The copper(II) complex [Cu(sat)], where Hsat is salicylidene-2-aminothiazole (bidentate Schiff - base), was studied in variety of solvents. In the solid state, the complex is black. It has been characterized by elemental analysis, solubility in common solvents, molar conductivity, and ultraviolet (UV) and visible (Vis) spectroscopy. The complex is easily soluble in common solvents such as chloroform, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, and 1,4-dioxane. The known crystal structure of similar compounds shows planar coordination geometry for the copper center. Combined multitechnique experiments have been applied to confirm the structure of the complex in solutions. The molar conductivities indicate their nonelectrolyte properties in all these solvents. The spectroscopic measurements were used to study the coordination properties of donoratoms and their bonding abilities.  相似文献

Boron‐doped Diamond (BDD) electrode has become one of the important tools for heavy metal detection. By studying some analytical parameters of DPASV method, like deposition time and potential in different electrolyte concentrations (acetate buffer), the conditions for detecting very low metal ion levels (Zn, Cd, Pb, and Cu) could be chosen. Diluted electrolyte (0.01 M buffer) was one of the factors favoring low detection and quantification limits, but its quantification range is short in comparison to more concentrated media. For ?1.7 V deposition potential, the detection of single metal at ppb levels was reached in 60 s deposition time. Understanding different metal‐metal interactions shows the limits to the simultaneous determination of heavy metals at BDD. Quantification was possible for the simultaneous determination of Zn, Cd and Pb despite the overlapping of Zn and Cd peaks. The performance of the BDD was compared with that of another C‐based solid electrode: the glassy carbon electrode (without mercury plating). A lower base line current, wider potential range, higher sensitivity (3 to 5 times higher than GC) and longevity of the material were noticed for the BDD.  相似文献

A novel chiral Salen ligand with a glucose moiety was synthesized from the condensation of 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-3-O-methylene-[5-(3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy benzaldehyde)]-α-D-glucofuranose with (1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane. Several chiral complexes of Mn3+, Fe3+, Co2+ and Cu2+ were prepared from this ligand. Both the ligand and the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR, IR, MS, and UV-Vis.  相似文献

The synthesis of 3-phenylethynylphenol, and its applicability as a high temperature cross-linking endcap for high Tg polyarylene ethers is described. It was synthesized in high yields and purity using the palladium catalyzed coupling reaction between the protected 3-bromo or iodo phenol and phenylacetylene. The yield of the reaction was found to be highly dependent on the structure of the halide used, the reaction temperature, and the concentration of phenylacetylene. The use of the protected phenol in the palladium catalyzed reaction was also extended to the high yield synthesis of 3-ethynylphenol and protected 4-ethynylphenols. The complete synthesis of 3-phenylethynylphenol, 3-ethynylphenol, and protected 4-ethynylphenol in high yields has been demonstrated and is discussed herein. Three new phenylethynyl functionalized arylene ether matrix resins have been synthesized in high yields and purity by reacting 3-phenylethynylphenol with 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone, 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone, and bis(4-fluorophenyl)phenyl phosphine oxide, via nucleophilic poly(arylene ether) synthesis conditions. These low molecular weight materials undergo thermally induced chain extension/branching to yield an insoluble three-dimensional network at reaction temperatures of around 380°C. The low molecular weight arylene ethers endcapped with the phenylethynyl group demonstrate excellent flow characteristics and a wide processing window of about 250°C. Crosslinking of the 4,4′-bis(3-phenylethynyl phenoxy)diphenyl sulfone system for 30 min at 350°C in air afforded a Tg value of 265°C by differential scanning calorimetry measurements. Trace metal analysis for palladium and copper showed absence of these metals that would otherwise detract from the excellent thermal stability. The synthesis and characterization of these phenylethynyl endcapped arylene ether matrix resins is discussed. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

本文采用过渡金属镍(Ni)作为金属模板合成了2个未见报道的手性不对称Salen Ni配合物,该法具有反应步骤少、纯化处理简单、产率高的显著优点。用1H NMR、FTIR、UV-Vis、CD光谱及元素分析对配合物进行了详细的表征,证明该模板合成法的可靠性。此外,对该法合成的手性不对称Salen Ni配合物的红外光谱、电子吸收光谱、圆二色光谱的性质做了进一步研究。  相似文献

 The adsorption equilibrium isotherms of three aromatic sulfonic acid compounds, 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid and p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid, from aqueous solutions by macroporous weak base anion exchanger within the temperature range of 293 K-313 K were obtained. Several isotherm equations were correlated with the equilibrium data, and the experimental data was found to fit the three-parameter Redlich-Peterson equation best within the entire range of concentrations. The study showed that the hydrophobicity of solute has distinct influence on adsorption capacity of the anion exchanger for the aromatic sulfonic acid. Moreover, estimations of the isosteric enthalpy, free energy,and entropy change of adsorption were also reported. The positive isosteric enthalpy and entropy change for adsorption indicate an endothermic and entropy driven process in the present study.  相似文献
