A Microwave‐assisted Headspace Solid‐phase Microextraction for Rapid Determination of Synthetic Polycyclic and Nitro‐aromatic Musks in Fish Samples

Rapid solvent‐free microwave‐assisted headspace solid‐phase microextraction (MA‐HS‐SPME) coupled with gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS) was developed to determine synthetic polycyclic and nitro‐aromatic musks in fish samples. Four commonly used synthetic musks, galaxolide (HHCB), tonalide (AHTN), musk xylene (MX) and musk ketone (MK) were employed in the method development and validation. The parameters (microwave irradiation time, irradiation power, amount of water addition, pH value and addition of NaCl) affecting the extraction efficiency of analytes from fish slurry were systematically investigated and optimized. The best extraction conditions were achieved when the fish sample 2‐g mixed with 4‐mL methanol and 15‐mL deionized water (containing 4 g of NaCl, pH 2.0 in a 40‐mL sample‐vial) was microwave irradiated at 80 watt for 5 min. The limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.4 to 1.2 ng/g in 2‐g of wet tissue. The precision for these analytes, as indicated by relative standard deviations, were less than 9% for both intra‐ and inter‐day analysis. Accuracy, expressed as the mean extraction recovery, was between 80 to 92%. A standard addition method was used to quantitate these four synthetic musks, and the total concentrations ranged from 2.1 to 23.1 ng/g in various fish samples.     

Chemistry of bicyclic 5-6 systems: Synthesis of oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridines and their salts with a ring-junction nitrogen atom

The present review highlights the synthetic procedures reported for the preparation of oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridines as a class of 5-6 bicyclic heterocycles with a nitrogen atom at the ring junction. The different sections included the synthesis of the investigated analogs through the reactions of (1) β-ketoesters with α,β-unsaturated ketones (2) δ-oxoacids or esters or unsaturated carboxylic acids with glycinol derivatives (3) unsaturated ketoesters with enamines (4) ethoxymethylenes with amidoglycinol derivatives (5) pyridinium salts with phenylglycinol (6) Multicomponent reactions, and (7) Synthesis of tetracyclic systems. The aim of the present study is to demonstrate a synopsis of the synthesis of compounds containing oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridine skeleton with high yields using readily and accessible starting materials, and efficient synthetic routes until now. The stereochemistry of the obtained enantiopure heterocycles, the isolation of the isomers and the reaction mechanisms of the unexpected products are discussed.     

Palladium-Catalyzed Arylation and Vinylation of 2,3-Dihydrofuran with Hypervalent Iodonium Salts

The palladium-catalyzed arylation and vinylation of 2,3-dihydrofuran with aryl and alkenyl iodonium salts afforded 2-phenyl- or 2-alkenyl-2,5-dihydrofurans at room temperature in an aqueous medium.     

系列硅铝比纳米薄层ZSM-5分子筛的合成和表征

以自制不对称双子季铵盐表面活性剂为模板, 在水热合成体系中控制合成系列硅铝比纳米薄层ZSM-5分子筛.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N₂吸附-脱附、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、扫描电镜(SEM)和²⁷Al魔角旋转核磁共振(²⁷Al MAS-NMR)对合成的样品进行了表征. 详细研究了晶化温度、晶化时间、结构导向剂(SDA)用量、碱度等对合成的影响和纳米薄层ZSM-5分子筛的形成过程. 结果表明: 分子筛硅铝比越高, 结构导向剂用量越大, 所需的晶化时间越短; 晶化温度越高, 晶化时间越短; 且不同硅铝比纳米薄层ZSM-5分子筛的形貌规整度、比表面积和介孔/微孔孔容比例随着硅铝比而变化.     

Efficient approach to allylated quinolines via palladium-catalyzed cyclization–allylation of 1-azido-2-(2-propynyl) benzenes with allyl methyl carbonate

The palladium-catalyzed cyclization–allylation reaction of ortho-azido propynylbenzenes 1 and allyl methyl carbonate 2d gives the corresponding allylated quinolines in moderate to good yields. The reaction of 1-azido-2-(2-propynyl)benzene 1a proceeds smoothly with 10 mol % Pd(PPh₃)₄ and 5 equiv K₃PO₄ or NaOAc in DMF at 100 °C to afford 3,4-diallylquinoline 3a in 69% yield in the case of R² = H and 3-allylquinoline 4 in 67% yield in the case of R² ≠ H.     

Synthesis of 4,5-fused tricyclic quinolines via an acid-promoted intramolecular Friedel–Crafts allenylation of aniline derivatives

A novel method for synthesizing 4,5-fused tricyclic quinoline derivatives based on an acid-promoted intramolecular Friedel–Crafts allenylation of anilines. Using aryl group-substituted propargyl alcohol derivatives with a meta-substituted N-Boc aniline unit as substrates, a four-step reaction sequence involving an acid-promoted intramolecular Friedel–Crafts allenylation of anilines, an acid-promoted intramolecular C–N bond formation, deprotection of the Boc group, and air oxidation proceeded in a single pot, producing the corresponding 4,5-fused tricyclic quinoline derivatives in 31–84% yield.     

Synthesis of highly substituted quinolines via heterocyclization of fluorinated acetylenephosphonates with ortho-aminoaryl ketones

A synthetic route to a series of 4-alkyl- or arylquinolines, bearing in 2- and 3-position fluorinated and phosphonate functions at the same time, is reported for the first time. These compounds are synthesized via regioselective heterocyclization of XCF₂-alkynylphosphonates (X=F, Cl, Br, H, CF₃) with ortho-aminoaryl ketones (R=CH₃, CF₃, Ph) in the presence of K₂CO₃ or Li₂CO₃/TMEDA as mediators. 2-Fluoro- and 3-phosphorus-containing 4-Me, 4-CF₃ or 4-Ph quinolines are obtained in good to excellent yields. The influence of substituents in the aromatic ketone, the XCF₂-group in the alkyne as well as mediators and the reaction medium on the reactivity and specificity of the reaction is also investigated.     

Divergent synthesis of 6H-isoindolo[2,1-a]indol-6-ones and indenoindolones: an investigation of Pd-catalyzed isocyanide insertion

A novel Pd-catalyzed intramolecular cyclization via tert-butyl isocyanide insertion from 2-(2-bromophenyl)-1H-indoles has been developed, which demonstrates the utility of isocyanides in C–N or C–C bond construction. Treatment of 2-(2-bromophenyl)-1H-indoles with tert-butyl isocyanide affords 6H-isoindolo[2,1-a]indol-6-ones with high efficiency. However, N-methyl or N-Boc protected 2-(2-bromophenyl)-1H-indoles gives indenoindolones in excellent yields under the same condition, which reveals that under the described situation, isocyanides insertion for the formation of C–N bonds is prior to that of C–C bonds.     

Synthesis of a furano abietane cyano enone—A new scaffold for biological exploration

A six step synthesis of furano abietane cyano enone 12 is described, in which the key step is a palladium-catalyzed intramolecular Heck reaction of bromo 3-phenoxyacrylate 17, prepared from enone phenol 13 in high yield.     

基于遗传编程方法的微孔磷酸铝的定向合成研究

根据微孔磷酸铝合成数据的特点,针对合成数据库中合成参数过多和交叉描述等问题,利用改进的遗传编程算法对具有(6,8)元环的微孔磷酸铝合成参数进行特征提取,优化出新的复合特征来更好地描述磷酸铝合成中溶剂和模板剂的特征,并通过参数进化过程的研究,考察了模板剂和溶剂对产物生成的具体影响,从而指导具有特定结构磷酸铝的定向合成.
