualitative analysis and quantitative detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) molecules with per‐6‐deoxy‐(6‐thio)‐β‐cyclodextrin (CD‐SH) modified gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) by surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy. For the selective sensing of PAHs, which are environmental pollutants with very low affinity to metallic surfaces, by SERS, a stable substrate with AuNPs and CD‐SH was utilized by supramolecular interaction. Quantitative detection of each PAH was carried out by SERS on inclusion complexes with different concentrations. From the SERS spectra of a mixture of five different PAHs, we could easily distinguish each PAH by its discriminant peaks. In addition, quantitative analysis of one component in a mixture of five PAHs was also investigated. This sensing platform revealed matching relationship between the host and the guest and the host–guest interaction mechanism. The proposed approach for the selective detection of PAHs holds great potential in the detection of environmental organic pollutants. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Functional polyrotaxanes of N-alkanoylpolyethyleneimine@ α-cyclodextrin type are synthesized by acylation of the polypseudorotaxane precursor, namely, a polyethylenimine@ α-cyclodextrin inclusion complex, with excess of carboxylic acid anhydrides. In the course of the processing, α-cyclo-dextrin moieties are also fully O-acylated. The introduction of acyl moieties into polyethyleneimine backbone prevents the expulsion of α-cyclodextrin rings from this backbone. 相似文献

Summary: Modeling of polystyrenes (PS) with various stereosequences in the narrow cylindrical channels corresponding to those found in γ‐cyclodextrin inclusion compounds (CD ICs) has been conducted. Based on the conformational modeling of stereoisomeric polystyrenes (PSs) in narrow channels, it was suggested that polystyrene with unusual microstructures might be produced by the constrained polymerization of styrene monomer in its γ‐CD‐IC crystals. The in‐situ polymerization of styrene inside the narrow channels of its γ‐CD‐IC crystals was performed in both organic and aqueous media. The 13C NMR spectrum of PS synthesized inside the γ‐CD channels in an aqueous medium shows some differences when compared to the 13C NMR spectrum of PS synthesized in toluene. These are presumably because of differences in their stereosequences. Here, we report our preliminary findings.
