A novel synthetic protocol of ozonolytic cleavage of 18α-oleanane triterpenoid with the five-membered α,β-alkenenitrile moiety dissolved in dichloromethane to selectively synthesize a 1,3-secotriterpene derivative with 78% yield was developed. Spontaneous condensations of the synthesized 19β,28-epoxy-1,3-seco-2-nor-18α-olean-3-al-1-oic acid followed by formation of unsubstituted 1,3- and 1,4-lactones were registered in reactions with sodium borohydride as a reducing reagent or oxalyl chloride as an activating agent, respectively. α-Methoxy- and α-ethoxy-substituted 1,3-lactones were obtained when the polar protic solvents methanol or ethanol were used for the ozonolysis of the alkenenitrile. Experiments on ozonolysis were carried out in combination with reduction with dimethyl sulfide. Ozonolysis of alkenenitrile in dichloromethane without reductive treatment was found out to have resulted in stable triterpene ozonide.  相似文献

Fractions of triterpenoids have been isolated from herb, inflorescences, and rhizomes with roots of Hieracium pilosella by typical extraction with petroleum ether. The fraction from inflorescences was investigated using GC-MS techniques. The occurrence of alpha- and beta-amyrin, taraxerol, taraxasterol, and fern-7en-3beta-ol has been observed. Quantitative analysis was also performed and taraxasterol is distinctly predominant in this triterpenoid fraction. Thin-layer chromatography on silica gel was performed on all the investigated fractions and additionally revealed the occurrence of lupeol and psi-taraxasterol in vestigial quantities. All of the triterpenoid components are reported for the first time in the investigated plant.  相似文献

Two new triterpenoids, schisanbilactones A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), and a new natural product, 1‐chloro‐3‐phenylhex‐5‐en‐3‐ol ( 3 ), as well as a known triterpenoid, kadsulactone A ( 4 ), were isolated from the stems of Schisandra bicolor. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 2D‐NMR techniques.  相似文献

The chloroform extract of the leaves of Ficus benjamina (var. comosa) (Moraceae) afforded a new triterpenic acid named as (9,11), (18,19)-disecoolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1) along with β-amyrin (2). Their structures were established on the basis of chemical and physical evidences (IR, 1H NMR, and MS data). The compound 1 exhibited significant antimicrobial activity against Salmonella typhimurium (MTCC-98), Candida albicans (IAO-109), Staphylococcus aureus (IAO-SA-22), Escherichia coli (K-12) and low activity against Aspergillus niger (lab isolate ICAR) and Aspergillus brassicola.  相似文献

A sensitive, selective and robust densitometric high-performance thin-layer chromatographic method was developed and validated for five marker compounds, namely betulin, lupeol, oleanolic acid, 3-acetyloleanolic acid and β-sitosterol, known for their various therapeutic activities. The marker compounds have been isolated from the stem bark of Betula utilis, well characterized by the spectral analysis, and their simultaneous quantitative determination carried out by high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) method. The resolution of marker compounds was carried out on silica-gel 60 plates, using n-hexane:ethyl acetate (8:2 v/v) as the mobile phase. The HPTLC densitometry was performed at 500-nm wavelength after the post chromatographic derivatization with ceric ammonium sulfate reagent. The optimized method provided good linear relation (r>0.9960) for all the investigated analytes. The method is simple, and reproducible, which may be applied for quantitative analysis of the above-mentioned marker compounds.  相似文献

The steroids were derivatised with aroyl chloride to yield the corresponding benzoates. Among them, their 4-methoxybenzoates were obtained in greatest yield and were analyzed by HPLC with the smallest detection limit (10 ng) by means of a UV detector (254 nm). This method of derivatization can be applied for analysis of steroids and triterpenoids from crude products with the HPLC technique.  相似文献

Three new 24‐noroleanane triterpenoids, i.e., 2α,19α‐dihydroxy‐3‐oxo‐24‐norolean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid ( 1 ) and 19α‐hydroxy‐3‐oxo‐24‐norolean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid ( 2 ), and 2α,3β,19α‐trihydroxy‐24‐norolean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid ( 3 ) were isolated from Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata, together with three known compounds, bartogenic acid ( 4 ), ilexgenin A ( 5 ), and aophitolic acid ( 6 ). Four new lanostane triterpenoids, namely (3β)‐3‐hydroxy‐24‐methylenelanost‐8‐ene‐7,11‐dione ( 1 ), (3β)‐3‐hydroxylanosta‐8,24‐diene‐7,11‐dione ( 2 ), (3β,7α)‐3,7‐dihydroxylanosta‐8,24‐dien‐11‐one ( 3 ), and (3β,11β)‐3,11‐dihydroxylanosta‐8,24‐dien‐7‐one ( 4 ) were isolated from Euphorbia humifusa, together with 2 known compounds. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the related known compounds.  相似文献

A new stereoisomer of a tetrahydrofuranoid lignan, acerifuranoid A ( 1 ), and two new oleanane‐type triterpenoids, aceriphyllic acids J and K ( 2 and 3 ), were isolated from the roots of Aceriphyllum rossii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and chemical evidence. These isolated compounds exhibited weak cytotoxic activity against various cancer cell lines with IC50>150 μM .  相似文献

One new and six known pentacyclic triterpenoids, 1 and 4 – 9 , resp., along with two new and three known iridoid glycosides, 2 and 3 , and 10 – 12 , resp., were isolated from the roots of Gentiana dahurica (‘Qin‐Jiao’). The new structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic and chemical methods as 1β,2α,3α,24‐tetrahydroxyursa‐12,20(30)‐dien‐28‐oic acid ( 1 ), 6′‐O‐acetylgentiopicroside ( 2 ), and 3′‐acetylgentiopicroside ( 3 ). Isolated compounds were tested for their cytotoxicity against the MCF‐7 human breast cancer cell line using the MTT assay. Among them, triterpenoids 2α,3β,24‐trihydroxyurs‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid ( 6 ) and 3β,24‐dihydroxyurs‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid ( 9 ) were found to have moderate cytotoxic effects with IC50 values of 20.9 and 21.7 μg/ml, respectively. Additionally, the chemotaxonomic significance of the identified secondary metabolites is briefly discussed.  相似文献
